They delivered stone for one of our current projects in a timely manner, which was very helpful. When they arrived, they called to request payment, which was fine but the invoice included a credit card fee that I preferred not to pay.
It had already taken them over 30 days to bill me for the first order, which was inconvenient, but I promptly wrote a check and placed it on the desk. I mentioned that I wished the billing had been handled earlier, and the woman, who I believe is the owner, immediately became defensive and difficult to speak with.
While I remained calm and asked why she was responding the way she was, she abruptly walked out, leaving me standing there. I attempted to de-escalate the situation, but she continued to speak with an attitude and in a manner I would never use with my own customers.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I am so happy I discovered Brandywine Quarry! The people I've met there--Jennifer, Kyle, Brad, and Jesús--were all so perfectly wonderful to work with. I had never planned or created a walkway before and Jennifer had great information for me on products to buy--and what to avoid. I LOVE getting information from an expert! It made the project so much easier to do and the end product so much better. Kylie and Brad went over and above--showing me uncommon kindness. I had told them I loved finding heart-shaped stones because it made me think my son, who I had recently lost, was thinking of me.
