O'Reilly in Indiana has a great staff and excellent support. The employees are knowledgeable and ready to help. This location always has stock on hand for all my vehicles as well.
One of the people that works there was working in the poll booth last election. ... They had the police called on me because I was very open about voting Republican with what's going on in the country. They tried to suppress my vote and called the police. I'm a 100% honorably service-connected veteran and I expect better from the people in my community! The police told them I was allowed to vote, but just the presence made me uncomfortable as a veteran dealing with certain things. ... On another note, I stopped in at O'reilly's to get some denatured alcohol. The guy working didn't know what he was talking about and tried to send me to the liquor store! Tried saying mineral spirits and he also thought I should go to the liquor store! 😬
O’Rileys in Indiana PA has the best service of any auto parts store I’ve d er been too. I go there all the time and most everyone in there know me by name. They have my parts usually in stock or can get them there my the next day. Don and the guys really know what they are talking about. I will be a loyal customer for life.
Don’t know how you can mess up typing on your computer then going to find the part number in the back of the store and then get the wrong brakes. The brakes they sold me also were returned before because it was a rough box when I bought it
I have to give a HUGE thank u to your store associate named jay. He went above and beyond to help me change the bulb on my 2018 jeep. I had no idea how to even get the bulb out and it ended up being very tricky to do. But jay helped me get it out and made sure i had the rite bulb and helped me put it back in . Thats an employee your company should promote or give a nice raise to. Ill definitely be buying parts and supplies from orielly from now on thanks again jay
My first time ever walking into an O'Reilly. I needed a new battery bought and installed. I was the only customer in the store. The woman at the counter was very overwhelmed by my request with lots of sighing. She looked up my car in the system and got even more overwhelmed because the system said it is a difficult install. She was very worried she wouldn't be able to do it for me. After popping the hood and looking at the battery she asked me to come back after 1pm because there are only 2 people working right now and the guy that comes in at 1 will be able to do it. So I went to Autozone down the street. There were only 2 people working there as well but they were happy to see me and had a new battery in my car in under 10 minutes. I don't know if that employee is always naturally overwhelmed or if management is bad here but I do know where to go for friendly, helpful service and it's not here.
If I could give a zero star, I would. The so called “manager”.. at least as he calls himself, Austin, is completely worthless. I called on Friday, August 11th to order a part and they said that they’d have to submit a customer request that I should hear back within 24 hrs with the possibility of Monday being that it was a weekend. Called back today, Friday August 18th, and he was completely clueless about our conversation from the previous week. With that being said, I still don’t have my part that I need and I will be contacting regional if I don’t hear back tomorrow.
Shout out to John, hopefully that his name because that’s name on my receipt, I went in needing brakes, rotors, oil and filter, and a new battery for my keys, I had no idea what I needed, and he found everything for me and even installed my battery into my key fob. Helped me carry stuff out to my vehicle. I had a very unruly toddler with me and he made the task of getting parts quick and easy.
Had a great trip here today. All the staff is so kind. Store is very clean and well organized. Everything was easy to find. The checkout experience was wonderful. Everyone was in such a great mood and seemed to really enjoy their day. Considering I was tired and stopping in after work, it made my afternoon brighter.
would for sure no stars this place is garbage. get promised my part would be in after they sad they had it and showed up and whoops yea we don't have it but it'll be here at 315 pm today. I paid for it upfront wait 5 hrs then call to see where my part is oh sorry sir truck ain't here yet. hour goes by call again sir well call you when its here with an attitude. should have just told me yall can't get it in time I would have went else where been a customer for years but this store ruined it for me pathetic how customer service is these days
They told me in store that they would order a part from one of the Pittsburgh stores that it would be in on Monday... here today is Tuesday after business hours and I still have not heard from them.
Only auto part store I'm willing to go to. They have changed batteries in the freezing cold and changed windshield wipers in the rain for me. And were pleasant about it! Thanks guys!
The Manager John was super helpful. Helped me save money an time. He was very professional an knew what he was talking about. He even did a price match for me to save some extra cash! Overall great experience an didn't spend all day trying to purchase parts! I would definitely recommend the O'Reilly's in Indaian Pa. Great customer service!
This was quite awhile ago but I still remember my amazing experience here at O'Reilly. I came in on a cold and rainy evening needing a new light above my license plate, and help with two extremely rusted screws keeping the light inside which I had struggled with and not succeeded for an hour before this. A young guy my age helped me find the correct light and wouldn't give up on these screws from coming out. Almost 45 minute later of struggling and finding new tools that could help remove the screws, Tristan got the them out and helped me find new screws in the store that wouldn't allow this to happen again. O'Reilly has an amazing employee here willing to help in any situation in any type of weather and who does not give up! Thanks O'Rilley and thank you Tristan for the amazing help and experience!
Haven't had an issue yet. Staff was friendly & knew what the part was they were looking up. So many times i go to a parts store & get some dope that has no idea what parts a car has let along know where they go. So far O'Reilly's staff knows what they are doing.
Liked (the previous auto parts store to O'Reilly's) Auto Supermarket much better. They had a much greater selection of merchandise and products with much lower prices.
Great place to get what you need for anything automotive related, tools etc. Workers were very nice and helpful. I would recommend to anyone. I will be going back again
