Awesome service. I picked these guys because of the high google reviews and they lived up to it for sure. My ram 2500 had issues because of the low temps during the blizzard in Jan 26 and they picked up the truck and took it back to the heated shop where they got it running. Both Wally and Felix were super nice and went out of their way to help me out. I very much appreciate the service and absolutely recommend them.

I am extremely grateful being here right now, warm in my house. Yesterday I was stuck in the snow and felt despairing. I called my roadside assistance, and they estimated over an hour before someone would come. When Brian from RLE Pocono arrived, I was so grateful - he got there very quickly. Brian was courteous and friendly and did not judge me for stupidly trying to park in the snow! He was a real gentleman and got me out of my predicament in minutes!! Prior to calling them, I was trying to get out myself, and it was literal hell. A woman came by with a shovel, but there was no use. When he arrived with his state-of-the- art truck and pulled me out quickly, I felt immensely relieved. When I got home, I felt so content and grateful to have been helped out of this nightmare. I highly recommend using this company, and specifically their driver, Brian, if you ever are stuck and need towing or road service.

RLE is my first call anywhere near them. I send service for a fleet of trucks and they are the best in the area. Prompt and good pricing. Trust me on this one you will not be sorry you called them. Professional without a fault I have not had any bad interactions with them.

These guys were my heroes! My car was stuck on a huge rock in an airbnb ice covered driveway. I called Triple A first and their only solution was ripping my car off its frame to get it off cause they didn’t know what else to do. I sent them home and got this place recommended to me, and Thank God! They came out and were at my car in 30 minutes figuring out what to do. Next thing I know they lift the car and use 4x4s to easily backup off of the rock I was stuck on. No damage to the car whatsoever and I know who to call if I’m in the poconos and need help.

I called RLE towing because iStorage on foxtown hill road (NEVER USE THEM) put our 5th wheel RV on an extreme hill so when we went to retrieve it, our truck couldn’t even hitch up because it couldn’t reach the camper. The angle was so extreme that we couldn’t manually lower the camper anymore and we also couldn’t retract the legs on the camper even if we did because the fail-safes on the leveling system deemed it an unsafe angle. Istorage refused to send someone out to help us until Monday (this was 1:30pm on a Saturday) even though they assured us that if we had any trouble getting out at all they would “take care of us right away and not to worry.” I spoke to Wally at RLE and he and his driver were able to help us same day. The time it would take for the driver to arrive was accurate, the driver was professional and knowledgeable, they were able to hook up to our camper and raise it high enough so that we were able to retract the legs and then he towed it to more level ground so that we could hook up and get it the hell out of there. And the price they charged us was so reasonable, they could have really taken advantage of us because we were in a bind, but it was seriously so much less than we were expecting. All in all, they took a terrible day-ruining situation and salvaged it. We couldn’t be happier with RLE!

I ran into Wally at a gas station, having just suffered a flat in the middle of the night. Wally went out of his way like I was his own brother to get me back on the road—I was back on the road in 1.5hrs. I seriously cannot express how well I was treated and will never forget this experience! Looking forward to seeing him again someday, hopefully when I don’t have a flat tire!

Wally came pick me up on the side of the road. He was very cool. The equipment was very updated and clean. Wally is a professional and knows exactly what he's doing. Price varies depending upon the job, but it was a good price that didn't break me. I would recommend RLE/ Shiler's towing to anyone and everyone. Good equipment and cool people. Can't go wrong!!!

It's actually 24 hours and the guy was extremely helpful and nice. He towed my car to a nearby gas station, changed the wheel, and jump start it, all for a great price. Can't recommend enough!

My little sister had a tire blowout and I live a few states over. Called and they go to her within 20 minutes and made sure she was safe and good to drive. Efficient, thoughtful, and incredible value.

Great Service. I was so impressed with this company. Answered my calls twice in one ring at 12:25 AM. Super kind to me at a vulnerable moment, stranded in the middle of the night on a sub-zero evening. I appreciated their kindness, honesty and business manner. AAA couldn’t help me. No other towing company picked up the phone despite claiming 24 hr service. These guys made it happen when they should have been asleep!

got stranded with a flat tire on the side of the highway at 3 in the morning and they came in less than 20 mins. drove us to their garage where he helped us change into our spare. amazing customer service. it was late at night and super icy so I was definitely scared but he made us feel super comfortable and safe. thank you a million times!

Best personal service. After being in a collision with a deer on election night. We called RLE. They were super nice over the phone. Gave us a very reasonable price and within 30 minutes Wally arrived in his flatbed truck. First, Wally made sure we were ok and was very comforting to my wife and sister-in-law. He was very knowledgeable of the area's bodyshops and recommended one that turned out to be an excellent choice.. Wally text us the next day ro make sure we were ok. Couldn't start the car, thought it was the ignition and we would need to be towed. But they met us and had me jumped started in less than 25 minutes late on a Saturday night very friendly and fast. So grateful for the service. Bought a new battery today and all is good.

Had to get a tow truck to tow my car yesterday. Called 4 other places before Wally from RLE answered and said he could be there in 20 minutes at 10PM. Exceptional service and a comfortable atmosphere.

Wally just came through for me at 2:30AM on a Friday. at the side of the high by Mount Pocono. He answered within 10 mins and got to me in 15 mins with a rate nobody could beat. Not only was he fast and quick he also looked out for me asking me if I found my tire so I wouldn't need to buy a new rim. Heck of a guy, heck of a service. Would recommend to anyone any day of the week. Actually a 24/7!

Wally is a great guy! Helped navigate me to his shop with a broken axle at 1 am on a Sunday night. Very fair prices and I'm happy to call him a new found friend. Can't say enough about how honesty goes a long way in my book. Wish I knew 10 more just like him!

Absolutely the best tow trucking/mobile car service company. Wally came so fast and was very friendly. I was able get a flat tire fixed on a Chevy express van at 11pm at night! I'm back to drive at 11:40 pm! Absolutely the happiest and so glad to be able to go home!

Wally is amazing. Having to call a tow company as a mom with a baby and he went above and beyond to ensure we were good. He came out to put on my spare tire and he helped me ensure I had the right air pressure to make it home.! I mean just an all around amazing person! 100% recommend this his towing company. Got stranded at 380 N. Near Poconos exit 3. Radiator busted call RLE for quick estimate and tow over the phone the driver Wally got there within 45 min after I call. He was very professional polite and friendly. Had it tow to Northampton freightliner. Wally drop it off took pictures of the truck and text me with it. All the process wait time and tow to destination only took less than 2 hrs. Thank you for the fast response and professionalism and low cost tow. Wally was very professional and friendly next time I need a tow they are the first on my list.

This is one truly amazing company, very professional, extremely caring, very friendly and very fast. My car got stuck in a ditch in my driveway. I was waiting for my insurance company to send a tow company to pull me out. They never showed up. So I did a Google search and I saw this company first I gave them a try and literally within a half an hour to 45 minutes. They showed up in about 10 to 15 minutes. My car is out the ditch. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs help fast and not to mention that it was almost midnight and about -5° when he came to get my car out the ditch. I am forever Grateful for these wonderful guys. Thank you so much.

Caught a flat tire last night while on my way to Kalahari resort so I left my car there overnight and waited the next morning to get it towed. I came across RLE towing through google and spoke to Wally. His service was amazing and quick. I called him and he answered right away and was able to get to my car within 15 minutes and got it to a local auto shop nearby. I left my card at my hotel, but he worked with me and stopped by so I could grab my card. If you’re ever out in the poconos and need 24/7 towing assistance, Wally is the guy!

Wally was a blessing! We were on side of Route 380 for 4 hours when we finally decided AAA wasn’t going to help us. Wally picked up first ring and was extremely helpful and personable from the first call to the drop off. Great prices, friendly service, and ACTUALLY 24 hours.
