We’ve been taking our cars to Marple Automotive for a number of years now. We could not be happier with the service, honesty and all around great experience. They go out of their way to provide great service. Luke was especially helpful on our last visit when he took the time to explain our issue in detail in the most honest way. We saved a fortune. We highly recommend this terrific business.

I got my tires looked at today by Zach. He was kind and professional and gave me a great experience. Everyone who works there was attentive and engaged from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Their synergy as a team and commitment to help customers is obvious and outstanding. First time taking my Mercedes truck to them for an inspection. Scheduling was a breeze, and the truck was serviced much sooner than I had expected. Most shops will schedule you out a week or so, but not this shop. I told them the extra work I’d like them to do and to give it at thorough look over. The turn around to get my truck back was less than a day and was called prior to any work being done. Bottom line is they are honest, get straight to the point and make recommendations and are fair with their pricing. I’ll be a loyal customer and bring my truck back for any future repairs.

Your experts immediately made an appointment for the inspection, and no extra charges were made other than the necessary procedures. It was a completely professional job.

They did a great job showing us that the all season tires we were going to put on were near the wear mark and had signs of dry rot (showing cracks in the rubber). Not bad for 5 seasons :)

Loved our experience with this place. Diagnosed and corrected our problems honestly and correctly. We came here after another, less honest or possibly less knowledgeable automotive repair facility gave us the wrong diagnosis of what was wrong, along with a 1700$ estimate. We decided to get a second opinion with that kind of money being involved. We called about 6 or 7 different repair garages before we settled on bringing it to Marple. We were pleasantly surprised when they offered us a differing opinion on what was wrong and a repair cost of 1000$ less than what the other place had quoted us. During and after the repair, we were educated on what exactly was wrong and the proper fix. After the repair, I was even shown the broken parts that they took out of our vehicle. We were shown and thoroughly explained how the parts malfunctioned and how they are supposed to properly function. Thank you so much for your caring and your honesty. Being new to the area, this will be our new "go to shop"!

I recently began taking my car here after a recommendation from my in-laws. I have to say I couldn't be more pleased. It's hard to find an honest mechanic. I originally contacted them about installing a Cat wrap on my car to protect my catalytic converter. They let me know it wasn't necessary. They could have taken advantage of me as I did not know. They will be my service station from now on. Even though it's a little further. Outstanding customer service!

You don't see teams take such pride in their work and relationships with their customers much these days. I also appreciate their efficient system of on-line reminders for repairs and maintenance. I dropped my truck off for air bag installation and oil change. Marple Automotive did an excellent and timely job of installing the air bags and when I arrived took the time to go over the equipment and maintenance. Furthermore, the technician offered to have me bring my RV trailer to the shop to check the levelness and the pressure in the suspension. Been using M.A. for over 8 years and will continue to go back. Thank you.

I also had my car inspected. I think Marple Automotive is excellent. They always keep me informed, no surprises at checkout, they are thorough and advise me if they think something will need work in the near future, and their prices are totally fair. I think everyone there is very nice and polite.

I was looking for a new shop to have my yearly state inspection performed along with a wheel alignment. Their reviews on Google were strong and encouraged me to give them a shot. I made the appointment online and quickly received confirmation of my appointment. They were very professional when explaining what they found during the inspection, outlined what was needed to pass inspection as well as what was optional, and got my car back to me in quick order. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will look to them first for future state inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

OUTSTANDING service. I met John the Owner and he was very friendly and promised a prompt response to my car issue (which I received!). Bill was so helpful finding me the best price on tires and they took care of my issue same-day. VERY pleased with how this business treats their customers, I highy recommend Marple Auto!

They are very easy to get an appointment with and answer the phone promptly. They provide transportation if you can't get a ride back after dropping off your car. They go over the car, identify issues and clearly explain what needs to be done. They give an estimate of charges before doing the work, asking for confirmation to do the work. I've had both of my cars inspected there with a reasonable fee for the inspection. Mechanics know their trade- both cars needed maintenance repairs, and the cars ran very well after the work was done. They are reasonably priced in their labor fees. I love the waiting area - pleasant and decorated nicely. Bill and John are who we primarily interact with- personable, knowledgeable and seem genuinely concerned about having the cars be safe and reliable to drive. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic and car repairs.

A co-worker recommended this place to me since I am new to the area. The mechanics are very friendly and recommend maintenance that you should do to your car without being pushy. Every time I have had work done to the car I can tell there has been an improvement. I recently had my car inspected and literally, my car drove and felt better than when I first bought it with 9,300 miles on the car. The steering and alignment were tight and arrow-straight, the linkages for the clutch, brake, and gas were tighter and more responsive. Even the emergency brake was more responsive! The mechanic even paid attention to the small details and tightened my shifter knob and touched up my gearbox because the shifting felt smoother! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
