I move into this place the week of Thanksgiving every year and love it. Parking and seating can be tough, but I love all of their pastries and highly recommend the breakfast burrito (which they turn into a breakfast pocket).

Sadly the matcha was trash, just tasted like sweetened milk. Doesn’t seem like they use a quality matcha and/or not enough of it. However, the chocolate drop pastry I got was amazing.

It would not be fair for me to leave a 1 star on service because of 1 persons inconsideration...i and a young lady who is turning 80 years old in few days decided to stop in for a quick fix. We parked right in front around 2:50pm we get in and get to the counter @2:59. Mind you she uses a walker so it took few minutes. We get to the counter and the young man says "kitchen closed at 3pm, you can get coffe only" ...thats it ...... mind you it turned 3pm as we were trying to order ..ok i was surprised by what he said .... actually taken back alittle...... wow so inconsiderate...couple people hearing this were amased at what he said but that was that...but and also I never had an issue there b4. Food Is great. Service amazing otherwise...

This is a very cute coffee shop. The menu has something for everyone, whether that’s food or drink. I found the latte to be somewhat milky though. Next time I’ll get an additional shot added. The service is excellent, unless they’re busy, then expect to wait. There is a good amount of seating, but it fills up quickly. The prices are higher than some other places in the area. You have to try their version of a Pop-Tart. Parking can be a pain.

I believe we had at trip or two here while still living in PA, but I guess I never reviewed it. We were in the area for a quick, overnight work trip. I had Green Engine marked down for a coffee. Since I happened to be in the area later in the day, I went with a “lighter” coffee drink, their espresso mule. It was unique, but something nice for an afternoon treat. You have a little bitterness from the espresso, but then some sweetness from the ginger beer at the end. I also grabbed an onion and cheese scone as a snack for my wife. Good texture and flavor. The staff was super friendly and it’s a great place to hang out and relax.

Easily one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The latte was phenomenal (decaf half-sweet vanilla latte with oat milk), and the food was outstanding—cashew butter toast with jam and figs, plus a breakfast wrap I can’t quite remember the name of, haha. 10/10 recommend. (*I partially ate the food before taking the video/photo, so that’s why it looks a little off, and I downed the latte before as well, ha!) The atmosphere was great—loved the bar seating by the window, and the chairs were actually a good size, not too small. The music was nice, and the service was awesome. The two guys at the counter and the barista who made my drink were all super kind. This is definitely my new go-to work spot. ? Oh, and definitely try the pastries!

Great food and coffee, cozy atmosphere, and great place to open your laptop and work during the day. I'm a traveling sales person, and I look for cafes like this everywhere I go. I want more of this place.

Always enjoy the energy in here, from staff and customers alike. A great mix of college kids, family folks and professionals. The savory pastry I enjoyed yesterday was simple yet delicious!! Coffee always on point too with some creative options. A wee bit pricey but worth it for the ambience and remote work option. Just make sure you can find a seat ?

Great tasting and looking avocado toast. Breakfast burrito got 5 stars from my daughter as well. Coffee and pastry did not get to the level of the toast unfortunately. It’s ok. Chai latte was way better

I absolutely love this cafe and the work atmosphere. I got the kickstarter breakfast sandwich and a cafe miel iced americano with oat milk and both were amazing. Kickstarter is one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had!! As much as I love this place, I had to knock it down to 4 stars because of the inconvenient parking and you’re likely going to have to wait for seats. But these downsides are because of how good this place is! I highly recommend visiting when you’re in town:)

Loved this shop. Coffee was great and I tried the stuffed bagel and the cinnamon sugar brioche. I loved the brioche! Super friendly staff. Parking was a little hard in the area. Can't wait to go back

I met someone for an early morning business meeting over coffee and loved this little gem. Bright and cozy, right off of Lancaster Ave in Haverford. It was my first time there, and it's now a go-to going forward. I was being good, so didn't sample the tasty looking pastries but will next time. There were some amazing sounding coffee confections on offer and the person I was meeting is a real coffee affictionado and this is his go-to spot. Me, I have coffee only once a week (I decided today was the day). I'm not fancy with my coffee and I usually order it this way: "Coffee, room for cream". And that's exactly what they gave me, lol, and I was happy ?!

Went to Green Engine Coffee Company this morning. The atmosphere is busy and beautiful. The espresso, however, was very weak. I ordered a honey bee latte and a mocha. Both were sweet and milky but they lacked the coffee flavor I was expecting. Either the espresso wasn’t added or it’s generally not a strong espresso flavor. I might give it a second try just in case this was an error but it wouldn’t be a regular stop for us.

I enjoyed the vibe of this cafe very much. I ordered a latte, avocado toast, and some Danish pastries. The coffee quality was excellent, and the pastries were so good that I bought some more to take home. The service was also courteous, and I felt like I should have brought a book to read here for a while so that I could hang out here a little longer.

I would recommend this to people who like a busy environment. I ordered an egg sandwich thinking it was coming on a philly muffin. They didnt tell me i had to select a bread and i got brioche. When i asked what their drip coffee was and what roast they gave me a pretty sassy answer. Won’t be going back unless it isn’t busy. And if you get overstimulated or overwhelmed by trying a new place, definitely order ahead online. I won’t be going back because I don’t feel comfortable ordering food. And I frequent other coffee shops in the area and have never had this experience.

I love giving five star reviews and feeling confident about that. This place has the best coffee, matcha and pastries around. The ambiance inside is fantastic - you feel cozy and held all seasons of the year. My favorite coffee shop in Pennsylvania for sure.

Great place for specialty coffees and baked goods. I got the Lavender Honey Lattee and Poppy Seed Lemon Scone. Both really good and highly recommend going.

My intentions were to grab a quick bite across the street when I noticed the Green Engine. Overall goal was to find something savory and continue satisfying my panini obsession. So glad I opted for the Green Engine instead! Awesome vibe when you walk in and friendly staff! I'm ridiculously indecisive and they were patient - something I appreciate tremendously. I'm a work in progress lol It was busy and I have a few items on my to-do list so I got my order to go. The line moves quickly and the wait was satisfactory. Long enough to know your food was fresh vs pre-made and microwaved, but not long enough to make you think the order was forgotten. ? I ordered the mushroom panini and the pumpkin honey latte. Both were so good! It's the texture for me. It can make or break a panini. The chewiness of the cheese, crunch of the toasted bread and meatyness of the mushrooms were close to perfect.?? I have an insatiable sweetooth, so the honey pumpkin latte was perfect for me. Great option for those who like a dose of sweetness to accompany the caffeine ? Overall, would recommend!

Everytime I visit my daughter from Georgia, she takes me here and I just love it! I love all the barista's, especially Blake! He always surprises me with his secret concoctions. The food is delicious, the decor/design is very pleasing, the atmosphere is vibrant and all the staff is super friendly!? I always feel at home whenever I visit?✌️

What a great place to work and grab a cup of coffee. The sandwiches are good The people are hot. This is a fun place that demands a second visit. Some people are heads down into their computers and others are laughing and making jokes. What you want with a good place.

Cute spot. Very hipster vibe. A bit pricey but unique drink offerings and a very green and open atmosphere. Parking is a little hard to find but the whole area nearby is very nice so having to walk a bit is no issue.

Such a lovely place ? stopped by for a blue chai in the past, but this time got to stay awhile and enjoy the atmosphere. My honey lavender latte and bagel with veggie cream cheese were delicious. There is a good amount of seating, though it fills up quickly! The ambience is great and the staff are friendly. Worth it to track down parking spot and stay for awhile! A wonderful discovery on an impromptu trip through the town! Lots of people on a Saturday, but that's what you get when you're this good. Staff treated everyone equally great. The Bondi Bowl was truly the best coconut yogurt bowl I've ever had- mind blown! The decor is also amazing- a live plant wall like none I've ever seen.

This coffee shop was decorated beautifully. It is a beautiful, sunny space with comfortable couches. The decor is just beautiful. Many vegan and g.f. offerings.

I really love this coffee shop! I've been here a couple of times. It is a nice place to sit down and enjoy a cup of something while doing work or meeting friends. So, it is a perfect place if you're looking for a work environment where your surroundings are really energized. The interior is beautiful, spacious, and lovely. Over all, great coffee and calming atmosphere!!

This place is the cutest! A great find on our early morning in Philadelphia. They offer kombucha drinks, natural juices, coffee, tea, as well as other Cafe items. I appreciated that not only we there pastries, but salads, panini's, and other menu options as well. The Americano was lovely. And the atmosphere is cool and eclectic. Love the living wall!
