Had trouble finding wiper blades for my car, as they had an irregular system which moved them under the hood when turned off.
Nearly all wiper blades on the market didn't have proper clearance.
A few on the NAPA site said they would "fit" my car, but the knowledgeable worker there saw warnings that all of the wipers said "check hood clearance".
He directed me to a nice set of refills instead, took the time to show me how to release the old ones and fit the new ones, and everything fit perfectly.

I had to return a defective lawn mower battery. The guys at the counter were extremely helpful after testing the battery they found in defective and replaced it. I also need a selinoid for the mower, and they had it in stock at a reasonable price. Thanks
I would highly recommend NAPA in Dallas for all your automotive needs. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly but their parts are far superior to other automotive stores.
I needed front calipers for my vehicle, but they didn't have them in stock. The staff immediately checked other stores in our area and found them at two different locations. They ran to both locations and brought them to the Dallas store for me that day! It's very refreshing to see a business so dedicated to helping their customers. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
Would love to give a shout out to the guys who work there! I had just left Autozone after having waited for 10 minutes at the register with 3 of their employees looking at me and offering no help. When I entered into the NAPA, what a difference! I went over to the windshield wiper section, which was what I was looking for, opened up the book to look up the proper item number, and one of their employees immediately came over and asked me if I needed help and even indicated that they would look it up on the computer for me! That is Top Notch customer service, and whoever owns that business ought to be proud of their employees.
Getting oil filter and oil for an oil change. Had already checked out the prices for what I needed online before deciding on this store. Go to the counter, tell the young man i wanted oil and a filter for my vehicle and I want their brand oil that's on sale in the 5 quart size for less than $20 it was, I don't remember the sale price. He gets 2 different ones and I again say that I want the less expensive one and also a filter. He grabs the filter, rings up the items, tells me the total, I pay but feel it's a bit higher than I thought it would be. I checked the price for the filter and here he didn't offer a choice to me, he got the one that was $8 more than the cheapest one of their brand. So, if you might be the type of person who puts off the impression that you aren't familiar with what is what when going to the auto parts store, be sure to check out what they are selling you, it might be the highest price item when they have the same thing for way cheaper. Just sayin'.
Pretty disappointed. I won a gift card to Napa auto parts and needed to use it after I ordered a part from Napa.com and got it delivered to this store I went in to pay. This Napa store does not accept Napa gift cards…. Let me say that again. This NAPA auto parts DOES NOT accept NAPA auto part gift cards. Now let me explain they told me this store is a privately owned Napa and I had a gift card for the commercial stores. No where on Napa.com does it say this. And if they’re privately owned and separate from nap why are they on Napa.com or even using the Napa name? Very inconvenient for customers. They told me their gift cards were hand written and that they couldn’t accept mine. Secondly if you use a card to pay they will charge you an extra $4 even if your bill is over $100. This is 2021 everyone uses cards. Do your self a favor and stay away go to autozone or advanced auto. If you really love Napa go to the tunkhannock store much better than Dallas. 4/30. It’s not a 1 because the store was clean and the employees were polite.
Ordered a part over the phone. The gentleman on the phone was nice enough to order the item before I paid. It was a big help. Would definitely recommend
Great store and great staff. They're always very helpful and informative and the store is always stocked very well. If they don't have something you need, they'll get it for you quickly. Definitely the go to place for all your car needs in the Back Mountain.

Busy auto place , found on momorial hwy in dallas, pa close to Noon's Auto, where i get my auto mechanical needs, small father and son shop, also do tires new and used.
Only parts store in our area that had what I needed that quick. They were quick to find the part on the computer, hold it for me, and then polite when I picked it up. They've been a constant and reliable store in Dallas for many many years. Very trusted.
