Went to AutoZone for a replacement brake lens , but they didn't have what I needed in stock, but we're able to find what I needed at another location which was relatively close. I thought the price was a little bit high but within reason but I really had no choice because my car was getting inspected the next morning which it passed, so that made it all worth it.
Have to give a shout out to both of the young ladies I had today at the store. One did a test on my alternator and battery, she also assisted me with buying the alternator. The second girl I had when I came back to turn in my old alternator. Both were attentive, nice, & professional!
Went to return something and April Jackson was trying to scan it but it wasn't working. She was very rude while talking to her, then for no reason she threw her hands up in the air and said "I can't do this". She said the F word to her coworker . She talked in a friendly tone to a younger man joking that the rain was his shower for the day and then she WALKED out of the store while we were waiting for her to finish helping us! I asked her "weren't you helping us? You're just going to leave the store?" She came back in the store and started screaming to leave "her" store and said that she couldn't deal with the cigarette smell. But before I came in the store , finishing my cigarette I was smoking with her coworker with long hair talking about the eagles game. So why was my cigarette smoke so offensive but not her coworkers? And how is this in any way acceptable to conduct yourself in a work environment?
I was told by a mechanic that a battery I had purchased a year and a half ago from AutoZone was leaking acid. I went to the Clifton Heights location, and was helped by Austin. The battery was covered under the warranty, and Austin was extremely kind and helpful in replacing the battery for me. It took about 20 minutes and he showed me how bad the leak was, double-checking that it was indeed the right one for the car (it was). It seems like he took great care to be sure there’d be no further battery issues, and I wanted to acknowledge how much I appreciate it. Thank you.
Auto zone is not in its same space but in this same shopping plaza. It’s Bigger better actually I never been an auto zone this big they have everything. They just opened recently.
Scanned my car battery in minutes, found that it was a bad battery, they were able to replace my battery free of charge, again within minutes. They were extremely courteous, professional, and got me in and out faster than a New Jersey gas station. Highly recommend this establishment! Exemplary customer service! Thank You
**Unfortunately, 3 weeks later my car would not start. After calling and paying a tow service through roadside assistance, I learned the battery was not installed correctly and the plate to keep it in place was not put back in place. The battery has been sliding around, and the terminal became unscrewed causing the car to not start. Very inconvenient and unsafe. **
I had an excellent experience at this location! The staff helped me check the status of my battery and installed the new one. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Thank you so much!
This is a generous rating. The store isn’t the worst auto parts store I’ve ever been to, but it’s certainly close. Terrible customer service terrible overall experience, on MULTIPLE occasions.
They usually have the parts you need would be the only positive.
We just had a thunderstorm and I absolutely needed new windshield wipers. Luckily it passed quickly and I headed to Your store to get new ones. Basil was very knowledgeable and helpful, finding what size I needed, where they were in the store, and he even put them on for me. Then the sun came out. Basil saved the day! Thank you.
Jason, Paul, Victoria and Chrissy are the most amazing managers and sales associates in the building. They answer your questions and go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied to meet your car needs
Went to return a part that was not correct for my vehicle. Over the phone i was told i could return without a receipt because i have an account and everything was saved on their computer. When i got there, everyone was extremely rude, not wanting to help and i received an attitude from 2 different workers who also had no idea what the part even was, repeatedly asking me if I even bought it at autozone. After being refused help and having to leave with the wrong part, i will no longer come back here and will avoid autozone for future purchases. The part that through me off the most was the immediate attitude from multiple employees
I love this place. They are the best people. I've had my battery replaced twice and the second one wasn't easy but the guy was Great. He had to take half of the engine apart because of where the battery is located, but never thought twice about it. was nervous but he just did the job and I offered him a tip. He said no, just give is a good review. What a Great Place 👍
Friendly staff. Good place. They're all very helpful. My car broke down outside their store. They immediately came to my aid trying to help diagnose the problem. My car wasn't able to start. They helped push it into a parking space. Then they reassured me it would be ok to leave it until I was able to get it moving again. I'm grateful for their kindness and helping to alleviate my stress. I did finally get it moving in my own and they congratulated me.
I was helped by Sam and he gave us a wonderful experience. Came in thinking I needed to buy a battery but he ended up just needing to tighten the battery terminal. Did it free and with a smile, definitely coming again
I had a great experience at the location on Baltimore Pike. The employee Bazil gave me top notch service. I wanted a certain steering wheel cover.. and he checked in the back for me. They were out of stock, but I did select a cover that I really liked. He went above and beyond when he offered to put the cover on for me. He said that it's a struggle getting the cover on. But he had it on in under a minute. Thank you again Bazil..you're the best!
Very organized store. Nice workers. One of them came out to help with my brake light as it was stuck and I couldn’t get it. He went above and beyond with 3 different types of pliers to help! I will definitely be coming back for any more auto parts that I need in the future. I never write google reviews but I was very happy with the customer service. Thank you again!
My one headlight had burned out and I was clueless as to what I needed. I was there twice before but the store manager was the only staff member working so he could not help me out by putting it on for me. I was real lucky and blessed when I came back a third time and met a wonderful male employee named Sam. Sam was helpful and installed the new bulb for me. Sam has such great customer service, is friendly, and extremely attentive. I will definitely come back for any car products I may need now thanks to Sam. My aging father also says thanks to Sam! You sure made our day!
The inventory in this particular Autozone is not that good, so I had to buy something I didnt want to buy, but the store closer to me had what I need in stock....unfortunately I was food shopping at the Acme next door so this store was more convenient. If you can get to the Marshall Road store in Upper Darby go there instead for the better inventory.
Store seems small but well stocked. Prices are about what you expect.
The associate that ultimately rang me out seemed to have basic knowledge but lacked basic comprehension. He appeared to be listening while I asked my question about fitment, but when he answered my question he gave me information about the product itself and didn’t actually answer my question about the fitment. Luckily I already had a general idea of what I was looking for before I walked in so I just went with what I knew I needed.
