I've always had great dealings buying used from here until my last purchase of a 2022 silverado 1500 its been in the shop for over 4 weeks now saying it needs a valve body which could take 2 to 4 months why did I even buy it better yet why did they sell it

I can say, I have been to so many service/repair centers over the years and they are by far the best service repair place I have ever been to!! And they are who I plan to go to for anything moving forward!! In today's world, it is very hard to find a genuine good service/repair center and I am very thankful I found one!! They truly treat you so good and are the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered! I have been here twice so far and both times my issues were taken care of with excellent customer service and the communication is wonderful! I highly recommend this place!!

Sold me a car when I went there looking for a safe reliable vehicle for my newborn to be in. Had the vehicle back in their shop 4 times within the first month. When something simple went wrong, I was told by their service department to take it to a Ford dealership because they can't diagnose my specific car's issue (it was just a battery, 4 months into owning the car). Then they offer a drive terrain warranty and the converter for my transmission went bad (not even 6 months into owning the car) couldnt get through to the service department. Now while having it at the ford dealership, 3 more major issues (along with some minor) have to be repaired for the car to be functional and safe. I am completely disappointed, as I used colonial Toyota for my previous vehicle and they were fantastic.
