Can't say enough good things about my experience with Matthew and Convenience Collision. Someone hit my car in a Philadelphia parking garage. This car was "new to me" and I was pretty charged up about it. I called them up, shared what happened, and they said bring it by, we can check it out. When they said anytime, I asked how about now, too which Matthew said sure thing. When he looked at it, he quickly said here is the details of the repairs needed and the cost. He then asked if I wanted to see the shop, being a car guy I said sure thing. They are restoring cars, refreshing cars, repairing track damage, you name it. I was impressed with the type of work, the attention to detail, and the array of customer cars. It was clear to me they were legit and enthusiasts at the same time. When I picked the car up, the repairs were fantastic. Matthew asked about a panel gap he discovered during the repairs and was like, want me to fix that too, sure thing i say. 10 minutes later that was done. Then add in the little things like I noticed they had washed the car and cleaned the interior. Definitely wasn't expecting that and validation that i had made the right choice. Convenience collision is the only spot I would trust my 1993 BMW e30 325i to have work done on. Matt and his team are exceptionally well on doing the work right, meticulously without taking short cuts. Convenience collision worked on a major job on the rear lid of my convertible which was bent and wrinkled. They fabricated the metal back to original and no other shop would be able to do what they did. The cars that come into this place explains it all. Matt and his team did an amazing job repairing my truck and adding custom bumpers and lighting. They were also able to open my rear passenger door and repair a broken door lock that a ford dealership couldn’t repair. I can’t recommend them enough for their amazing workmanship and effort.

Convenience Collision is a top tier auto collision repair facility. One of the biggest benefits of using them is that they advocate for their customers. Most folks, like myself, have limited experience with processing insurance claims. Convenience Collision makes sure that the entire process is explained to you and they will make sure that your best interests are taken care of. Recently I had two vehicles that were damaged, in the same accident, and the owner Matt took his time to look at the work that needed to be done and help me through the process. We came up with a plan to get them fixed in the order of importance to me. He was tolerant of me calling weekly to get updates on the repairs. All around a pleasurable experience every time I called or stopped in. The entire staff takes a tremendous amount of pride in their work and will restore your vehicle to factory spec condition with respect to the required repairs that need to be done. When it comes to body work, repairing and protecting your investment, and making sure you have a properly functioning and safe vehicle to drive away in, Convenience Collision is the go to place. Update 8/12/2024: It took 9 months of back and forth with the insurance company to have Convenience Collision properly reimbursed for the repairs on my vehicles. We had to execute a Right to Appraisal per my policy, which took multiple attempts before we got anywhere, and a final payment was agreed upon. Long story short is that Matt knows this business and will advocate for his customers and produces a product that is as good as the day you bought it, if not better.

Convenience Collision does amazing work. I’m a car guy. I consider them a group of artist. These are not just words. This is the best car restoration I have ever seen. I can not say enough. If she is your baby take her to Matthew. She will shine better than when she left the line.

If you actually want your vehicle fixed correctly you’ve found the right place. Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a master of his craft. His knowledge extends far beyond anything I’ve ever seen at other body shops in the past and he sets the highest standards for the work leaving his shop. Beyond just the work, Matt ( CCI) will make sure that insurance does NOT dictate how your vehicle is repaired. Matt truly went above and beyond for us. His knowledge of OEM specs and repair standards was essential for evaluating the damage to our vehicle. It was very clear throughout the process that Matt cares more about his clients satisfaction and safety than about simply making a profit. He could have easily gone with our insurance companies initial evaluation and repaired our car and had a 10,000 + payment. Instead he informed us that not only was the panel that insurance wanted replaced with a junk yard panel not able to be cut and re-welded per Mazda OEM spec but that doing so could compromise the structural integrity of the back of the vehicle. Because of this structural damage our car was deemed a total loss. We have 2 small children and the fact that Matt refused to compromise both our safety and the integrity of his shop to make a profit says it all. I can’t recommend Convenience Collision enough.

When my M Roadster was hit by a deer a few months ago, I knew from having seen the craftsmanship on a car local to me that I wanted my car to be repaired at CCI. Matthew showed up quickly the day I called, asssessed the damage, and brought the car to his shop. In a subsequent conversation, it made sense to go ahead and have the whole car painted, rather than just the front half. Thus began the process of making my M look better than when it would have rolled out of the showroom. Matthew is a gifted artisan. His team is friendly and extremely capable. While the little BMW shared space with cars worth hundreds of thousands (and even a few million!) dollars, it was shown the same level of attention to detail and finishing as any other vehicle in the shop. The paintwork is flawless. Thank you for a great experience.

I recently hit a deer with my car and when my auto insurance asked who I wanted to use I right away said convenience collision. Matt and his staff are the best at what they do. The car came back looking like it did from the show room. Many years ago Matt repainted my father’s 66 corvette and still to this day people comment on how well the paint looks. After my new Porsche was hit in the rear, I wanted it to be fixed properly and returned to its pre-accident condition. I was referred to Convenience Collision from two separate people who both told me that there is no other place to go. They were 100% correct! From the moment I called and spoke to Matthew I knew I made the right choice. He took the reins and provided excellent customer service from the first telephone call through the delivery of my repaired vehicle. I have nothing but great news to share about my experiences with Matt the and Convience Collision staff. They have continuously gone out of their way to lead the way in the restoration of a family heirloom. My truck to most would be just that an old pick up truck... good for chores.. hauling and soon ready for scrap. To me it was my Father's truck. It was the truck he let me use to move into and later out of College. The truck we used to move into my first apartment, then fist home. The truck he used to haul anything for friends and family alike. When he passed I turned to Matt to help preserve all those great memories. He did exactly what I wanted him to do without issue. I viewed that trucks restoration to be a last sign of respect to the old man. When I now ride in that truck, the memories rush in my mind. I go for rides with my Daughter, and I can feel his presence and know he thinks that is so cool. If and when my daughter gets married that Truck will be there. One day the truck will pass to her. The vehicle is a joy to drive, great fun. It looks just as it did leaving Nazareth Ford in 1987. To some it's a plain old farm truck... to me it is a priceless piece of family history! When most other shops only wanted the "insurance jobs" Matt stood up, listened to my story and embraced a big job and executed it perfectly. They understand the customer, they listen and add the value that the customer seeks. Put a price tag on that? Impossible. Thank you Matt and crew!

I got to work with Convenience Collision after my car was in a bad accident. Matthew took the time to explain the full insurance process and worked with me every step of the way. If there was a question or concern I had, he would immediately answer it. He was professional and kind with not only myself, but my wife, and the adjuster that had came to the shop to look over my vehicle. When my vehicle was declared a total loss, he went through the steps to tell me what options I had. I have a 25 year old BMW that was showing signs of its age. A friend of mine had his BMW reconditioned by Matthew and the team at CCI. I was impressed after looking at his Z3, and decided to trust CCI with my car as well. Matthew and his staff worked through my car until it was nothing short of perfect. My husband and I used Convenience Collision twice within the last six months after deer decided to mess with both of our vehicles. I chose to have my BMW repaired at CCI after hearing about their excellent quality and attention to detail. I can attest to CCI’s 1st class service and communication. My insurance company initially quoted the repair of a cracked bumper repair. Matthew’s initial inspection of my vehicle led him to suspect the damage was more significant and, after disassembly, he was proven correct. Matthew and his team provided expert guidance, communicated with me at every step, and always had my best interest in mind. Unfortunately, my insurance company did not have the same goal. My eyes were opened my eyes to the ways my insurance company looked to cut corners and not honor my policy. I am glad I had Matthew in my corner to help me navigate this journey. He is an expert in his field, and you will not regret having your vehicle repaired at CCI.

I hit a deer with my mustang and it was in really bad shape. Matthew at convenience collision greeted me the day I brought it in and agreed to take on the job. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and has very high standards for every single vehicle that leaves his shop. Matthew and his team go above and beyond with their repairs. They pay great attention to detail and don’t leave anything out or take any shortcuts. I wouldn’t recommend any other shop if you want it done properly and professionally. They kept me updated on the progress of the car throughout the whole process. I couldn’t believe how good the car looked after they were finished. After convenience collision was finished with it it actually looked better than it did before my accident! Do yourself a favor and take your car here before anyone else, you won’t regret it. Convenience Collision does simply the best and most thorough work you can find. Matthew and his team took my 20 year old rough BMW M Roadster and got her looking like new again. Paint, wheel refinish, some weld repairs and a clear protective coat "bra" on the front. I couldn't be happier with the results. If you want it done right, just go to Convenience Collision.

We have taken BMW’s, Porsche’s and now our Volvo to Matt, the owner, and every time the experience has been excellent. I had a great experience with Mathew and his team at Convenience Collision. I had recently bought a fully restored 1969 Ford Bronco with a couple modifications from a company in Illinois. When I finally received the truck there were a few overlooked electrical and mechanical problems that needed to be addressed. Matthew was able to pick up the truck and tell me exactly what needed to happen to get it fixed. They kept in touch during the process and took the time to explain everything (and recommend other improvements as well!). I will definitely be going back to him and his team in the future!
