Excellent service from C&J Auto. A welcomed experience compared to shops I've dealt with in the past. They were thorough and up front with everything. Brittany communicated throughout the time they had my car in the shop with updates and timelines. They even gave me a loaner car to use while they were doing the work on my car, which was much appreciated as someone with only one vehicle and no other options other than rentals to get back and forth to work while my car was down.
Id recommend to anyone.
Dave and Brittany were very professional and did a thorough job of examining my new used car and provided a report for needed work and future scheduled maintenance. All and all an outstanding experience. I was in search of a new shop, since my dealers shop became entirely unreliable, and I have found one with Dave and Brittany at CGJ Auto.
No issues. Went in for routine oil change service. They were able to get me in same day my husband called. It’s difficult fitting in these types of appointments in with an autistic toddler who is very active.
I had a very positive experience. Sean was very transparent with work that needed to be done on my vehicle, but not pushy. The inspection included a report with pictures, which I've never experienced before.
I scheduled an appointment to get an inspection for my car and I wrote down the wrong time. I showed up an hour late for my appointment and they still squeezed me into their busy schedule. Customer service was excellent and both individuals at the front desk were kind and understanding. Price was reasonable and they didn't charge me extra. This might be my new go to mechanic.
This is our new auto repair spot! The service went above and beyond, even offering rides to and from our house while our car was being worked on for no additional cost! I also loved the break down report of work they did on the car, along with the possible future repairs the car might need. They offered a sense of trust and comfort you can’t find at many auto shops!

Ok so very good and over and above service. I took my brand new truck for an oil change and it was great until... Their guy accidentally backed into the building damaging my tail gate. So it is the next day and I have my completed tailgate and it looks perfect. Truly amazing a new tailgate painted and perfect in under 24 hrs so service is their forte.
Dave thanks for the follow up. To be honest I’m a little disappointed. I like the work Nate does to my diesel truck. He’s thorough and it’s done well.
The problem was that there were items that were suggested to be done but the cost to add them went from 700 dollars to 1700 dollars! That a big difference. Making the cost unaffordable. Jake said he made a mistake. But it’s seemed like a scam. I work hard for my money and I’m just not going to through at you to solve a problem. The cost needs to be justified. I think it was way outa range.

Staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Prices are good/ reasonable, no complaints. They have always been able to help with last minute things. Great place for repairs and any car needs! Plus they have some nice discounts every now and then
I have gotten inspections done and received help from Dave, Brittany and the rest of the staff. They have always been super helpful, kind and more than knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions I had about auto repair in Chester County, PA. I drive a Tesla and unfortunately for something like tires, it’s very hard to go anywhere else than Tesla. You end up getting ripped off. C&J are awesome because they provide full service tire replacements, repairs, and more for any Tesla in Chester County or Coatesville PA. Bring your electric car!! Thanks guys!!!
I needed to find a place to put my new tires on that I had purchased. C&J had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. The staff was friendly and courteous and allowed me to wait while they were being put on. I drank coffee while I waited that was available for customers.Dave came to me with a concern he had about my brakes. There was no pressure to use them for the service and I was asked if I " had a guy" that I already use for repairs. He was just concerned about getting it fixed and went as far as taking pictures of what was going on and explaining it to me. I was very pleased with him explaining because often I don't understand what mechanics are talking about . I was also pleased with the interactions I saw with both the staff, customers , and a salesman that came in. I'll definitely be using them again for future services.
I needed an inspection and some other maintenance work done. They fit me in the next business day! My car is running fabulously and they kept me updated all day on the progress and what was needed, complete with real-time photos. I will definitely be returning, this establishment is courteous, polite, friendly and well-managed and the service is top -notch! First time customer, future long time client! Always a fantastic experience. I’ve been going to the Parksburg location for years and have experienced only excellent service. They perform a detailed car overview to allow you to be aware of upcoming needed repairs (ranking them from urgent to ok) and it truly is for information sake. I’ve never felt pressured to repair more than l’ve walked in to have done, I’ve never been talked down to and it truly feels like a partnership in figure out appropriate car care/repairs. I’ve had many types of cars over the years and been to many shop across two states and without a doubt this is the best shop with which I’ve done business.
I was saved from purchasing a defective used car by C&J's excellent and thorough inspection. Major problems were identified and shown clearly in the digital report. Really wonderful and helpful. Thanks very much!!

Dave and his Team are strong abs talented professionals! Dave runs the shop like a REAL BUSINESS! They make it a point to know your name and they care about what if being done and that isn't being done right! I've been to cheaper shops, but at least here, you get what you paid for!
Wayyyyyy Overpriced! This place used to be great before they went corporate. They want to tell you about their 360 estimate on your car. They will send those pics with a cost estimate to your email. The prices you have to laugh at! I took my car to a competitor and got a $250 less of a quote. Not only did the receptionist tell me I had to have my part shipped from Honda in CA, which is not true. Then proceeds to try and sell me these expensive tires for my little car that could run on lawn mower tires, oh but they come with this amazing warranty she said. JUST RUN. Way over priced for nothing.$250 cheaper elsewhere . Get a quote before you purchase here with a coupon or not. RUN
I recently started using C&J instead of the shop that I had used for the previous 6 years. I have been treated like a VIP with every phonecall, service, and request that I've made. Repair quotes have been as much as 25% less than other area businesses have quoted me. I don't ever feel like I'm being pressured to add on unnecessary services. Everyone is always helpful and super pleasant both in person and on the phone. I don't know what else I can say to express how much I recommend using these folks, but I guess the best way to sum it up is that they deserve every one of those 5 stars. I'd give them more if I could.
Dave and Brittany were very personable and a pleasure to work with. We are happy with the service and look forward to having a working air conditioning system on our upcoming trip!

I was extremely pleased with the recent service that I got from C&J! I took my car in for an inspection and oil change. They sent me pictures of everything that needed to be fixed or suggested to be fixed, then discussed it with me over the phone. Dave was extremely helpful and helped me determine what needed to be fixed right away and what could be worked on throughout the year. He also printed out what we discussed and pricing so that I was able to plan future repairs. I highly recommend C&J for anyone who needs repairs, inspections, or oil changes.
