Etown Auto replaced the engine in my truck. They helped with the entire process from start to finish. Completed the job in a timely fashion. Their prices were very reasonable, good experience!
Rare in this day in age to find a shop with honest mechanics, and that can schedule you that day if you drive up and talk to them. They will do the job right, and pass on cars that are messed up in ways that are not their forte. Nate really helped me out a couple years back when the engine in my Integra blew. They knew how much I loved that car. (My 2001 Acura Integra GSR). Due to mitigating circumstances in my life, I was forced to sell for cheap. He let me set my car there in his back yard for over a month, until it sold. They are awesome with tire mounting, balancing, wheel bearings, suspension, and general exhaust repairs. They will go above an beyond for their clients' needs. I only trust 3 shops in E-town based on my previous experience: E-town Auto Works for general repair , Keener tire for alignments and suspension, Sherman's Automotive for State Inspection.

I thought I needed a tire patched. They got me in immediately despite being busy. Ended up needing a new tire (it couldn't be patched). They got the tire in that day and got me back on the road.
Nathan got me in last minute to do my inspection and oil. Turning out I needed to do more work on the car. He was awesome and quick took maybe an hour to get it all done. And the price waswnt to crazy for the 3 services he did. Thank you so much for helping me keep my car up to date. So much appreciated
Cannot say enough about how great this place is! From start to finish, they are courteous, professional, and fair. I would not trust any other mechanic with our cars! And the entire staff is wonderful!
This place is amazing, especially if you need a customized pipe. My exhaust system had cut in half due to rust, so I scheduled an appointment with E-town Auto Works and upon dropping off my car and picking it up, it only took a little over an hour from start to finish. They were quick, cost efficient, and friendly. I saved a lot of money coming here for the exhaust fix. It's an A+++ place in my experience.
It's ok I bet they do a good job but when I called at the beginning of October they said they could get me in at the end of the month witch is like 3 weeks away and with a car that isn't running right that's a long time so their wait time is pretty long so make sure you can wait that long to get your vehicle looked at.
Definitely great service. Had a little misunderstanding at first but was able to solve and fix and issue that four other shops couldn’t. And more than in a timely manner. The service was fast! Happy to finally find the Go-To shop for all my needs!!
Just got my state inspection done. Front staff and mechanic was extremely nice and informative. Found my vehicles issue immediately. Prices are very good and service was excellent.
My wife and I have been going here for a bit over a year now, my car inspected twice, her car once.
At no time have I ever feel taken advantage of, or put upon with fishy sounding repairs. Although my vehicle passed inspection last year, I was notified that there was a problem with something unrelated and it should get attention soon. I decided to have the repair done at the time, to save time and potential problems in the future.
During the most recent inspection, I noted my tires were getting low on tread before I took it in, and expected it to come up. Rather than pulling my chain and telling me all four needed replaced, I was told that two would need replaced and two were ok, but would need replaced in the next year.
I decided to replace all four, again to save time and safety.
Always a good experience, highly recommend if you're looking for an honest company!
Nick, is very fair and kind. I brought my business to them about 4 or 5 years ago because every time I went to meineke for an oil change I'd leave there with a major diagnosis that needed done and a major stress headache. Come to find out i was being ripped off for years. Nick and his gang do a great job and they are fast. He even comes and picks me when the job is done because he knows i dont have other transportation. Last but not least ive never had stickers shock there. Love them.
Work completed quickly and accurately. Staff is kind. Parking can be a little bit of a pain but you can park in the grass. Price was reasonable but I only had inspection, emissions, alignment, and rotation completed so take that with a grain of salt. I'd go back again to see how they handle other repairs in the future.
So far so good. Very reasonable and timely service. First time here and will definitely consider being a return customer. Exhaust sounds great will update if anything changes. Thanks Etown Auto works.

Super fair and honest with exactly what is and what is not wrong with your car. Other places, in the area, told me I needed to get X, Y, Z replaced asap. They told me the opposite and I'd be good for several thousand miles more. Also, their rate per hour is fair.
Reasonable price/labor for new Crankshaft Sensor on a 1995 Saturn SC1. Car runs smoother than it ever has in a long time after service. Definitely recommend to family or friends!
Nate and his team are so well knowledgeable to work on my old dodge truck from the wiring issues to a great tune up. I have many shops around my town by i’d Rather drive an hour here!

Today I had to make an emergency call for my sisters car. Battery could not take the cold. I called to see if this garage could come down the street and check her car and if needed get a battery in it. Guess what....answer was yes we can. And yes they did. This garage is outstanding. They know how to take care of customers. They may not be a big name garage. But that's okay. They are a class act. This is a great garage. Would go back in a heart beat. Please support this garage. I really appreciate having this auto shop so close to my house. They are quick to respond via email which I greatly appreciate. They are very accommodating when an emergency repair is needed, and also very convenient for scheduled maintenance.
One time my wife's car all of a sudden started leaking fuel while parked in our garage - turned out to be a rusted fuel line. E-Town Auto Works responded quickly, we dropped the car off the next morning and they had it repaired by lunch time. Another time my car's brakes began to make a grinding noise. My wife and I were going on vacation for a week. They let me park my car at their shop for the whole week, which I'm sure isn't the most convenient for them, and had new rotors and brake pads installed when I returned from vacation.
They accomplish all of this while also being very reasonably priced.
Shops like this deserve some recognition. I hope this review helps someone else out there confidently select an auto shop.
The perfect example of an honest local shop. Their shop rate per hour is very reasonable, they do any type of service you need, and Nate is a personable, honest, and great guy.
Because I work on my own vehicles usually, it takes a lot for me to trust a mechanic, but it was easy with this place. I highly recommend them.
Etown Auto Works knows what old-fashioned customer service is! We take all our vehicles there because we can trust them to do a good job and to stand behind their work. Their rates are very reasonable as well.
Our engine light came on and we expected it to be super pricey since that has been our experience in the past with previous repairs. Our SUV was repaired the same day and we also had our oil changed while there for a very reasonable fee. E-Town Auto Works is honest and efficient. We highly recommend them!
