Went in on a Friday night for a battery. I was met with a polite greeting and waited only a couple of minutes before I was serviced. I didn’t get his name but my sales rep thoroughly helped me and installed my battery within 10 minutes in the freezing cold. Very kind helpful and patient.

At the Lansdowne location store number 7504, Pamela was definitely a blessing she was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Not only was she helping me but she was multitasking throughout the store with various customers.. I will definitely be returning as this store… Pamela definitely need a promotion. My experience was awesome!!!! Thanks Pamela!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience! I went in and my 5 year old daughter fell asleep. Pam came over and found , my wipers and also installed them! She was extremely polite and knowledgeable! She had a smile during checkout and install. Store7504. Thanks again Pam! I will definitely be back!!!

Went to advance auto parts.to ask can they check my fluids in my car.the guy was busy and said they weren't allowed to do that but said again give me a minute.he came out and checked the fluids and showed me what to look for he was very nice and patient.want to say thanks to him for his kindness.

Shocked & appalled by how employees treat customers at the Baltimore Pike location. My 90-year old grandmother & I went to return an item this location recommended to her, which was incompatible with her car. There were 2 people in front of us being serviced by 2 cashiers & when one cashier became available, he called the customer standing directly BEHIND us. Thinking it was a simple mistake, I flagged that my grandmother & I were before the other customer & had been waiting longer. The cashier still took the man behind us saying, "he was here first." I am 100% sure he was not, I saw him walk into the store AFTER us. When I asked to speak to the manager, turns out it was the second cashier who'd seen this entire exchange unfold & said nothing at all (his name is Eddie). The first cashier walked away from the register MID-transaction with my grandmother mumbling under his breath and the manager had to finish the service AFTER I ask who would complete this transaction?? Who treats people this way? We will never visit this location, or any other, again. There are too many alternative auto part shops in the area to put up with this. Their employees are extremely unprofessional, clearly untrained, lacking in human decency & don't care at all if customers return. So why should we?

Female clerk seemed very disinterested in doing at least the bare minimum requirement of her job. I left store used Amazon and YouTube to solve my problem.Sad to say but that same clerk probably won’t have that job anymore in the near future because of the lighting speed at which technology is moving. Good luck young lady and Autozone lost a potential customer bye bye

Never got the guy at the desks name but he went way above and beyond helping me find an air intake hose for an accord. Would recommend this advance to anyone looking for parts. They came in clutch

I bought a Schumacher 15A Rapid Charge Battery Charger on August 21, 2022 with the assistance of a worker at Lansdowne, PA 19050 | 131 E Baltimore Ave. Not only did she tell me that I could charge the battery and use it anywhere but she reassured me that this was the product that I was looking for. My first time using it was this year, May 14, 2023. Not only did she neglect to tell me that this product needed to be attached to an OUTLET but now the 90 day window has closed for me to return it. Plus electric cannot be returned unless they are defective, that wasn’t told to me when I bought it??? I don’t have the luxury of having someone in my life know about auto parts, so I depend on stores like you and knowledgeable employees that you employee to assist me on this journey. I am angry and disappointed. I am a college student and I spent most of my paycheck on this battery. The employees at this location were helpful, but I’m very angry that I was led astray by someone that was supposed to help. It’s disingenuous and I will definitely not be walking in by myself ever again because the advice the employees give is untrustworthy to someone who knows nothing about cars.

I've had good experiences with this auto parts seller before. Not this time, so I have to adjust the star rating. I called just as they opened on Monday morning. The person who answered the phone was a bit rude and seemed in a hurry. I got the price of the car battery I needed, and confirmed they offer free installation after 9am. I said fine. In the afternoon when I went into the store to buy the actual item, the way they treated me was TRASH. Long story, too long to list here. Plus, the staff seemed poorly-trained overall. Also, apparently they don't install batteries that are located in the trunk. They wouldn't even try. So much for Free Installation. The person on the phone could have told me this. I'm transitioning away from being a car owner. But while I still have a car in America, I doubt I'll ever visit this particular Advance Auto Parts location again.

HORRIBLE!!!! I paid for my part to come on a guaranteed day, I kept calling them askin if my part came. Never came…… I asked if my part come the next day will I get a refund for the shipping, the guy said yes….. nobody called me the next day, I had to call them, when I get there to ask for my refund, I get attitudes from them telling me to call the shipper, MIND YOU they were the ones that ordered the part, if I have to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back, I will and am Disgusting!!!!!!!!

This is the ONLY place I will go now for parts for my vehicles. Today I went in to purchase a turn signal bulb. Adonis was the salesman. He went into the aisle, grabbed my bulbs and installed them for me! He checked all of my lights as well. Thank you, Adonis. It’s super hot out and you never hesitated to install for me! A few months ago another salesman put my wiper blades on for me. Can’t say enough about the first class customer service at this store. You won’t get this kind of service at auto zone!!!

Was just blantley told that they will not install a car battery. 1 other customer in the store and we parked right in front of the windows, so I don't understand why they couldn't do it. Lost my piece of business today and won't be back.

I went to Advance Auto Parts Thursday December 20th right before close. The white guy was extremely rude, snotty, and very unhelpful. He had the attitude of a gas station attendant on a horror flicks. I would not recommend this Advance Auto Parts to anyone who needs real help. And FYI I rarely give bad comments. Place is nothing but bad apples

This is a Location I Hated Coming To. My company been in business for 2 years Now, So I Come To This Location To Buy DeX For My Trucks. There Are Times I Walked In Waited For Assistance And The Assoiciate Would Walk Away As If They Didn't Want To Help Me. Lately I've Been Coming In The Morning And Been Getting Great Service From a Young Man Who Always Has Good Energy And Good Customer Service, Respectful, Greets Me at the Door, And this Man Always Helps Me With My Dex To My Truck, This Guy Needs A Medal, I Explianed this To My General Manager As This What I Need On My Team. I Also Just Wanted Advance Auto To Know That It Takes A Great Person To Changed My Experience With This Company, Good Work AA,,,,, If Thats His Name... Good Work......

Abe is the man. He helped me purchase a nfew battery and helped install my hub caps today! Great customer service from the team today! Shout out to Khalil also for installing the battery for me! They was really informative towards learning about our cars! I highly recommend this place !

Very poor customer service. Workers are disrespectful. I had an issue and had to go there multiple times, as soon as I get in the store they were giving me looks and making me wait. Will never come to this location to buy anything. AutoZone has a better customer service in the store

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dealt with Mike. Nice young man, seemed to know what he was talking about and gave me all the stuff I needed to do the job even tho I didn't know I needed some of the stuff so I appreciated that so I didn't have to make 4-5 trips back to the store once I realized in the middle of the job that I was missing a thing or two...very helpful! Reasonable prices co.pared to other auto places in the neighborhood. Actually most of the time I found they are the cheapest in the area and conveniently located close to just about e:everything and a wide selection of neighborhoods so if your car brakes down and you are so I g the job yourself like myself you are able to walk to and from this place to home and not kill yourself to get there with any hills or anything. Also McDonald's and giant food stores right next door so grab everything you need in on ttmrip instead of 2 or 3 trips to other places. Two thumbs up for advanced auto parts.. keep up the good work guys. You're hiring and training I g the staff very well as far as I can tell in the 10 times I've had to go there I never had a problem with the staff. There is one big downside Recently they changed their policies on returni g auto parts if u happen to but the wrong thing and even if it's unopened and unused u CAN NOT return it or exchange it for the right part you need anymore. Huge downside for ppl like myself that do a lot of their own autowork as much as I can just to save some money but now unless I know exactly what's wrong with my car or what it needs I can't buy a part here and take it back if I realized I bought the wrong part( I'm not a mechanic but my dad is so I usually buy what I think I need and once my dad checks my car out for me to tell me what is really wrong with it i couldn't take the wri g part back even tho it was clearly unused and unopened. You have to do better in that area advanced or else I would have given you guys the full 5 stars. The whole reason I'm doing my own auto work and not bringing it to a auto shop is to save money guys but if I have to buy 5 wrong parts and can't take them back once I realized I was wrong then I should just pay the auto shop the cash to do it right the first time. We're not all rich so usually ppl shopping at your store are like me and trying just to save a little bit of our hard earned cash but you guys are making that harder now which lead me to go to a whole different auto store for the rest of my parts that I ended up needing just in case I had to return something. I didn't want to keep putting out more money for different parts. Let change that policy and I'll be a faithful advanced auto parts shopper but until then I'll be shoppi g somewhere that I can return something of coarse as lo g as it's unopened and unused then we should be able to return something guys after all that's why we're doing our own work to save some money. I hope you change that policy cause everythi g about your store is just about perfect.

I had a wonderful visit to Advance today. The employees were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were so helpful I ended up spending more than planned. Great time from the two sales ppl to the manager. I highly recommend thhe Advance on Baltimore in Lansdowne!

They have the best customer service and easy returns here. I won't go to any other auto parts stores bc I got stuck with a $65 FOP remote I bought at pep boys bc I threw away the receipt but then totaled the car before I even opened the box. All I wanted was to exchange for stuff I could use and they wouldn't take it back. Never any problems at Advance Auto
