I always feel comfortable taking my car here- I trust Rob to give me honest information, prices are very fair, and I never feel cheated. The only thing I don't like is that the schedule is always so booked up- they are well liked!
Just had two cars inspected. I was especially happy that they took time to add some air to my tires even though they were at the vehicle recommended level because they were wearing a little more on the sides. After a lot of independent research, I agree this was a good idea, and I appreciated that they took a little extra effort, adjusted the tire pressure, and provided the recommendation.
They got my Durango aligned after two bad alignments from local chain garages. I'm definitely happy with the alignment job done, and will be having future ones done here.
Would not recommend taking your vehicle here. The left my motor mounts loose. I called and took my vehicle back 3 times. They tell me there is nothing wrong, but it still leaks power steering fluid. Charged me 485.00 just to change the hose and still leaks. Several times I was told nothing was wrong with it, but you could hear banging and noise in motor area. I took my vehicle to a dealership, and they found that the hose was never changed and the motor mounts were loose. Watch your bill I was charged for Things that were never done. That's just one of my cars I took there. On another vehicle I took it to have headlight dimmer switch fixed they told me there was nothing wrong with it and zipped tied it to the column and said it would be fine , this also was taken to dealership to be fixed, Which I was then advised that not only was the dimmer switch no functional, but there was other pieces in the column broke. That's why they zip tied it to the column. Passed car for inspection with failing brakes dry rotted tires. I would not recommend not even 1 star for this company, I recommend -5 stars
On May 16th, in pouring down rain, the window on my SUV went down and I couldn't get it to go back up. I was visiting my daughter and two hours away from home and needed to get home that night. I called AAA and they recommended Wright's. What a good recommendation!! Not only did Wright's have the part for my "2001" SUV in stock, but they were able to get me right in and made the necessary repairs in 2 hours. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Additionally, they were very easy to get to. I have nothing but the absolute best to say about this business. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!!
