Simply the best shop in the area especially if you own European cars. As a bmw nerd, it was refreshing to talk to Brian about niche Euro car stuff, talking to Tom is always a pleasure and today Brad was nice enough to give me a ride home in his personal car after i dropped mine off for service and didn’t have anyone to drive me back. Glad to say i finally found a local indy shop to take care of my M-sport LCI F10 with the N55 (will make sense if you know bmws). Work done so far: valve cover, both front cv axles (my car is xdrive), both front lower control arms, AC blower motor, and all 4 brakes and rotors. Hope this helps if you’re trying to find a local indy shop to service your bmw.

A few years back I went to Spanial's at the recommendation to ask them to replace a part. They told me not to do it and take to the dealer for programming. They said they would do it, but a waste of money. I always remembered they did right by me so now I needed a repair on my BMW. They did amazing work, on time and the car NEVER ran better since I owned it. The price was fair and they even charged less than quoted. They were professional, honest and the entire team I met seemed happy. That's a big plus today! I will take every repair job to them for now often. Honest and skilled at what they do. LOVE THEM!

They had no idea who I was. My car broke down directly across the street and the pastor of the church directed me to them. At first he looked at the car and told me it would be about $400 bucks and I said ok. But actually I only had half at the time and that was it. I put all my money into my music and production TRYING TO BETTER MY SELF AND MY SITUATION. I told the guy at the counter I didn’t have the money and I probably would have to do something illegal to get it by TODAY! THIS WAS THIS MORNING PEOPLE! I told him I was an hour and a half from home and had no family or friends near by to get help. He asked if I had explained this to the mechanic I said, NO. He didn’t say anything to him either while I was there. He continued to talk to me and ask me about my life and my situatIon and we talked for about an hour as I waited for a ride. I told him how I was changing my life and doing right and taking care of my children! After I left to go make the other $200 about 3 hours later I get a call that the car is done and to be there by 5 before close. I knew I wasn’t gonna make the money in time, but I didn’t say anything about it because I still was gonna try! And right before he hung up the phone he said to me “ I heard about your situation and I know you need your car for your family and work. I wanna help you out NOT HURT YOU MAN! You got a lot of stuff needs to be fixed on your car. The reverse was not working so I topped off all the fluids and added some oil. You need to get this this and this fixed and your good. OH ANDJUS GIVE ME $109!” When I tell you my heart went through the floor. I was so shocked and so relieved at the same time. I have never, ME, been in an area like I was in around the people I was around and been treated the way I was treated! NEVER! These are people of GOD you hear me. And they ain’t to be messed with. Let’s not nothing harm any of them and may Allah bless them in abundance for the favor they showed me. Inshah Allah! I don’t care how far away you are go here! This is the kind of service that makes somebody a customer for life! THANK YOU GUYS!

I was in a long drive from Canada to Washington DC last month, and my skid plate went loose hitting the ground on highway. I searched for nearby service centers for simply removing the plate so I can continue my journey. Everyone declined until I found an angel working on this shop who helped us removing the plate in 10 min and our DC tour was successful. I offered money, which he refused to accept.

Great from start to finish! I needed my car inspected, but I didn't have anyone to drop me off, so I found the spaniels less than 2 miles away. I got it scheduled, I arrived at the assigned time, Brad drove me home, and I waited for a call that my car was ready and I was to be picked up. Had a good chat with both gentlemen in the office, very friendly and knowledgeable. I am in the market for a new car, and before I buy it, I will bring it to them to inspect. They are my new service station!

I recently relocated to the area and was looking for a reliable mechanic. Spanials had great reviews and a long service record (25 years in business). I appreciate that they were thorough and told me honestly what I needed to have repaired and what was optional. I love the low pressure advice! I had a great first experience at Spanials and will be returning for future automotive fixes!!

My car had issues that was in dire need of help. They had appointments available pretty quickly. Communicated well as to what was needed. Prices are competitive for services. The staff is wonderful. The waiting area is nice and clean if you need to wait. Highly recommend Spanial’s Service.

Appreciate the tire installation of all four of my new tires. I'm thankful that you gave the 10% discount on labor for bringing in my Honda CR-V 2019 for the first time. I've been servicing my Honda Accord 2006 regularly and have loved the quality of work so much that I plan on servicing my CR-V as well. If I have to give constructive criticism though. The aluminum wheels were scuffed and scratched (trust me, I take pride in keeping the car looking new) most likely from the removal/install which is to be expected I guess. Even so, thank you for keeping the price very reasonable and for the surprise discount!

Great service; at a reasonable price. They have a definite neighborhood attitude, which you rarely find anymore. Jeff couldn't have been more friendly. The wait area was clean and comfortable with coffee available. This was just a must positive experience over all.

I recently had some tires from Tire Rack installed. They did a great job.I needed an alignment as well and they did a great job.I new that my steering wheel was if center . So when they mentioned it I knew I wanted it done. The car drives great. I found them because they use a Hunter balance machine. Very good shop

I had unexpected car problems, when my car would not start at my train station on my way home. Fortunately, AAA was able to diagnose a battery problem, and Spanial's was able to replace the battery that afternoon without any down time for my car. My brother works in the auto business, and said that I received a very high quality battery, at a reasonable price, even though the repair was unscheduled. The staff greeted us on arrival - my wife usually brings our cars for service, because I do not work in the area - and they made me feel as welcome as she feels when she arrives for vehicle work.

Perfect place to take an HD truck, they have heavy lifts. I did not have to take off my ladders before I handed the keys over. They gave me an honest prognosis of the truck as a whole and gave honest pricing for repairs needed just to pass inspection. Brian is knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

My family has gone to Spanial's my whole life. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Brian, Jeff, and the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can trust that your car is in good hands, and you'll be charged a reasonable amount - Two most important things when looking for a shop! Scheduling is easy to do, and you can even drop off your car the night before/pick it up after hours to work around your work schedule. If you need a ride, I know the guys also offer this as well. I can't recommend them enough!

This is an awesome mechanic business - trustworthy, efficient, on-time, courteous. They are always very considerate and accommodate any requests I have as best as they can. They are very reasonably priced and are always very upfront about fees and everything in the process. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone!

Great to find an HONEST shop in the area. I brought them a fairly heavily modified car for state inspection. I know my way around the call well, and exactly what condition things are in. They inspected the car and did not try to fool me with any bogus repair recommendations that were not needed: everything Brian mentioned as needing attention within the next year was exactly what I had expected. Added bonuses their lifts are low car friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be using them going forward for bigger jobs that I do not want to tackle myself. Big thanks to the crew!

They are by far the best and most honest garage my wife and I have ever used. Always courteous, kind and competent. They have picked us up and brought us home many times. Cars are always fixed as stated and most of the time ... earlier than quoted. 10 stars If I could!

I've always had the convenience of bringing my vehicles to my father's shop in the past but he just recently retired and closed up shop so it was time for me to find a new place I could trust to service my vehicle. I used Spanial's for the first time this past week for an inspection and some preventative maintenance for my 2016 Jeep Compass and I was very pleased. This shop has a great reputation and it's easy to see why. Entire staff is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Prices are fair and what they should be. Spaniel's provides exceptional auto repair services at reasonable prices. . Due to a leaking strut I made an appointment to have both front struts, mounts and sway bar links replaced on my 2012 Mazda 5. Dropped it off at 9am and they immediately gave me a ride back home. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Got a call that the work was completed at 1pm. They checked the wheel alignment and found it to be fine so no alignment was needed and gave me a printout of the alignment trading both before and after the work was done. Great quality work and competitive prices. I give my highest recommendation of Spaniel's to anyone looking for friendly, honest and high quality auto service and repairs.

Best auto service center I've ever been. Honest, no rip off, very professional and most importantly, they take good care of both your car and you. There were number of times they let me and my mom go with no charge for simple things. Now my family has 4 cars that are all active on daily basis and we all go to them only. If you are local or willing to drive a bit to have your precious car looked at by great place and staff, then this is the place. don't look anywhere else.
