I highly recommend S&D Roadside Assistance to anyone in the Bangor area and even outside the area. I drive a 2008 Mercedes-Benz and after hitting a curb, I completely destroyed my tire and rim. The damage also affected my air suspension.
He came right to my house, assessed everything professionally, and had my vehicle repaired within 48 hours. Not only did he replace the tire and rim, but he also fixed the air suspension issue caused by the impact.
One of the best parts of the experience was the convenience of having someone come directly to me and handle the repairs on-site instead of having to tow the car somewhere or deal with a shop myself. It made a stressful situation so much easier.

We were on the last 2 hour part of a 7 hour journey on the road when our tire began to go flat. It was dark. It was late. It was Sunday evening. Fortunately, we made it to a welcome center. We reached out to S&D 24 hour assistance and they answered the phone immediately. Within 30 minutes through all of the traffic and construction, they pulled into the welcome center.
Justin was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and fixed the tire with an expert repair that drove completely normally and got us home safely.

Honestly, I had a really good experience. I was stressed when I called, but they got to me pretty fast and made the whole situation way easier than I expected. The guy who came out was super chill, knew what he was doing, and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything. He just handled it and got me back on the road. Definitely glad I had this service—would 100% use them again.
