Very good place if you're looking for a car

Went for car pickup and paper work. In and out . Staff always friendly. Security guards at gate are always friendly in good spirits.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your security employees at the auto auction. Upon my arrival, I was met with an unacceptably rude attitude from the security personnel. This employee displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, I observed that he closed the gate 35 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, justifying his actions by stating it was Friday. This early closure caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans. To make matters worse, during those 35 minutes, he remained in the security booth, not attending to any security duties, but instead watching videos. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for someone in a security role. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address this issue to ensure better service and professionalism from your security staff in the future Friday May 31 2024 Security’s name Jerry

Bought a 4 Runner on a green light. Pay an additional $100 fee for a NCAA silver certified vehicle. Have the vehicle shipped to me. Start the vehicle and it smokes up half the lot up. Call Arbitration and am told to make sure to Arbitrate that same day since it's the qualifying last day. Arbitration calls a week later to say it's not in the time frame anymore. Who is correct, the first person in Arbitration or the second.. What is the point in paying an additional $100 buyer fee for a vehicle that supposedly passed an inspection that needs either valve seals or an engine replacement. Two incompetent employees here, an arbitrator and an inspector.

They have a Hatfield location I was calling. But had to go to lancaster where vehicle was moved Once, called and couldn't find anything on it, here person was looking in New York! So no. Never given location up front but all is fine now. Thanks

The staff has a good attitude. auction is small, but it feels very free.

I arrived to pick up a car at 8 pm, and security was left. However, the menhaim website said they close at 10 pm. Very unprofessional.

A dealer only auto auction. Good selection of new car trades, used car dealer trades, as well as bank financed vehicles.

I've had mostly good experiences here but I've also had a SL55 AMG get it's bumper destroyed and was told my pictures didn't meet the requirements to prove it didn't have the damage before I brought it there. Be careful.

Manhiem Philadelphia Hatfield location is absolutely destroying the auto business wholesale experience. They allow new and large used car dealers to sell cars as green light cars with bad transmissions and cars full of water from front floor all the way into the trunk and mildew smell that would be flood damaged at any other auction . The arbitration is a joke try to tell you because it wasn’t reported a flood means it is ok the water must be leaks well don’t see how to fix such a problem for 600.00 or under to resale the car. Our dealership would not even try to sell such a car to anyone other than a salvage yard for parts. Arbitration another car transmission was bad but yet because the check engine and some codes were announced means it’s ok to sell cars with bad transmissions and not announced green light. Been going here for years and stuff like this has never happened. Place really going down hill arbitrations employees must not know what they’re doing or bad management. Maybe it’s just to look out for the new car dealers or larger used car dealers to dump their cars on the small guys no matter what the circumstance. Will no longer be buying anything there after 20 years of our company buying cars from manhiem . We spend over hundred grand a year there but guess that is not enough to be a customer they care to loose. Even sent videos to arbitration and they mean nothing BUYERS BE WARE

They speed down the roads way too fast. Cops wont do anything about it, so may as well leave a bad review. People walk down the roads all the time, they could seriously hurt someone.

Love this place to go great cars they work with your somethings wrong with it they’re decent people to help you out good prices definitely recommend if you’re a dealer by from there

There's no shadier Manheim in the U.S, very crooked management and employees. Avoid this dump. You've been warned. Lovely a response to make yourself look good when we both know you won't do anything to resolve any issue, crookedness and dishonesty the Manheim Philadelphia way!

Kind of rough in the beginning but later discovered the best friendship side between us. Very happy! Good people, good auction. Very good!

Dealt with many Manheim locations across the country, The staff here is by far one of the best groups! I also like the fact the yard is smaller and I do not spend all day walking looking for vehicles!

Stay way from the Title and registration ofice, they never open timely, the lady in the back always rude and constantly cursing in front of the customers. They seems to me a large company but the title and registration office is out of control. I feel sorry for America after seeing her work. Pease find out yourself. Someone should fix the issues.

Great auction overall with great cars and staff. The only thing they need to change is that guy in arbitration richie, very rude and unprofessional who makes up his own auction policy's as he goes along.

This is a small dealer only auction compared to the other dealer auctions in the surrounding area but overall it's a nice place with friendly staff. The prices arent the best at times and seems like alot of non dealers find a way into the auction bc security is not the best here for keeping non dealers out. Overall not to bad but there are other deal auctions a bit better then this with better deals. Recommended for dealers

Staff is great very fast in processing paperwork, titles and arbitration only thing after you buy the car they move it around and the numbering is all off very off a car in lane 10 can be found in lane 1 very bad other then that is pretty good place to buy a car I enjoy it alot

This Auction is ridiculous. They make their own rules . I will be removing all of my cars and doing business elsewhere. Do not waste your time .

If you are a dealer this is the auction for you a satellite of the regular Manheim Manheim. They offer all the services with a very friendly staff and also an off-site facility as well. Facilities are up kept and clean and has an inviting front easy to get to and pretty fast off the highway easy access for trucks and car carriers.

You should have a van to pick up vehicles for the older transporters. Hot as the devil, had to walk all the way to the end of the lot and then car wouldn't start had to walk back and get someone to jump the vehicle .. hard on older transporters.

Had to wait an hour on title transfers, busy office, crowded, buzzing with activity, short staffed. Despite all that, office was clean , staff was kind and Courteous No real complaints
