Absolutely do not buy a battery from this location. They may have a charge on them when you get them, but the state of the health on the batteries are below 10% on the 2 that I tested Their battery tester they have only checks a charge. It does not check the CCA the state of the health, etc. so if you’re looking for a battery, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I stopped in today to get new windshield wipers because one of mine had snapped off during the heavy snow storm. A young girl (I didn’t catch her name) was so helpful. She helped me pick good wipers, she didn’t hesitate to install them for me, and she even taught her fellow associate while she was doing it. She was so polite and friendly, even when my wiper got stuck and she was standing outside in 5 degree weather. She said she had only been there for 3 or 4 months but she sure seemed like she’d been there longer with how well she did with everything! If I had cash I would have tipped her, but I hope that recognizing her great work and excellent customer service skills will help show Auto Zone how valuable she is as an employee! Give the girl a raise!

I stopped in after work today because I couldn't get my snow blower started and I was hoping to get it running prior to the upcoming storm. I came across an associate who was amazingly patient, answered all my questions, took her time with me, and gave me her recommendations on what she thought would work. Summer, all I can say is thank you! It worked and I greatly appreciate your assistance and kindness.

I stopped for a battery for my truck. I was informed that the employee would replace it while I Waited free of charge. Awesome Somewhere along the line, I know I’m paying for it, however The service left me feeling satisfied with the amount of money I spent More businesses should model themselves after AutoZone‘s customer service Thank you

The place is terrible they made me pay for my part when I ordered it told me it would be 3 days and not it's been a week and 2 days and they can't tell me nothing about the part they said it's lost on the store cant even order it from somewhere else because I already payed for it . There a joke

Purchased a Duralast "gold" battery April 30th of last year. It's now January and now on my 2nd replacement under warranty, they are telling me an employee returned it and took the money. They don't care to do anything about it though, even though I have the battery. I suppose I will dispute it with the CC company. Be very wary of their warranty.

A few weeks ago, I left work from Crystal Vision Center( thankfully across the street from Auto Zone.) I hit a nail or something that put a hole in my tire, it was completely flat. I'm not from this area and I'm not familiar to anything around. So I was a little nervous. But!! Then I received the best treatment. Im so very grateful to Auto Zone for helping me, they sold me a tire plug and filled my tire FOR ME!! Very very nice people and they went beyond their duties to make sure I was ok. Thank you thank you thank you Auto Zone. Your employees are wonderful and so appreciated.

I had a sincerely good experience here. I needed a new battery and needed it put in for me. They aren't allowed to install some batteries if it will take them too long or if it takes a lot to get the battery out. Stephen, the manager there, took it upon himself, without complaint, to come out and install my battery. Very good experience here and I would recommend it to everyone.

Stephen D. is so kind, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. I appreciate that he is thorough in his explanations and doesn’t talk down to me for not being super knowledgeable about autos. In my several interactions with him, he is always willing to do what he can to help. I would recommend Stephen's knowledge and this AutoZone to anyone needing auto help or supplies.

Well, just as an update, I just left there about 15 minutes ago, it is June 14th 2023, at 5:10PM. I had a set of windshield wipers in my hand waiting to check out, two of the cashiers were speaking to other people, which I understand is normal. There were three other people standing around looking at me and offering no help whatsoever! I guess I have to ask people at the AutoZone in Dallas to do their job. I mean, you would think that when three people are looking at you and you're standing there with an item in your hand at the cash registers that somebody would at least indicate that they are a cashier and are willing to check you out, but no. Just when you think they couldn't screw it up, they did. I went to the Napa up the road, and was in and out of there in under 5 minutes with very friendly and helpful customer service asking me what I needed and if they can look it up for me. My original review: It's an auto parts store, I bought a battery, service is typically what you'd expect from an AutoZone, i.e., they don't ask if you need help until you ask them.

Mark is the goat. He helped us identify and fix our car when it didn’t start. He went above and beyond to help us out.He even drove down the street where the car was stuck, and replaced a fuse. I know nothing about cars, but he was very patient and kind. All around a great guy thank you mark.

I don't know anything about cars, completely clueless. I walked into Autozone not knowing how to ask the manager the right question without sounding like a complete fool. But the manager immediately walked over to my car and knew exactly what I needed and helped me within minutes. I believe his name was Steve, I apologize if it's incorrect. I wish I can give this Autozone more stars. They treated me with such respect, I now know I have a dependable place I can comfortably walk into if I had anymore problems or questions.

They assessed my engine light possible issues free of charge. The guy was really good and was able to shut it off to see if it would go back on. He genuinely cared and gave me a printout of possible issues. I also bought a battery from them. Great place

Great service. Called ahead(actually called on the way to the store). Verified all parts needed were in stock. Loaner tool was available. Asked to haves gathered as I would be there in 10 minutes. Wearing mask stepped inside. Very friendly cashier. Took my name turned around grabbed my parts as in 3 minutes. Made sure my member account showed purchase so I could receive coupons. All done in under 5 minutes. Return of loaner tool and core parts was a breeze as well.

They helped me out just wonderful in the Dallas AutoZone store They were awesome now I'm greasy from head to toe and just plain wore out oh and sunburned and tired but I think my car is fixed Yippy Skippy.... Nope my car is not fixed but it's definitely one piece closer definitely...........😊🌹🐾🐀

Staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't have the part I needed in stock but gave me three other stores to choose from that did have it. When I needed to return an item I ordered online for pickup in store, there wasn't any issues and it was promptly taken care of.

The female that assisted me that day was very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Made my visit very pleasant and it's my got to place because of the way she does her job. Professional, proficient, and pleasant atmosphere!

I didn't have the greatest experience here. The guy I talked to didn't seem very knowledgeable about their stock. He seemed to only know how to use Google and act as if I was a bother to him just for walking in. Unfortunately the individual that seemed knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to was busy.

Terrible service! When I walked in nobody was in the store and all the workers disappeared. An older gentleman named Richard H came to help me then gave a terrible attitude when he asked what car. He barely talked and seemed like I was a bother. Then when he got the part he told me there was a warranty but told me nothing about how it worked. I had to ask and he was very short answered with me. None if theotheoither employees seemed like they were in a better mood either. I'd probably never go back to this location again.

I went to have the diagnostic machine hooked up because I have a check engine light on. The woman who did it for me was excellent help and gave me very useful info. It's good to see a woman working in a mainly male field.

I went in for a part I knew nothing about and ended up getting it for a good price and learning something too. The woman who helped me was so dedicated to finding the part (I had the product number for a different store) and helping me be on my way. The other employees were busy talking to each other and didn't help or acknowledge her, but she still did a great job. She even kept a conversation going while she looked up the part number. I love this place and anytime I need something related to my automobile, I'll come here without a doubt.

Experience was horrible. Ordered a battery online, picked it up at store. Installed battery and next day DEAD as a door nail. Staff very rude and unhelpful when called to ask for help. Now I am stranded with a dead battery. Nice way to treat a senior citizen. Would NEVER so business here again as they hung up on me.
