I stopped by without an appointment just because other auto body shop nearby didn't show up on appt time. I am so glad I did find them, father and son business, both very nine!They gave me an estimate on the spot after making a few calls. They ordered parts on Monday moring, and everything was done by noon on Wednesday!They said that the weather was nice, so they worked late. Such a sweet and hard working people! Take a look at photos! The color is perfect match for 10 year old car, skilled colored matching knowledge. I am truly grateful for the work they did for my car. I will definitely go back to them if I need any auto job done. No more getting estimates around the town. Their estimate happened to be the cheapest out of 5 other places around. Since it wasn't mechanical damage, just the exterior, I didn't care that much if it were to turn out bad, like the color doesn't match with new parts and front door etc. but as you can tell from photos, they got it everything perfectly done! Thank you!!!
Guy by the name of Turbo was more than accommodating about me bringing in my bmw mirror caps and rear spoiler. He explained the process, was straight toward, and he delivered exactly what I wanted. More than happy with the service provided by Pocono Performance. Highly recommend.

This place is a diamond in the rough. From the outside it looks like a hurricane dropped random stuff all over the property from on high and the mud driveway may seem suspect, but I tell you, if you're looking for quality service at the right price go no farther. This father and son team knows cars and can more or less fix anything. And they will always quote you a reasonable price because they are a family business and not a corporation beholden to shareholders. So, if supporting good people and quality family businesses is something you look for, look no farther for quality car repair work than Pocono Performance Auto.
WOW. Someone hit my car hit and run and I called these guys and my car looks brand new! Like nothing happened. They are so nice, time efficient, and know there stuff. 10/10!
A Family owned business. They also have Towing services. I was there on Labour day when my cars brakes failed. Thankfully this was open. I had to wait for an hour or so to get my car towed. But later these guys started workin on it and I was back on road within next hour. Thank you for your wonderful service!
Can’t even say if they do good work or not because I didn’t have a chance for them to fix my vehicle. Went there and the owner was on the phone for the first 15-20 minutes without even inviting me and my 72 yr old friend inside the office. I stood outside in the cold while snow was on the ground and the owner sat inside his vehicle on the phone. Terrible service and I will not be recommending the place to anyone.
I cannot express enough thanks for the absolutely perfect job that was done on my Toyota. Even with the 3 northeasters we had that crippled the Pocono's for weeks, Rich handled the job in record time. he worked perfectly with my insurance company and my entire family agree's that the car looks better than we bought it. I always come to Rich to do any maintenance check ups for my Hona Accord. Recently did my brakes and rotors as well as painted the calipers red with some very high end caliper paint ! The service is always top notch. His shop may not look that great but don't judge a book by its cover.
Okay the shop may look like crap on the outside but there's no reason to say "there's something shady about that place" if you've never got body work done there. Yes I get it, it looks like a junkyard but it's not fair to the owner that does quality work on many people's cars. I had many jobs done by him and they came out incredible. You can't judge a book by its cover. Unfortunately though the shop will be closing down soon. The owner had been doing body work for over 25 years and is a monster ! He use to own a beautiful shop on 611 but it burned down. He doesn't do shady stuff there, if anyone is shady it's the people that go there and try to rip him off or don't pay for their repairs. There was one guy who literally broke into the trailers, took his keys, and stole his car out of there because the repairs were done, then the guy crashes his car the same night. Like I said If anyone is shady it's the people.
