Robert and his son replaced the trim on my cap. They did it quickly and with care. I would definitely use them again if I had to. I really appreciated their professionalism.
Extremely unprofessional, this place will attempt to over charge and continue to place unapproved transactions on your saved payment method after your done. The woman is clinically insane. AVOID AT ALL COST... I wish I had.
I would like to say thankfully the staff at U-Haul corporate was very professional and were able to correct the mistakes made at this location. I was over charged for my rental of a truck and trailer by over $100.
WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE FOR ANYTHING! I had a hitch receiver installed and they broke cut off and re hung my tail pipe. When the new "hanger" broke 3 months later I went back and the owner aggressively told me they didn't do that and to leave. Here are photos from a week after installation and current. This man is an absolute crook. Stay away!
These guys are no b.s. Called them and needed a gooseneck installed in my truck ASAP. They scheduled me in promptly, called me to confirm the kit came in, and called me to confirm my appointment. Truck was done the next business day before lunch. If you want a no b.s. experience go to these guys.

The guys there were super friendly and personable as soon as I walked in the door. I was picking up a gift certificate for a friend, so I can't really comment on their products/services..but know my friends are very happy with their work and are repeat customers
I rented a U-Haul from another location in Indiana, but the day before pickup they said the location I selected didn't have the truck and I was informed that I needed to go to Robert & Bev's Truck Accessory Center. Upon arrival I quickly experienced the worst customer service from a small business owner that I have ever received in my life. I got there 10 minutes before they opened at 9am and I walked up to the door and there were several employees standing there, but the door was locked and the employees all ran in the back and acted like they didn't see me. At 9am they still haven't returned to unlock the door so I knock on it, only to have the owner come out and lecture me that they were going to unlock it and there was no need for me to knock. Most small business owners understand the importance of customer service and would have unlocked the door and helped me. But the owner of Robert and Bev's & Bev's Truck Accessory Center, apparently views himself as an hourly employee and doesn't realize that one disgruntled customer can steer away a lot of future customers.
The icing on the cake was the person who set up the rental at the other location said I could have an extra 100 miles on the trip and the owner of Robert & Bev's Truck Accessory Center, said he had "No record of that and I needed to fix it at the place I rented it from." When I dropped it off the U-Haul dealer that booked the rental said you can't make adjustments to milage after you pick it up, the place you got it from definitely knows that and should never have told you that you could change it after the fact. So in addition to being extremely rude he either lied about there being no notes on the extra mileage and the fact that they could fix it at the place I rented from, which cost me $40 extra.
In the end I will NEVER buy anything Robert & Bev's Truck Accessory Center and I will advise all my friends and family in Indiana to do the same. Experiences like this are part of the reason why online retail has become so successful and why so many small business with brick & mortar locations like Robert & Bev's Truck Accessory Center will be out of business within the next 5 - 10 years. It is only a matter time until Robert & Bev's Truck Accessory Center falls victim to companies like Summit Racing and other accessory dealers stealing away customers by not only offering better pricing, but by having a great customer service center.
People are worthless. Company is worthless. Worse company I ever dealt with . Stay away from them . They get your money and won't give it back. GO SOME WHERE ELSE
