They are very honest. I took my car down to a Hyundai a couple months ago and they're telling me all this stuff I have to have on it done and I went over to his cuz it was recommended by my chiropractor and I showed him what they want me to do and he said you don't need this. They are very nice. The receptionist was very nice I didn't get to meet Jerry but I didn't have to wait too long there's a Dunkin donuts nearby I went over there had a coffee and it was a long at all. And they didn't try to rip me off what you need this you need that. Well guess what that's my new mechanic.

Was stuck with a flat took the tire to his shop 20 minutes before closing. He jumped right on it knocked it out. Even speed balanced the wheel. I was so happy I gave him a twenty dollar tip. Great guys and girls at the place. Am planning to bring him some more business.

Very nice people to deal with. I was from out of town my car broke down and I brought it here. They were honest and didn't try to rip me off.

Call prior to service to have a plug for a tire nail , once arrived spoke to mechanic who was In rear with no cars in lot he was sitting I asked if they are available he states what I need then stated he does not fix flats didn’t even bother to get off his chair. Called back attendant whom answered and she states they do yet doesn’t know why mechanic didn’t want to help. Avoid this shop mechanic shows lack of willingness to help with service

Have been going here for 15 years now , Jerry & Kathy never disappoint. Fantastic work and great prices. From oil changes to performance work , we live an hour away and this is my go to shop , that should say it all!

Extremely unprofessional with customers, made me come 3 times and denied inspection because I asked how long it would take. Started cursing violently, never seen such bad service in my entire life. Stay away

Speed zone is the best family business by far. Customer service is outstanding and the work done on vehicle is top notch….plus the cost of repair is beyond reasonable….stop at speed zone and you’ll never be disappointed.

Great service,had a driver's side wheel bearing put in and oil change .the work come in less expensive then quoted 150.00 less. I was a car down for a day. Speed zone is the automotive place to go for great service and honesty. Thank you speed zone!!!

Didnt even get a chance to try buisness here but would not recommend off bat ! Went in to ask if I can have a part r replaced receptionist makes me wait for 7 minutes then comes back and says “ He’s not interested, he doesn’t want to do it” what kind of service is this ?! Never have had such a nasty experience especially coming from a potential first time customer , save your money for a respectful business

Best mechanic on this mountain...Jerry is always there when you need him. And doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. He has taken very good care my vehicles I feel safe. Kathy is awesome. Down to earth good honest people. We need more like em.

Came to the area on vacation and had my car’s stabilizer link replaced. The biz opens early on Saturday, by the time Jerry fixed it, many people may still be sleeping. Excellent mechanic, great shop!! I've been taking both of my cars and my motorcycle to them for at least 6 years now. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic or shop with any of my vehicles. Speed Zone is the best shop in the Poconos.
