Stopped in after a race weekend needing a mirror and a few parts. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and quick to get us what we needed. Honest people with a heart for taking care of customers — highly recommend to anyone looking for quality parts and good service.
Went in to find a 20 year old trunk light I broke in my buick. No problem. The dude had it and all! Price couldn't have been any lower either! I always check with these guy before buying anything for my old car!
I got a couple of doors and used struts for my daily driver. Wouldn't you know the used struts from them took the noise away I had. I went back and fought with autozone over a junk pair that were new for my money back.
Definitely made sure to take advantage of an unknowing woman broke down on the side of the road. After waiting 4 days after initially calling them, 3 days after they picked up my car and neglected to tell me they were closing as they picked up my car, I finally got my car seats and other belongings out my car. Wanted to charge me ‘200$ for the tow if I don’t get to keep the jeep’ The fine I would’ve gotten from the state would’ve treated me better than the old man running this place. AND at 819am I got a phone call to try and justify the old man just trying to make a dollar. This place is a JOKE.
So, picture it: it's 4:50 PM, hot summer day, and I'm sure that the staff at Cascade Auto would like nothing more than to close up shop for the evening, another workday behind them. Then along I come, with I'm sure a frivolous, but maybe irksome request given the late time of day. "just need an oil cap for our Mazda 5", said I. Surely, Most attendees to my problem would be fairly annoyed by this "ask" of mine. But not the staff at Cascade Auto. Not Only did the gentlemen there attend to my issue with due diligence, but he was also gracious enough just to let me leave with no cost from my pocket. All I can say is this. From this point forward, these guys will have any and all business that I can bring from both myself and also my friends and family as well. You guys truly are rockstars in my book, because what you don't know is that the money you let me save on that oil cap was money I paid forward to a woman that I soon thereafter found in need of bus fare to get home to her children. Keep up the good, and caring, work!
Asked prior to driving 2 hours if the door I was buying had any damage cause I wasn't going to paint....it had a fairly large scratch directly in center down to the metal... scuffs on edges....counter person said it's a 12 yo car...I said I understand but you said it was in fine shape.......never again!!!!!
I’ve got plenty of parts from cascade and I was never disappointed before you go to the auto parts stores and pay out the nose call call them trust me it’s worth it the guy you have fixing your car probably gets the parts from cascade
Always a good experience with these folks. Nic and the other folks are very understanding and helpful in making sure that they get you the right parts for your car.
Everything was well organized and the people helping us knew exactly what we needed and where to find it. They are doing a good job adapting to these hard times and would definitely recommend.
I went in after 1 o'clock to get a part for my truck. Was told they had to pull it. Called going on 5 o'clock and nothing. Guess I'll try and find it some place else.
Second time I’ve been to this place and second time recieved amazing service. I called ahead and when I got there from Youngstown he has the part setting on the counter for me. The first time I needed a 2007 Corolla hubcap, called 4 places and cascade is the only place that had it. I’ll continue to drive from Youngstown to new castle for service and fair prices like they have a Cascade Auto Wrecking!
Brought a rusted axle and was promised that I can return it if the part is bad. Returned it and was rejected said that the mechanic broke it. Bad business.
I called on the phone to see if that had a specific part for a vehicle and they said I had to go there in person. I went there and waited 10 minutes while the employee took calls telling other people if they had their parts or not. After waiting, I told him the specific name of what I needed. He pulled up a vehicle on the computer of a vehicle like mine and said, "Do you need this part too?" I said no. He said, "I can't help you." Apparently what I need wasn't worth his time or effort.
