Mike is the best! My headlight bulb was out. I youtubed it. I could barely fit my hands in there and did not want to break something by accident. So I went to AutoZone and bought a couple bulbs and Mike installed for me in 1 second.

They didn't have my part in the store

Bought a flexplate and torque converter for my friends car. Unfortunately there not compatible so now i have to pay another week for a rental on top of this week. They say it'll take 5 days to get soooo. Because they didn't do their job right im out another 1200 dollars.

Hello, just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience today at store 4756. I arrived in the store with my car battery and noticed there was five people in line and one at the counter. Danielle was the only one working at the time. She was hustling and taking care of everyone with courtesy and promptness. Such a pleasure

Ordered special spark plugs and customer service promised I will received a phone call upon arrival next day. Never received the call and 3 days later I go to the store to see what was going on. The spark plugs were received rhe day supposed to and no one call. Spoke with Ian who claimed was the store manager (later read on his batch was the assistant Store Manager) I asked why I was not called as he said he did not know very dismissal. I hope corporate head quarters will read this and train better your personal. Ian blamed on a person that just left for the day (very convenient) whom he said was responsible for calling. No apologies but I lost spot for car appointment. Not so great customer service. I am glad there are many online services and competitive options. Worst customer service

I was in earlier because my low pressure for my tires came on. I stopped and unfortunately you do not offer that service. I forgot to get the gentleman’s name. He purchased something to add the air in my tire. He would not let me give him money towards the purchase. He went well over what a tech would do. I will recommen Auto Zone to anyone who would ask me

So I had a miracle happen just over the last couple days and received a p0017 error on my OBD2 which was low oil pressure and sludge. possibly timing chain and cam\crank sensor... well I bought the high mileage Advanced seafoam and let it run for about 100 mi and my warning light went off! The manager and associates made a great recommendation and save my vehicle from a $2,500 repair.... according to Murrays Auto Lansdale they wanted to put a new engine in and said it was too late after 21000 miles no oil change.

Shout out to Luke my battery died I went to AutoZone on 309 the guy just looked and said they cant do it so I went to Hatfield AutoZone and Luke took care of me probably 15min it took very good dude appreciate getting that done for me

Today, Zach went above and beyond. Despite me asking for his help to find multiple items, he responded with a smile and was very informative. On top of that, he even helped to install the windshield wipers I purchased. Kindness makes such a difference in determining where I shop in the future. 10/10 would recommend this location!

Autozone Corporate Office My name is Linda McKnight. My request is to reward Zach the Employee who assisted Tee, Tre', and I with My battery problem. We traveled to Hatfield from Mt Airy in Philly. My battery died every time temperatures were below 40°. No One was able to find or resolve the problem. Zach did! He was professional, knowledgeable, diligencent, resourceful, patient, intuitive, loves His job, His Store! Definitely takes pride in His work, solving car mysteries. So kind to Me in spite of My Disabilities. I also talked to Chris Hatfield Autozone Manager. I was impressed by Him. Chris talked to Me. Also made sure I was properly taken care of.. Zach is a Phenomenal Employee! Excellent Representative for His Supervisor! Zach and Chris are Excellent Representation for Your Company. Reward Both of Employees. They deserve it. I will use Your Hatfield Store again. I recommend Others to go there. It will be Their Best Experience.

Ok place to get parts if you can get help from the staff. Most of the time they are deep into conversation amongst themselves complaining about how bad it is to work there. I think I'm going to NAPA for parts from now on.

Needed a new Sideview mirror....after a couple of little bumps getting it the manager Dee helped me out with a discount. The staff here are excellent and so people friendly. I would recommend these guys over and over!!! Thank you!!

Guy at the front was really unprofessional and trying to start a fight on Easter morning over a customer asking to see different bolts for a brake pad. Very unprofessional and said various comments under his breath and threatened a customer. Probably better to go to Souderton instead of here

Michael I can’t thank you enough! You were such a godsend tonight! Michael helped me diagnose and repair my trailer lights. He supported me with some shop tools and his knowledge! He made sure every light, turn signal and break light worked and I suspect he worked past his punch-out time! Thank you for going way above and beyond to make sure I have a safe trip this weekend! Help me find right battery to replace my dead battery and provided rebate of $20 for old one. Easy in and out experience. Also gave me Grease kit for +/- terminal to avoid rust for $3. Thank you.

Not a very big auto store but it did have what I needed right away. Location is simple since it’s in Forty Ft Rd and inside the shopping center. Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable but best of all, very nice!!! They offered to put in the new light bulb for my headlamp but I declined. Selection there is good. Prices are good. Cleanliness is great!! Overall it’s a great auto store to grab items that might be a small quick emergency.

Got great service from both the stocking associate & the cashier. Found the part quickly, learned about the rewards program, and the cashier installed the wipers that I bought. She also answered all my questions. First-class experience. Will definitely return for future auto part needs.

I needed an auto battery to replace one that was 4 years old. Zack the counter man help me select and even installed it for me. Everyone in the store seemed happy with pleasant looks on faces. My son suggested I try them for he also had very pleasant experiences at the store on Forty Foot RD. I will be returning for any auto future needs.

Top Notch all the guys there Especially Luke. I had some electrical issues with my Nissan, I don't if it was the battery or what. He checked it out, gave great advice. And he showed he cared, all the other guys in there too, very cordial and caring. This shop is lucky to have employees like that , that care for folks out there.

I'll be back because of Zack, Ask for him. He offers awesome customer service. He greets you when you enter the store. He will ask you what he can help you with. Instead of pointing down an aisle he will walk you to the product and explain your options. That means he is knowledgeable. I needed a car battery & wiper blades. After he rang me up he then installed everything and made sure it works all with a great attitude. A professional young man with old school customer service.

I had a battery die at work, I called in and even though they were busy they said they could swap out the battery. Reese helped me out and even though you could see he was extremely busy, he got the job done and had me out of there in about 15 minutes. He was very pleasant and should be commended for great customer service!
