Stopped in to see if they had a battery strap for my 04 XVS 1100 and in fact they did. I picked the guy behind the counters brain and got more info in 30 minutes then I was able to find in hours of searching online. My next purchase will be the same service manual the service techs use to trouble shoot, repair, or replace. I'm looking forward to spending the off season fine tuning my recently acquired bike. Passing through today and decided to stop in and have a look around and maybe talk some VMX.. as an AHRMA member, I’ve heard about these guys claims of being “vintage friendly”. Vintage maybe, friendly? Hell no! The woman behind the counter is very rude and proceeded to snapped at me as i walked through the door for asking about a bike i saw through a window in the adjacent building. I just turned and walked back out.
I was kinda stoked about stopping in there after all i heard… I’ll keep driving next time. Heads up AHRMA guys
Not good service and help had the same problem as someone else in the comments talked to Cindy she was unbelievably rude I was confused about the year of my quad bc I was told different when I bought it but I guess the guy was wrong anyway I needed a cdi box but I thought it was a different one she basically kicked me out and said the I needed the year for her to do anything not even trying to help me out until I told her like 3 times to type the parts number into the computer like isn’t that your job didn’t appreciate the lack of help and trying to basically ignore me and kick me out. Would rather drive another hour to get better service. Thanks a lot!
Sent my decals to the wrong province, Sent me wrong decals.There fix was to send us each others address so we could switch. When we finaly got our decal they were the wrong colour. There ad clearly shows burgandy. ones I recieved are clearly black. was first told it was the light, then was told it was right and my originals were wrong. They stopped communication after Ebay review time ran out. Dont deal with these clowns ...update...after Google review they admitted it was there fault as there printer wasn't calibrated. Gave me partial refund
Its not the law to have to mask up. Went to harley and did my business. Shame because I have done business here before and they were decent. If company policy then I accept that but I did not see any posting on doors about it being store/company policy. Sorry it went this way.
Stopped in, mind was set on different bike. However I'm getting a new Yamaha today. Joe helped me was super informative without being pushy. More bike shops needs good experienced guys like Joe. Prices were very fair. Highly recommend going here!
Bought a cheap van as is on March 21st and on April 4th the rod went out of the motor. I called the dealership and spoke with Josh the salesman and he said oh well you bought it as is. I put about 100 miles on it and that is all they had to say. Josh asked if I wanted to speak with the owner and I said I did. After about 2 minutes Josh told me the owner said that I bought it as is and that was it. These people are jokes. Jerry. Brooke
