Came here for a second opinion after receiving a ridiculously high quote from another shop, and I'm glad I did. Burns put the new part on my car the same day and had me in and out in no time. Thank you guys

I called them as a I drove by asking to check my tire. The owner said to bring right in and they’ll look at it. I did and they did! I was in and out within 15 minutes after they found a nail in my tire. The owner was so pleasant and “real” that I felt I could trust them with my car today and going forward if I need it. Great local business!!!

The guys at Burns Auto repair were so kind and worked super quickly to fix the oil leak on my 2015 Scion tC. Had me in and out in less than an hour! They did an amazing job and were very kind. Highly recommended them for any work that you need done on your vehicle! Thank you so much for your help!

I needed a battery for my car on a Friday night after 5pm. I brought it to burns auto repair and they were able to get me a battery and put it in for me. Great service THANK YOU

I like that they pump your gas but the service has declined recently. In the past, the attendant would clean your windshield & check fluids, but have not been doing lately. I used to fill my tires with air but the air pump machine is always blocked by vehicles parked there. Overall service is still good as they are one of the last stations to pump gas in Newtown.

Scheduled an appointment on the phone to get my Pennsylvania state auto inspection done here. Nice folks and the inspection was done quickly. Stickers were placed neatly on windshield.

Fantastic ! On my way to work the tire pressure warning light came on. There was a nail in the tire. I did not have an appointment and the the shop was clearly very busy today, they still took my car in fixed the tire , adjusted the pressure on the other 3 tires and had the car out in less than 15 minutes. All while being very professional, courteous and friendly. Wow ! Best auto shop . Highly Recommend!

Discovered a slow leak on my new to me '21 Ford Bronco. I've always come to Burns for their full service gas station, I figured I would come in first thing on a Saturday to have it hopefully patched. I get there around 7:40 AM and Doug took me right in, 20 minutes on the dot, it's patched and all tires are filled to the correct PSI. Wonderful service and very prompt. Will be going back for my inspection next week!

Stopped in to put air in a very low tire. While putting air in, I noticed a screw in the tire. They took it right and patched it very quick. They are super friendly.

I have to say, these guys are truly nice!!! I had to ask head mechanic to look at my shrieking serpentine belt. He came right out, super friendly and took care of my problem right away…. Hard to find a place that’s this good. I’ll always give them my business.

I'm new to the area and used Burns for the first time for oil change and Pa inspection. Everyone was super nice and work was completed in timely manner and reasonable cost.

Reading the reviews I realized that there is very little I can add. I have done business with them for 15 years. They have done everything I can think of for me including buying one of my cars and selling me 2 cars over the years. I consider all of them friends. Now in the fewest words I can think of: Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, competent.

My car battery and alternator died Friday afternoon. Figured I would be without a car for days. Had car towed to Burns Auto Repair. They fixed my car Saturday morning. Excellent customer service

These guys are amazing!! Friendly, efficient and honest. They will never suggest a repair unless it is absolutely necessary. In fact they talked me out of an expensive replacement recently because there was no safety issue and it wasn't imperative. They work quickly,, and charge charge fair prices.. Love these guys!!!

I have been using Burn’s for about a year they have always been friendly an professional I recently had a big problem with my SUV. Doug who was the mechanic called me an explained in detail the problem an the cost. A few days later my car would not start I called Doug since I lived close by he came to my house determined the problem the battery went to the station put a new battery in and I was on my way. Everyone who I have spoken with always so nice an accommodating to my schedule. Thanks again Doug coming to the rescue.

Burns Auto repair is a local family business that goes above and beyond for their customers. Their friendly team, listens and responses to further needs and concerns. They go the extra mile for customer care and satisfaction. The car dealer will NEVER see my jeep again.

Respectful to women. I drove up by myself and was quoted a fair price, $60 per tire lower than the shop who sold me the car wanted to charge me. They told me exactly what was wrong and what they did. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back

Good repairs. Prices can be higher than other but the quality and work is always excellent. They schedule you in quick and are very friendly. I do not recommend getting gas here as it is not self service and tends to be 20-30 cents more expensive. Gas in all of newtown is higher priced than richboro. If you are looking for a mechanic I would recommend them for that not for filling up your tank. Try them out! Ive used them for 5 years now no complaints.

I got a flat tire nearby and the tire couldn't be repaired. I was about to call AAA and have them tow me to a tire place. I called the tire place (named after 3 Boys), and they said my tires had to be Special Ordered..2 day wait. I drive a Jeep, not a Maserati. I limped into Burns and they said they'd have a tire in less than 2 hours. Friendly, fast, and professional!

Last night Friday 9/7/2018 @ 715pm I was driving nearby with my 2 year old in the rain when my wiper blade torn and I couldn't see. So I seen that Burns was 2 blocks up the road and stopped there to buy a simple wiper blade so I could drive safely with my child in the car. (The business hours say until 8pm) So the young guy in the shop was starting to shut down the fans and compressors at 720pm. I asked him if I could buy a wiper blade he told me he couldn't help me. I said I have my child in the car all I want is to buy a wiper blade for myself to put on. He said we dont have any wiper blades with an attitude. As a former mechanic myself I have never worked in a small shop that didn't stock basic wiper blades. When clearly/visibly they had them right in the shop. I dont like writing bad reviews at all but this one really bugged me. Why have business hours until 8pm if your going to close early or allow an employee/manager to dictate the hours. Customer Service is everything. Myself being a Manager of a company I have learned the best simple business motto is "You'll Always Attract More Bees With Honey". I deal with customers/clients/contractors on a daily basis for 15 years and we have never had to advertise once simply on word of mouth and reputation. It start with kindness, friendly attitude and the will to go that extra step to help someone. Needless to say I had to drive 5 miles to another shop in Pineville at a Shell Gas station and they had no problem selling me a wiper blade, it took 5 mins tops i said hey i need a wiper and boom they handed me one said its $12 gave him $15 and said Have a nice night. I think that is pretty simple and basic. I hope the owner addresses this issue i will be calling on Monday.
