I bought my first car here and it was in very good condition. Clean interior and exterior, looked just like the photos online. Jeff helped work out a fair price and made sure everything was good with the car before selling it to me. Great place that made the car buying process an easy one!

Jeff was outstanding in his handling of my situation, I was genuinely surprised. I sent him a deposit for a purchase of a Honda, which eventually fell through on my end. I figured (like many car dealers) he would keep my deposit, but the thought never crossed his mind. He sent my deposit back in full at his soonest convenience. Did his best to assist me financially so I could get into the car as well. Real stand up guy. Not many used car salesmen would do that for a random stranger. All around great experience. Jeff met with me on the weekend in the cold and snow to show me the car. Car was very clean and mechanically sound. Jeff was extremely honest and straightforward with his pricing and negotiation. Whole process was smooth and stress free.

I don't usually write reviews (good or bad) but when you experience friendliness, honesty and service that is exceptional it deserves to be recognized. My wife and I had a need for a second car. We thoroughly dislike shopping for used cars for many reasons. After searching for several weeks we happened to notice a used Mercedes on the lot of Ferino Brother's. The car was in mint condition and the price was very fair. Jeff was amazing. NO pressure. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make this experience enjoyable. Their prices are always very reasonable and flexible. They also service all of the families 5 cars/trucks and that service is always professional and completed as promised!

My experience here was fantastic they gave me a great trade-in price and an excellent price on the car I bought. 3 months after my purchase they even replace the brakes on the car no issues at all I recommend this place to anybody. And you have to meet Jeff.

What can I say about this guy here! Jeff is THE BEST. I came from NY to buy a 2020 Tesla model 3 and he was soooo patient. I was three hours late and offered to go back home and he would have no such thing. He insisted I continue to come out and that he would wait. The car was cleaned spotless on pickup and it was no pressure to buy. This was by far one of the BEST car buying experiences I've had.

Absolutely how buying a car should go! Jeff is upfront, honest and a pleasure to work with, we had a cash deal although I believe they offer financing. Everything was smooth as silk for an unpretentious car lot, the quality of the cars is surprisingly good. If you're looking for a good used car and Ferino Brothers isn't on your list, you're doing yourself a disservice.

Great experience buying a car from out of state. Jeff was helpful and honest, got down under the car to FaceTime me how the frame looked, and then worked with me on a few repairs that needed to take place to the vehicle after purchasing it. Highly recommend Ferino Bros!

11/27/2021 update: Went back and bought another car from these fellas. Experience was just as good as it was the first time. Great price, great car, literally in and out in under half an hour, including my test drive. Perfect. I contacted these guys about a truck. Real clean from the photos, real good price. Sadly, the truck was being shown to someone before I could come see it. Jeff told me he'd let me know if it sold, and a few hours later he made good on his word. A few days later, I saw another nice truck pop up that just so happened to be on their lot, and made an appointment to go take a peek. The truck was as advertised, was priced right, and Jeff's partner Steve agreed to let me take a peek at it after hours. I showed up, took a test drive by myself... super low-pressure. The truck was nice. I paid some bucks, they took care of the paperwork and I picked it up the next morning. Jeff even gave me a followup call a couple days later. A+. This is how buying a vehicle should be.

Very good service,fast and you are filled up and before you know it you are back on the road. Shell is very good in all ford's 87 octane so why pay more when you can sit in your car and not have gas fumes on your hands. Let them pump it no smell and a good service.

I have been dealing with Jeff for over 10 years. We buy all our company and personal vehicles through him. Jeff is very honest and we have never had a problem.

I just bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla S from the Ferino Brothers today. They were extremely efficient, helpful, and an all around great company to do business with. I bought my truck here and I have to say it is in great shape and I got a very fair deal. Jeff is kind and totally relaxed, no pressure sales. They give a 30 day warranty if anything goes wrong. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received here. I’d recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

Met with Steve. I drove from an hour and he was very accommodating. Even came after hours to meet me. No pressure at all in the sale. Was very helpful streamlining the paperwork. Would definitely buy from them again. Truck I bought is 13 years old. They looked it over and said it was in good shape. Once I got it home and back to the shop I went over it and only found it needed minor things as any used vehicle would.

This is the best place to buy a used car. First, Jeff will never try to sell a car with any problems, because he simply does not get involved in the first place with problematic vehicles! He takes his time to understand what you are looking for, what your needs are, how much money you are looking to spend, and then gives you the best options to cover your needs. His mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating all while never taking advantage. The work they do is professional. I'm a single mom and have purchased a 2009 Murano for myself and a 2003 Camry for my 18 yr. old son. Jeff will always be sure that the oil is changed when its due as he firmly believes that vehicles can last a lot longer if this is taken care of, and this helps me as at times I do forget. They also do try to offer me different repair options as to keep my costs down while never cutting corners on quality work. I trust the staff at Ferino Brothers and will continue to be a loyal, and grateful customer...after all - they really do keep me, and my cars happy and healthy!!

Ferino brothers is a local mom and pop repair shop with friendly mechanics. They have a selection of reliable, good quality used cars. I have been a customer for over 18 years. Jeff Diluca has taken care of all of my automotive needs, with honesty and integrity. From car purchases to maintenance and repairs, he has always been helpful, compassionate and diligent in doing the best job for the fairest price possible. Any time I have had a problem, he has saved me. After having a hellish experience with a ford dealership nearby, Jeff immediately stepped in and picked up the pieces and got my car back on the road fast. I would have lost $4,000 if he didn’t help me. He took the time out of his busy schedule to research all options, and in the end, did what benefitted me, not what benefitted him. He hardly made anything off this job and it took him 3 days! This is just one of many catastrophes that became bearable, thanks to him. I once bought a Pontiac from him, and about a month later, through some freak accident, I put a baseball sized hole in my transmission. Jeff replaced the entire transmission for free, simply because I purchased the car from him such a short time prior. It wasn’t even partially his fault, so if that’s not integrity, I don’t know what is. He is the best! Anyone’s who says Ferino bros is dishonest or negligent or unfair is either lying or doing something personally to cause a problem. This business saved me from having to take out an emergency loan, and they are always willing to assist any loyal customer who needs a little extra help. Nobody asked me to review this, I personally decided to take the time, because after an entire summer of fighting with ford over a car I wish i never bought, I am finally back on the road, thanks to the help of Ferino Brothers. This is the only mechanic and used car salesman I trust, and you should too!

I have a 1990 F-250 P/U that had the original water pump go bad. We tried to make the repair ourselves. BIG mistake! After taking all my other vehicles to Steve Cotton at Ferrino Bros in Newtown. I knew where the truck was going. With my tail between my legs I handed a bag of bolts and a broken truck to Steve. He was able to save the day and get the job done in only one day. Lesson learned was to not mess around with things better left to a pro! THANKS to Steve and Ferrino Bros.!!! Great people here. I bought my 2011 F150 from them, owned it for a month now and am happy with it. They were honest and straight forward with me and buying the truck was a super easy and stress free experience. Though they don’t have a plethora of inventory on hand I believe from my experience the inventory they do have are quality vehicles they feel comfortable selling. Not planning on buying another vehicle anytime soon but when I do I’ll be sure to check in and see what they have.
