I was traveling with my two young kids and my car was giving me serious trouble. I barely made it to this location. I was alone w the kids in a strange place on the verge of tears . I stepped out and collected myself. I went back in the office and got myself a Rent-A-Car and left my car there. They are looking at my car tomorrow. As a single mom I was nervous and scared and Dee told me where to find the enterprise rental as I said, we were traveling on the way to Lancaster from south jersey we had a two day vacation planned in Lancaster end it was nonrefundable. Thanks to see I was able to get the rental car and I left my car there so hopefully tomorrow it can be diagnosed and fixed .

Pancoast Autonotive is great. Honest reliable thorough work. I drive a lot. Had some brake issues a year after getting them replaced by Pancoast. Turns out the parts failed early. Pancoast got it covered under the parts warranty. Just an example of how great they are. Reasonably priced as well.

This is the only mechanic I would ever go to! I have a second hand Jeep Wrangler, Jeeps are known for having issues. I explained what was happening when I pulled away, and Bruce instantly knew what I was talking about. He fixed the Jeep, without doing anything that was not needed! I drive 40 minutes to Pancoast Automotive because they are just that good. They are professional and very kind. I would, and have, recommended Pancoast to my friends and family.

I have been taking my car my wife's and 3 kids cars there,also send my friends there ,not only are they friendly there service is fantastic never had a problem and they have always found problem with cars fixed it and at a fair price 2 times before I could not make it to them because they are not close to me and both times the local garage was going to charge me thousands so I waited to get to pan coast both times they saved me alot of money a d the work that other garage said I needed was a lie .now I always take the longer drive it's worth it and I appreciate there honestly. Will never go anywhere else.

Always excellent, fast, and honest service at Pancoast. We have followed Bruce for over 25 years from several different locations to their current location and have NEVER had an issue. We love Pancoast. Honest and never try to upsell you things you don't need. I recently went to another local shop for an oil change because Pancoast was booked until the following week. I was reaffirmed why Pancoast is the best having paid 98.00 for an oil change and to change a newer tire to the front due to wear. If you need a fair reliable local shop for your vehicles, look no further. Take them to Pancoast!

I don't trust this car with many people, but I trust them. I've been going to Pancoast for years and Bobby for over 20 years.

Bruce works on both of our family cars as well as all my husband's trucks for his landscaping business. He is knowledgeable, works fast, and has never once overcharged us or pressured us into buying unnecessary services just to get our money. We will continue to go here and tell everyone else we know to do the same!

Used them for years...run by a local family with kids at Great Valley. They are a super lovely family...and they will be honest and fare....no really...they charge you for only what really needs to be fixed...they go above and beyond...and don't charge you and arm and a leg...it's really true... all my repairs have been top notch... the only thing they don't do well is call you when your car is finished... that's because they are busy fixing other customers cars...so you need to call them....or just arrange a pick up time when you book in...that's it...they are great...I highly recommend them. UPDATE...so I dropped off our two cars for service this week and both times they called me promptly let me know they were finished! Oh and I should mention there is a waiting room if you prefer to wait.

I recently had my wife's car in to check the brakes, as she had experienced some slight pulling. By 7:15 am I received a call and Bobby indicated he had checked and the brakes and they looked good. He spoke to my wife and decided to take it for a test drive. He gave it an extensive test and determined there was no need for brake replacement. We appreciated to timely and thorough service.

Bruce serviced my car when I needed an inspection, to find a rattle in my car and to find out why my car isn't getting good gas mileage. Bruce did a great job, as always and only fixed what needed to be fix. He didn't do like many dealerships do and find things to fix. When you get your vehicle fixed, it's fixed by professionals who have a great deal of integrity. I can't recommend Pancoast enough. My whole family uses them and if I know anyone who needs their vehicle serviced I will recommend Pancoast to them

I had an unscheduled [vehicle] problem. They were able to work my car into their busy schedule and effect a favorable outcome. I've been a long-time customer. I value the Pancoasts' integrity, responsiveness, and friendship. I consider them a great resource and I, without reservation, recommend their service.

I've was fortunate enough to find Pancoast about 8 years ago. There is not enough space in this review to say enough good things about the company and the people. If you had to pick three qualities in your car mechanic, what would they be? 1) Honesty 2) Proper and thorough work done in a very timely manner and 3) The best cost around. I would not take my car anywhere else to get serviced. The good people at this company have treated me better, as a customer, than just about any other service-related business I've used in the past 10 years. What makes Pancoast so great is that it is a family owned business. From the moment you walk into the shop, that's how you feel; like family. I have been taking my cars to Bruce for over 13 years now. An honest mechanic is hard to find these days, but Bruce is definitely one of them. Great service and pricing. I'll continue to use Bruce for many years to come.

Pancoast Auto is fabulous what else can I say? Bruce has been working on our cars since 2001. He is honest, fair and stands by his work. More than your typical mechanic. He is a truely nice person who knows his business. I wouldn't think of bringing my car anywhere else. I don't ever walk out of there wondering if I paid too much or if he did work that didn't need to be done. HONEST AND FAIR:)
