This company stands out in a crowd. Timely , pleasant, knowledgeable, affordable. Never would I imagine I would use those words to describe a towing company, in northeastern PA, yet here I am. Thank you Eli and crew for all the great work you’ve done for us over the years and the service you offer for our community. Keep up the great work !

They are trying to force a payment by withholding my property which is illegal as per 2012 towing act especially since I told them to keep the car they towed and all I want are my house and safe keys truly disgusting

Very professional- these people clearly care about running a business properly. Had to get a 70 mile tow. They’d did a wonderful job, made sure I was comfortable and clearly cared about making it a pleasant experience.

The staff is not all that bad however they lied to me and said I wasn’t allowed to call AAA to get my car after an accident they did this on two separate occasions. The one tow wasn’t even a half a mile from their shop and JUST THE TOW ALONE COST $575. They charged me that much as welllii was also the price to tow my car 6.5 miles overall wasted three grand being told I had to use them for my tow when I could have demanded triple a. Plus you get charged for having your car impounded even though there is no logical reason for that either that’s fifty five a day… just make sure if you have triple a services use them and save yourself a couple bucks.

Got a flat. They responded so quickly and got me where I needed to go. And the cost was less than I anticipated. Great service all around. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!

The only ones I trust to move my equipment around! I remember Eli when he was just learning, and he has come a long way. Fair prices, and will even save you in a jam when you are 4 hours away broken down. I can’t say enough good things about this business

The company answered the phone prompt and friendly. The individual who arrived to tow my motorcycle was professional and very careful with ensuring no damage would come to the vehicle while transporting. Definitely would use their services again in the future.

Such a kind and helpful staff. From the first person I spoke with to the driver, so professional and kind. They were nice enough tho pick me up and take me to the shop where my car was, to pick it up. They were very careful with my car, and the driver (who allowed me to ride along all 75 miles to my house) was professional, kind, and genuinely loved his job. Very easy business to deal with when in a frustrating situation already. They put my mind at ease, and got me home. I’d recommend to anyone/everyone. 10/10.

I can't say enough good things about Eli and his crew. We needed a car extracted from our very steep back yard (long story) and which was stuck in the snow. He said yes when others said no. He was on time, extremely friendly and efficient. He was able to get the job done with no damage to the car. If you're in need of winching or towing services, this is the place to call.

Eli's towing was professional ,friendly, and responsible. The dispatcher, Brandi was so helpful. They towed my camper safely and the driver let me know of any issues that I could use in the future. I highly recommend.

They are terrible my pink slip was in the truck to prove it was mine they wouldent let me get it out to prove the truck was mine on a Friday so it sat there all weekend while it was closed so Monday it took everything I had to get my truck they wouldent even accept 3 dollars in change which I don't even know is legal they made me take it to a coinstar. give them alittle position of power and they abuse their authority

Eli and his crew are always willing to take your call and help no matter the time of day. Should definitely be your first and only call for any towing or roadside services in the Back Mountian! Highly recommended!

Great guy and wonderful family. They really helped me out when my truck got stuck on the side of the road. He got there as soon as could with the pandemic going on. I recommend him !!!!

Towing is one of those services that you hope you never have to use, but if you do, I highly recommend Eli's. From my initial phone call to my truck getting dropped off at the garage, it was a great experience. I NEED TO GET OFF THE ROAD BEFORE I GET KILLED was the tow truck's response after I stated we had no intention of riding with him. He demanded one of us (my mother, brother, or myself) ride with him to the location where the vehicle was being dropped off (my house) to square away the bill. Reluctantly, my brother hopped in with him as they drove away to turn around. I immediately called Eli's and spoke with Brandy of the dispatch team. She had him release my brother, park in the nearby parking lot, I paid the $36 bill over the phone with her, & he left by himself to drop of my vehicle. The only excuse I received was that he was worried about the location. I WAS PREGNANT MY FAMILY AND I WERE LEAVING A FUNERAL AND HEADED TO THE CEMETARY WHEN I BROKE DOWN! I WAITED IN THE HEAT FOR 45 MINUTES AND WAS HUNGRY! HOW DO YOU THINK I FELT??????? THIS JOB APPARENTLY ISN'T CUT OUT FOR YOU! AND SHAME ON ELI'S FOR DOING NOTHING TO COMPENSATE, EVEN OVERCHARGED FOR 14 MILES INSTEAD OF THE ACTUAL 13 MILES THAT IT WAS!!!!

From start to finish these folks were great. Brandi answered the phone when I called and she was very pleasant, polite and helpful. She got me the help I needed fast. Eli came to help me with the problem I was having. He was very professional and took great care not to damage anything. He was obviously very experienced and did his job safely and effectively. If I need this kind of help again this is the towing company I will call.

I had a flat tire in the rain, and Brian, was my guy who towed my BMW 525, very low profile, boy!!! Did he do a great job, getting it off the road and on his flat bed, I've witnessed many other towing companies in the past, who were not as efficient as him, kudos to him and this business to keep him employed, he was friendly and very professional

Thank you for your help in last night's snowstorm! I needed to edit this review and wish I could give these folks 10 stars...or 11. I noticed this morning that I missed a call from them after I had gone to sleep last night. They were calling to make sure that I made it home safely. Wow. That is pretty awesome.

THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY BASED OUT OF SC. Just leaving a review, I understand there are a lot of people leaving 1 star reviews for a towing company based out of SC. They seem to be finding this company by mistake. At least you have your SEO figured out! Best of luck.

How could you charge someone 10$ a sand bag, show up with 5 & say youll come back and never show ? And on top of that when the y call and confront the business they say the people will forget about it in the morming. To show such despicable behavior in a time of great devistation and need for our community is absolutely disgusting. Not only is this going viral on Facebook, I hope this teaches you that the people that support you, can also destroy you. Shame on you.

Horrible experience! Nasty people who won't let you even get a freaking registration from the car to prove its yours so you don't have to drive all the way home because you work nights..they said that no one can go in the car and yet some dirty greasy man drove it out. Needless to say, these people have no consideration for there customers..they just want money. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! And I hope I never have to deal with them again..

I got into a car accident and they charged us 125$ to tow my vehicle 2 miles and another 45$ a day. It sat for two days and they charged us for 3 days and would not let us retrieve my daughters car seat, my cell phone or husbands tools for work before we werevable to get it out. When I called them the lady was extreamly rude and unprofessional and just kept telling me 'you can pay the money and come get the vehicle.' We came on the first day to pay the money and get it out and was told noone was availible then to get the vehicle out of the yard. I'm sorry but noone expects these things to happen and has the money to drop the same day then wouldnt let us get important things out of the vehicle. Horrible experience.

5 stars for showing up quickly. 2 stars because we were stuck in mud 6 ft. from the road, within a few miles of their shop, and they charged $85 to move us 6 ft. Perhaps that's a good rate for you. Felt like a lot to us.

Car totally died this morning on the way to work. Of course Monday morning. Gentlemen came out with in a half hour, got me hooked up and out of a very busy intersection with no issues. Very reasonable price. Would use their services again. Thanks guys!
