i never find anything here because there's so many touchy resellers. i did find a vintage pair of american eagle cargos, though. but that was one visit out of a dozen.

It's very clean. Pricing per pound is higher than the one in Rochester, NY. .49/lb there where here it's $1.99/lb.

It wasn't as hectic as others I have been to. But there is not much inventory.

Definitely better than the outlet in Baltimore because it’s much bigger and it was rotating bins out a lot more however it did take a while for them to rotate out the bins and with their being so many people there we were all up against one side and we’re really just standing there stuck cart to cart with barely any room to move. I don’t know if this was because people didn’t want to move away from the front so that they could get to the other bins quicker or what, but it was very packed and seemed a bit like a safety hazard for at least 15 minutes and there was some people trying to leave like the store itself, but with their being so many people they couldn’t get through, and if we move over the line, they yell at you, which was kind of funny to see them yell at somebody who was going to check out lol

Great place with friendly staff. Clothes are 1.99 a pound, anything heavy is $6. Miss the one in camphill but always worth the extra drive to find some cheap goodies! They have Home decor, toys, jewelry as well as many vinyls and books as well! Absolutely a great place when the resellers aren't there

I have shopped here quite a bit and I’m always pleased to see Tiffany and her smiling face. She knows many of the customers by name./ She has been very patient with me many times when I need to add or remove items from my cart. I have been in retail management for years and she is an example of stellar customer service. I trust that you will recognize and hopefully reward Tiffany for her excellent work. this is a decent outlet, if you have some time to spend you will definitely find something. But it won't be anything fancy, the labels here are very basic. The other shoppers are not aggressive and the staff is pleasant.

Runs like a well oiled machine. The staff is always sooo friendly, idk what these other reviews are talking about. ? Olivia & Tiffany literally go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. I’ve seen people getting kicked out for being annoying. Glorious.

Great bins. Lots of great brands, tons of electronics, and fun randomness. Yes, resellers galore but they don't bother you. They rotate half of the store at a time. I got there at 2pm,left at 530pm and they flipped the bins 3 times. Staff are fine, some are nicer than others. All in all, I found the best things I've ever find in the bins at this location. Pricier than Bellmawr, but more selection. It's a fair trade off. ***if you use Google Wallet, please bring your physical card with you. The reader will give you grief if you just try to tap! Goodwill has a big problem with this. ****

Dirty, broken stuff in bins that are fun to root through even when you cut your hand on a knife or broken glass.

It was fun as always digging for treasures. However, the selection was not as good as in the past, so I did not buy as much stuff. However, I have hope next time will be better.

Great store, set up with a warehouse of bins. Clothing, shoes, and other donated items. Weighed by the pound in the end. Many deals to be found here. Bring your own reusable bag. 1 cart limit.

My new found obsession! I love this place! The staff is friendly and you can get some good quality items. I like to search for home decor and items for crafting and always leave with a ton of goodies. As a new customer, it would be nice if more pricing details were posted such as the books are priced differently than other items and anything over 3 pounds is $6.01 regardless of the weight. I learned a lot from other customers who for the most part are super nice.

Front employees are always friendly, I wish they had spots for carts so people wouldn’t block half the bins when looking for stuff. Maybe get smaller carts or rearrange and make a designated area for carts.

I have tried contacting HR due to my package no response, I have not received my Package in 3weeks. The company that was suppose to deliver said package was damage from shipper Goodwill. Waiting for further information.

The language of some or most of the regulars(males especially ) is so terrible..wish they'd hav respect 4 the owner! Was there 2day..fun as usual but so glad to come home 2 folks that hav a real job!

I don’t like this outlet as much since they’ve moved from Camp Hill. They had more bins of household than they do in Middletown. I’m not sure why they set the bins out in the configuration that they do with some household bins at the front of the store, then some at the back of the store. When they flip the bins everyone has to wait along the opposite side of the store. No point in even trying to look at the other bins still out there since everyone and their carts are blocking all the aisles. They have a policy for some reason that you must remain with your cart. They will call you out about it as well if you leave your cart alone and wander for too long with out it. I’m not sure why that’s so more important than telling customers to keep the aisles clear or at least a pathway so others can pass by or the flippers who seem to feel more entitled since they are there everyday who like to sit on the bins and relax and block someone’s attempt to look through a bin while waiting for them to be flipped. It’s not always bad though. Just depends when you go and how many people are there. I have found some items from time to time.

I'm not sure what these negative comments are about. Especially from the one guy who complained about getting mistreated when he got kicked out for the day for literally diving into a Bin when they make it extremely clear that no running or nonsense of that sort would be allowed. When you don't follow the rules there will be consequences. On the other hand I've had an amazing experience any time I go there. The cashiers are amazing and so friendly as well as the manager they always show me a good time. Anyone that states otherwise usually is being a baby because they don't follow the rules.

The outlet is such a fun experience! I had the pleasure of taking part of a few flips and found amazing goodies. The store is clean and the cashiers were so nice! The manager was so helpful & sweet! Definitely going back for another go-around soon :)

The Outlet Store’s Management is absolutely terrible. The store manager (Olivia Palma) shows repeated occurrences of bias and favoritism towards some of the male adult customers, while others (like myself) are treated with less patience, respect and/or kindness. Ive had a terrible experience with Ms. Palma which has left me feeling extremely mistreated and disrespected. All I was trying to do was search through the clothing bins, to find some stuff for my small business, and go about my day. I’m never usually one to write a review, but ever since I’ve been coming for the past few weeks, she’s made my experiences very troublesome and very annoying for not only myself, but it shows noticeably for other customers and friends who attend the bins as well. Nobody should feel as if they’re not “equal” to another customer, especially if they haven’t done anything wrong. I have more to share about my recent experiences at this Goodwill outlet, and I’d love to chat with a goodwill representative further about the matter.

Goodwill is not like it used to BE , All i know this is donated stuff from people to help the poor or low income people or people that want to save money because its not worth going to a store to buy crazy priced on NAME BRAND things or NON name brand it's outrageous. See i shop in Goodwills everywhere. But some of these stores are out of hand selling stuff like it is brand new & somethings that are not worth buying because there are damaged. Listen i donate to people that is in need then me donating stuff for people can charge for that i make a garage sale to help me pay my bills lol js. These owners of these stores better off making a better business if they wanna make money but goodwills wasn't like this back then. that are not or should not be sold for so much. But things are going up like rent food clothes electric ect ect i get it but this business is not to over price things its in some goodwills.

The first think I wanna say is how awesome the 2 upfront workers at the cashier are. They are literally the most pleasant, kind and patient people even when customers are rude or not listening. This outlet center is one of the smaller ones but they keep ot pretty clean. There is a bathroom. No vending machines so bring snacks because you could stay all day as they flip the bins pretty often. I do highly enjoy this place!

Definitely the worst bins experience I've had. Space is so small. Not many bins. They stop you every 20- 30 min to switch bins out, but make you stop, and everyone needs to be along opposite wall while they switch out bins. You literally spend almost all your time waiting to get off the wall. Inventory is pretty bad. Not much hard goods.

They don't carry much glassware, I was told the machines break it so they don't put it out. Not as many items to mull through at a time, considering they shut down three stores to open this location. Rules or enforcement isn't consistent. Management complains about lack of workers but they do not pay employees enough. They raised prices, and sometimes items would be cheaper at the regular goodwill store. If they went back to pricing books, textiles, etc separately, more items would be saved from the landfill.

First time here since they closed the Camp Hill location. One question…What happens to all the shoes? Use to be 8 bins of shoes everyday. Nice store and employees just doesn’t carry the items and quantities they use to.

This place is great. The manager is super organized and friendly. The staff is great too. Building is very nice. I come here as much as I can

There aren’t really signs to point you where to go. See attached photo for the entrance. Didn’t see much furniture. It’s mostly bins of clothing. I’ve been to locations in other states where clothing was by the pound, furniture was priced individually, and dish ware and books were x for $x. At this location, everything is $1.89/lb.
