Sold a 2012 Ford Focus with 168000 miles on it drove it for a month with 170000 miles and the transmission went the fraudulent warranty company wouldn’t cover the repair so I’m stuck with a lemon guess I going to take this up in court.

Regulator (the window fell and shattered) and an engine igniter. I was told it was the car was looked over by a mechanic, it obviously was not. Don’t buy anything from these people.

READ BEFORE BUYING:
Each time I think about my experience here, I become angry, heartbroken regretful all over again. As the very kind hearted individual that I am, I don’t believe in getting back at people and my review is only so that other persons don’t go through the same thing that I did. I bought a car from Micheal’s Used Cars and prior to buying the car or even visiting I specifically asked “ Is anything wrong with the car?” Pete said “No”. I took an Uber for almost an hour to go get my first car that I have been planning and preparing to get for almost a year. I was hesitant to purchase this car because they didn’t seem trustworthy and they were laughing at some point when I was talking and trying to ask questions to make sure I’m buying a good car that has no issues as was stated before visiting. Literally, the same day after I drove the car home, I noticed that it was leaking underneath, I called Pete and told him and he said that it might be the AC. To be certain I went to the mechanic the day after I bought the car and they found a list of about seven (7 ) issues with the car and they mentioned that they still weren’t even done checking on the car. I sent the image to Pete and he said that nothing is wrong with the car and the mechanic might just want money. I went to another trusted mechanic about two (2) days after and they found and recommended about ten (10) to twelve (12) things that needs to be fixed or adjusted with the car. Between both mechanics, it would cost between $2500-4500 to fix the issues with the car. Pete was refusing to fix or even have me exchange the car and he kept arguing about the car and stating that he won’t do anything about it; at this point I felt completed betrayed, sad and taken advantage of because they knew I was a woman which doesn’t know much about cars. Upon speaking to the owner, he said that he won’t do anything either not even to exchange it because apparently all the cars they sell have some form of issue according to him and said that Pete told me that everything was good with the car and added “based on his knowledge” which Pete himself did not mention to me prior to buying the car. Pete did not say, everything is good with the car based on his knowledge. Pete was arguing with me like I’m his child and though the owner was professional he was kinda talking to me in a bit of an angry tone closer to the end of the call. Pete eventually sent someone to fix only the valve cover gasket and stated that the rest of the almost about 12 other remaining issues is on me. I give it 1 star because they fixed 1 issue. The car was bought late August 2024 and I’m still struggling emotionally, financially and physically because of it because it would almost seem that I was begging Pete to fix the issues that he told me that were not there in the first place.
Great place to buy a car, especially if you want a car and can't afford to buy a car now. They have a layaway plan that will allow you make buying a car now possible. One more thing, they was very honest about the condition of each of the cars on their car lot👍
Do not purchase from this place. I bought a 2010 Mazda 6 on March 5th. Pete was very arrogant. I asked about any potential problems with the car. He hesitated and told me that the car was sitting on the lot since December 2023. He failed to disclose the real problem. I almost had 2 accidents because of a failed ABS unit. The brakes failed twice. I have had to put 1,000 into this car. On Saturday I just came from getting the front brakes and roaders. I was on my way home and got teeboned and now the car is totaled. I only had the car for 2 1/2 months. Every week I had to get something fixed in this car. It’s not worth your time to deal with this place. I would give it zero stars. But Perry was very polite and kind. Other than that I would take my business elsewhere.
Michael is an honest guy. I brought my 2008 Hyundai Entourage from him on August 3rd, 2018. It had low miles and one owner. I would still have it in 2024 if a guy in a stolen car hadn't of totaled it. I sure miss that car. If you're going to look for a good used car you can't go wrong here. I brought the car after the first test drive when I was returning it back to him. It was love at first sight with that car. If you're looking for a car you can't go wrong here.

I didnt buy a car from here. However they had totally great customer service. They knew everything about each car on the lot and was honest about what condition the cars was in. For instance this car is high mileage and needs a little tlc. They was very informative and nkt misleading just to make the sale.

Sold me ma POS Honda, waited until the warranty on the trans expired after saying they “fixed it” numerous times. Blocked my number so I couldn’t get in contact until after the warranty, very unprofessional. This place is a sham no one should buy cars from these CROOKS 0/10.
took one of their cars to the mechanic to get it checked out before buying.... turns out the car they tried to sell to me for $2500 wasnt even worth $500 with all the problems it had. Would not recommend this spot to anyone looking for a decent car
I bought a car from here last Saturday. When we test drove the car, we noticed it needed a control arm and the radio didn't work. They did the needed work and gave it an oil change. I haven't even had the car for a week and we've already needed to buy 2 tires, get an alignment, put in 2 front CV axles, and was told the back rim was bent and it needs a new wheel. On top of that, the serpentine belt started squealing a lot and i noticed it was cracking pretty bad. When I purchase a car, I don't intend to put another $500+ into it. Just beware and get the car completely checked before you purchase. Lesson learned.
Adding: so it's been 5 months since I bought the car. It was in the shop last week. Again. Put another $1100 in it. Needed both front bearings, new spindle, new shifter knob (found out it had been broken before and was somehow super glued together), and work because it was leaking a lot of oil. So, I paid $3900 for the car. In the 5 months that I've had it, I put another $1600 into it. Ridiculousness.
So we test drove a vehicle was leaving after deciding we didn't like the noises the car was making. The owner then talked my wife into it if he fixed the issues that we had. He also said he'd throw an oil change and a fresh inspection(which was not done by the way). Since picking up the car I have replaced both back tires a back rim two CV axles the passenger side front seatbelt isn't even attached to anything. The front driver side rotor is completely warped the pads are new but that wont matter with the wear because of the warp. Had to replace the serpentine belt etc. After spending 3900 dollars on a vehicle I do not expect to have to put 800 dollars into it within a week. BUYER BEWARE. If I didn't have to work and support my family I'd stand out there during business hours and tell all of you not to buy from them.BE CAREFUL.
I recently got a car from these guys. Very nice people with excellent customer service. No problems just yet it’s been two weeks. It was a 2012 Kia Rio with 64000 miles.

Perry is a piece of trash. Sold me a car with a bad trans and false mileage for $1400. Got it fixed only for the same problems to resurface and some worse things. Then tried to return it only for him to offer me $900. Told me take it or leave it. Don't buy from this dude. He'll claim you're getting a great deal and offer false help but will do nothing.
