We gave specific instructions on where to place the dumpster at our house and asked the representative they he understood the instructions. He told us yes. This requested spot for the drop would make the dumping process a lot easier for the contractors because otherwise they would have to walk up a hill and 50 yards further to the dumpster on a day that it was 100 degrees out. We then asked if we needed anyone to be at the house when the dumpster was dropped and we were told no. The company dropped the dumpster in the wrong spot at our house---we could see this from the cameras. We called the company and they agreed to go back and put the dumpster in the correct place which they did. Then we received an invoice for $75 for moving the dumpster which was not our fault. We called the company and asked to have the $75 credited back and the person who answered the phone said no. We then asked for a return call from a person in Management or the owner and after two calls and three emails, we still have not heard back from anyone. The $75 isn't the issue here, it's the principle that the company made the mistake and we are having to pay for it. I would not recommend using this company. We will not be using them but rather contacted another dumpster company for future use.
While the help was kind somewhat professional, this should NOT be advertised as a disposal site. This is a Waste Management company, similar to Republic & Revolution and per discussion with dispatch, they (Accurate) will provide the dumpsters. AGAIN, this is NOT A DUMP SITE for construction debris!
I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!! Jenny is AMAZING!!!!! I manage thousands of corporate trash accounts and although I only have so many in the Philly area, she comes through every single time!!! The whole staff there is amazing. We can reach out late afternoon and they will have a roll off delivered the next morning! Shout out to Holly as well. She is easy to work with and I just wish we could have the staff here in Califonia haha!!!
Drivers are lazy and also got caught on camera telling they picked up dumpster when they actually did not.
Called to complain and said they will be out the next day... Well they came and did a drive by. They should be fired. I known I would if I wasn't doing my job. Zero stars. Lazy "YOU KNOW WHO"
What an professional, polite and competent business. They were available when I contacted them at 6AM. They had a dumpster delivered to my house early that afternoon. They scheduled pick up from a voice mail that I left. The people who answer the phones and who delivered the dumpster were pleasant and helpful. I have used them before when I cleaned out an estate. This time it was for my home. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
Accessible from Street with easy to see advertising making it a breeze to visit with other services offered on site . Free recycling drop-off is used frequently by me once i was informed about it.??
The drivers of this company are jerks will pull out fromt of you, blow stop signs and then yell at you for for not letting them break the
Laws of the road. Real stand up workers.

Picked up a mill load here, very fast loading and easy to get to for an hectic area a little tight but keep cool it’s easy. Go in and hop on scale, scale operator will direct you to dock, scale out and on your way. Load scaled out perfectly.

Accurate Recycling dumpster service is da bomb. The service was all that. Good old fashion American customer service. The customer needs are met without a bunch of static I ordered a dumpster when it arrived, it was too small. I called they sent out a bigger one. All I had to do was was pay the difference. I would use them again and reccomend them.
I have used Accurate four times now for our ongoing housing project. The office staff was professional, courteous, and most helpful.
The drivers were no less courteous and professional and most competent.
Would I use them again...you bet.
Oh...and the price was most reasonable.
Had a small residential demolition job and their rating and prices seemed attractive. The driver damaged our driveway on pickup and we were charged for tonnage 6-7 tons over what was estimated for the job. Seems there is no recourse for either issue. Not happy with their service or what we were charged by them.
Accurate Recycling is the only company I use for all my trash and recycling needs. I am a local general contractor and I need a dumpster for most of my jobs. When I call Accurate, everyone in the office is great to speak with and they always make sure to have a dumpster for me as soon as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a fair and honest family operated company to work with.
I have used Accurate Recycling a few times in the past. They were ok till today, I had a trailer full of metal and was about three minutes away and five minutes till closing so I figured I would call them with a heads up. Was told they were already pulling the doors down. As I couldn't imagine they would really close early I continued on and I had just drove 30 minutes to get there. Sure enough I pulled up with 2 minutes to spare and they were closed! Not the kind of customer service I'm looking for. After a few calls I found Atlas Metals in Sharon Hill, bonus they paid me 3 cents more a pound then Accurate was offering. Not sure why I would go back.
Just wanted to give positive feedback with the ease of delivery of roll off trash bin. Also, special thanks to Glenn, the truck driver who was very courteous and did a great job with placement as well as proactively asking neighbor to move their car. Excellent service!
We have been using Accurate for about 4 years now. We have a dumpster at our shop every day for our contracting debris.We are very pleased with the service. When we need a switch out they usually arrive the same day, and if not then early the next morning. The time in between pick up and an empty container is a very short span. They are easy to get a hold of. Customer service is awesome. Their prices are better than most.
We've been using this company for about a year now and they have surpassed our expectations in every way. We often get same day drop offs and pickups. Their pricing is outstanding and most importantly, they are super nice folks. They are the only dumpster company we would recommend to anyone. Can't say enough good things about Accurate.
