Due to their hours saying that they're open from 9am-5pm but they're closed before 4pm. And their rules and regulations as well as customer service isn't as friendly as I feel should be They're only gonna get a 3 stars rate I suppose
My husband went looking for a part he needed today only to be told he had to pay $5 to enter the lot. There were no signs indicating this in the office or anywhere else. What a terrible way to do Business. Hopefully you loose a lot of would be customers. We will tell everyone we know for sure!
3 stars only because the hours do vary. The website hours on Google said closing 5pm Got there at 4:17p to drop off cans and they was already closed but there sign on the window said 4:20p was closing times M-Thurs . I get it was only a couple mins til closing but don’t think they should close before that time. Who knows when they closed for the day PLEASE update the times on the website. And yes i should have went earlier but figured 45m was enough time.
This place sucks they don’t have a price sheet so they make you go out in the yard and pull the parts then carry them all the way back to the window just to throw a ridiculous number at you and their yard is so disorganized and so jam packed you can’t even get to half the vehicles I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE the people who run it and the young lady at the window are very rude and ignorant and treat you like garbage
I was calling around today pricing junkyard prices for junk vehicles. I contacted Platts who is not only offering a really low amount of $7.50 per 100lbs but they also stated they would charge $100 of that to dispose of my tires!! I called other places immediately after that are not only offering DOUBLE but also don't charge to dispose of tires. If I had to guess I'd say someone within this business is pocketing ALOT of money on these transactions.
