No sales pressure. No hunting you down. After 18 years and over 218,000 miles, it was time for a newer vehicle. Car shop was our first stop, Colin our sales representative was awesome. He listened to our wants in a newer vehicle. We test drove 3 different vehicles, took our time and decided on one after serval hours. I was in need of a replacement vehicle due to a recent car accident. I was driving a rental car at the time. I was by myself so I did not have any intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. Melissa Maks, the sales person I was working with, was intune with my situation. She told me that if my rental company was Enterprise, CarShop works with them and I would be able to leave with my new car that day. What a relief! A winter storm was on the way and I was in need of a 4WD vehicle. Melissa helped me narrow down my choices and I test drove a few. I soon found the one. A short time later, I was on my way home with my new car! Melissa turned my day and my week around! I can't thank her enough! I love my new car!

Donnie at CarShop Hatfield was absolutely incredible!!! He was so extremely attentive to me even offered me pizza, burger, spaghetti because it was lunch time. Who does this? Also, they don’t get commission so he is genuinely a great guy who cares about his customers. I’ve had the best experience ever! This is my second time buying a car at CarShop! Great experience. My Sales Associate Colin was very responsive and stayed in touch throughout the entire process and post purchased. Especially since I had to travel from another state to purchase the vehicle. He even recommended a great Chees Steak spot for something to eat on the way home. I will 100% recommended CarShop.

I had a great experience at CarShop in Hatfield PA. From the time that I spent browsing their inventory online to the actual process of going in store to test drive, it was easy. I was lucky enough to work with Brett who was able to walk me through the process, keep me updated before picking up my car and helped me with a trade in to boot. I’d absolutely recommend CarShop if you’re looking to buy or even just browse.

Kyle was excellent in his professionalism, communication, and honesty finding me numerous of vehicles in my budget. My experience with CarShop was great and most of all easy I spent less then two hours shopping and completing the sale. My husband and I spent a lot of time reviewing the cars and deals from Car Shop. We had found a few cars we wanted to try out. We got to the Hatfield location around 5:30/6pm on a Friday and were immediately helped by Dan. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different cars we were interested in. We narrowed it down to 4 cars that he was able have out and ready for us to test drive. This was both our first time buying a car and Dan made it as easy as possible without pressuring us to pick a more expensive option. I highly recommend Car Shop!!

If you come to this CarShop location, ask for Dan Owens! This was my first time ever buying a car, and Dan was incredibly kind, patient, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and truly made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What could have been an overwhelming experience was actually fun thanks to him. I never felt rushed or talked into anything, and I genuinely felt like he had my best interests at heart. I can’t recommend Dan enough—especially if you’re a first-time buyer looking for someone who makes the process easy and enjoyable!

Had a great experience with Gerry W. All of my questions were answered honestly and competently. Gerry was fair, and was able to work with us on the financing. He explained every step of the process to us thoroughly, and was in no way pushy. I left satisfied with my experience and especially with my car!

Worked with Gerry in sales and he was excellent with his support without being pushy. He answered all my questions and crunched loan numbers to allow me to better understand my options. I had a wide spectrum of interest between suvs and trucks I test drove them all and ended up selecting the family vehicle or a ram 1500 tuck.

Car shop was has a very laid back atmosphere. No pressure! Cherokee was in good condition then cleaned again for pick up. Ask for Donny very nice guy handled everything from hello to signing the paperwork. Will shop there again but only if Donny is my salesman! Communication began with texting and email, and was excellent. I arranged for a test drive and the vehicle was ready at the appointed time. I liked the vehicle and began the sales process. There was a small crease with rust in the front passenger side panel which they indicated that they would take care of. There was no pressure or negotiating, so I wrote a $500 deposit and left with a bill of sale. I returned on the appointed day. They had been sent the car out to a body shop and the front side panel had been expertly repaired. The car had been detailed and it looked like new. My wife was thoroughly impressed. We left happily with our next-to-new vehicle. This was very good experience.

I had a great experience at CarShop of Hatfield. If you ever want to buy a car with no hassle, no hidden fees, no back and forth of “Let me check with my manager,” then this is the place for you. A CarFax report was provided for the vehicle to help me make an informed decision based on the car’s history. You should do your due diligence when purchasing a used car, which I did, and everything they told me about the car checked out. Because I was located over 5 hours away, all of the communication and deal was made over the phone and through emails and texts. Ethan Bell was my sales consultant and I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He is upfront, communicates extremely well, and made the car buying experience as painless as possible. As much as the travel was a pain, it was well worth the trip, although my dog, Marty, might have a different opinion on the long drive. Thanks Ethan and thank you CarShop!

Dan was actually a lot more responsive than the people I dealt with at Fred Beans. When you buy a car, being such a big purchase, you expect excellent customer service. Dan represented carshop very well in this regard. The process was handled smoothly and everything was explained clearly. I highly recommend carshop for their no haggle, no hidden agendas, customer experience focused ethos. It truly is a better experience than at a dealership where reps work on commissions

As someone who just got their drivers license and was buying their first car ever, Dan Cirotti was the best salesman I could’ve asked for! Very patient and accommodating when I was having trouble getting my driver’s license from the DMV. All of the staff who assisted me were very pleasant to work with. I love my car. You wouldn’t think it was used at all. Highly recommend the Hatfield Car Shop.

I would ideally give 4.5 stars. I'm taking the time to write this because the GM (Jason Seipt), Inventory Manager (Steve Massey), and a finance administrator Josh Britland were all extremely professional, helpful, and expedient when resolving an issue I had with a recent purchase. They went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful, and Josh was outstandingly proactive and communicative. 5 stars for customer service and conflict resolution! My only complaint is that, when I first took the car home and heard a noise that didn't sound right, I paid out of pocket to have my personal mechanic look at it. He found that a particular piece hadn't been secured when the oil was changed and thought that might be causing the issue. It wasn't fully resolved, so I then took the car into Carshop because the service is included for the first 90 days. I tried to point out the exact sound and went for a test drive with the service person, but I was told they found nothing wrong and went home. As the sound got worse, I eventually paid for a diagnosis at an independent Honda dealership, where the mechanic found the problem in less than 2 minutes. The General Manager of Carshop handled this very well and offered to pay for the work, but I wish the service team at Hatfield had been more thorough when I brought it in only 10 days after purchasing the car. It cost me an extra unpaid day off of work and a $250 diagnostic fee at Honda to find out that the car needed a belt replaced. Again, excellent issue resolution and probably a good fit for people looking for newer, lower mileage cars who don't want to be hunting around too long.

This is my 2nd experience with Carshop. Very smooth process. If you know what to expect going in then you will like the process. No haggle pricing etc. Plus from my side I made it as easy as possible. Knew I didn't want extended warranty, didn't need financing and already had contacted my insurance company. Had my new insurance card all ready to go. Dan our consultant working is through the process was easy to work with.

My experience at CarShop was excellent. This was my first time going through the car-buying process and it was the complete opposite of those shady dealerships you hear stories about. Huge shout-out to Brett H who made the whole experience super smooth and easy. He was never pushy and always made sure I was well-informed about my options. I was able to get a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 at a fantastic price and a great rate. I will certainly be recommending CarShop to friends and family when they are in the market for a car.

For the first time in 10 years, I was in the market for a new vehicle so I wasn’t experienced on the process. I live in Lansdale and CarShop had a vehicle I was interested in. They were able to transfer from Chester Springs to the Hatfield location for free. I was actually recommended Ethan Bell from the Hatfield CarShop by a trusted friend of mine. Ethan was great! He walked me through the entire process, got me the rock bottom interest rate, and didn’t try to sell me on any extras just to make more money. CarShop isn’t paid by commission, so the no haggling policy made everything stress-free. CarShop already has competitive prices on cars, they are clean, inspected, and I was given the same amount of money for my trade-in that Carvana and CarMax offered me. I hope to not have to buy another car anytime soon, but if I ever do, I will be coming back to CarShop to see Ethan and will be recommending him to anyone I know looking for a new car!

Fantastic from first contact, day of test driving (where I wasn't sure I would even buy from here but wanted to test drive multiple vehicles and models), transferring of another vehicle from another location , constant communication and straight through to signing.
