I had a recall repair completed at Paoli Ford. It’s a bit of a commute for me from Philadelphia, but after repeated unsuccessful attempts at a Philly location, I called Paoli and Doug was able to get me scheduled quickly. I wished I had called Paoli sooner. In addition to the repair, they also did state annual inspection. Admittedly, I ended up also getting new tires and a tune up, but needed to be done. And the car wash is so appreciated! I’m actually hoping to go back to this location for future needs. It’s close to shopping, too. ?

Doug Souders is a great service rep! He arranged my state inspection to be done quickly . Pleasant, helpful, good sense of humor, and exceptional at scheduling and monitoring service. Give him a raise!

Beware, they have added a fee to process credit cards. If this is a method you would use to pay, you should find another business to take your vehicle to. Service is quite good other than this. But I would no longer pick them for any expensive work. If they decide to remove this fee, I would be happy to keep them at the top of my list.

Service was great and straightforward, no hidden costs nor games played. Friendly and to the point, just how I like it. I was late but they still took my car, service was also completed a lot faster than I expected. Ian was great. 5/5 service.

Service advisors are very helpful. It’s always easy to find an appointment time which is difficult at a lot of dealerships on the Main Line. Excellent communication and accurate with estimated time for pickup. I use them for both repairs and periodic maintenance and never had to return for the same issue.

We had the mobile service van come to the house to perform scheduled maintenance on our Expedition. That was a huge timesaver. Totally worth it.

The ford mobile service was amazing!! Super convenient and fast. They came to my house and performed all the work in my driveway. Will use again. Only reason why I marked only 4 out if 5 stars is that they charge a credit card fee. Annoying!

I've been to Paoli Ford a few times now and it has never been anything but a great experience. Ian was my service advisor and was extremely accommodating of my requests, helping to get some warranty work done with no fuss or issues.

I am happy that I got my 2011 RAV4 up and working with Paoli Ford’s help. I had to replace the engine and alternator. Almost 50% less price that Toyota quoted me. I would recommend them for any non Ford vehicle repair too.

Very disappointed in Paoli Ford. I will never buy another car from Paoli Ford again. Dealership was not on my side when it came to insurance. I did everything I was supposed to do, but Ford was on the side of my bank , which offered insurance , which I did not need because I already had insurance. However my bank charged me $700 for 1 month insurance because they said I didn't have it , and there was much confusion between Ford and my bank , which I was the brunt of and Ardent bank added the $700 to my loan. I kept calling Ardent bank and Paoli Ford. When I called Paoli Ford , they offered me no help at all. Then I had to go back because the safety belt in the back seat needed to be replaced. I left the car at Paoli Ford, went back when they said it was done and the service person said to me nothing could be done about it. Another time while I waited in the service area, the maintenance person was using a broom to clean the floor. I said to the janitor you need a heavy machine to clean this floor and he responded that his boss told him to use a broom. Also, I received a recall notice because of the strip around the windshield which did fly off while I was driving. It was fixed by a friend by placing tape on it. Paoli Ford sent someone out, after I received the recall notice, to look at it.And the service person told me that it passed inspection. When I called Paoli Ford about that because I was very upset, they said that it passed inspection and nothing more could be done.

Service guy is very professional. But the sales guy still charged me 85 dollars for a small broken light cover, damaged by For towing company. After the yesterday service, I drive today with a warning light on dashboard. Trustworthy Edgmont automotive has done regular service for my car. It has never happened before. Second day after service, the warning light is still no.

Overall - friendly and efficient service. Waiting room is noisy/busy, but there are nearby (short walk) coffee shops if you are waiting. There’s also a train station if you are not. As with most service facility, they seem to be a bit overly proactive in recommending other service.

My Bronco required a software update for a safety recall and it was so nicely convenient to have the option of having a service tech come to my house where the vehicle is and perform the update there. The service tech, John, was great, very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Paoli Ford for vehicle service.

Ian initially told me my car had to stay overnight. He detected my disappointment and then did an amazing job of finishing it up the same day. I was so pleased with his willingness to get it to me that day and I’m sure he went above and beyond to make it happen Thank you Ian for your excellent customer service!

Paoli Ford is my go-to for repairs and service. They’re quick, professional, they explain the repair in plain English, and they let you know the price ahead of time. Very grateful to them.

Good service department. Found the problems and fixed quickly. Was awesome that they sent a video explaining what they found before calling for authorization to make repairs.

Highly recommend the Mobile Service at Paoli Ford. Great experience from beginning to end with Dan, Tony and John. They did a complete service of my truck, at my office, and I didn’t, didn’t have to change my workday schedule.

Enjoyed the service on my Mustang MME. Quickly handled my 12v dead battery, did not force any other services, and the people working there are nice. I needed the car back ASAP and they were able to comply.

I knew my rear passenger turn signal was burnt out, so I figured that while my F-150 was in for a service check, I told them to replace the bulb because I was just dragging my feet in changing the bulb myself. I didn’t expect a bulb change to cost $77.78!! It’s a 15 minute job at the most, and the bulb on the ford website is $14.25. My bad, maybe I’m out of touch. And on top of that, the service department told me I needed a new cabin air filter, when it was changed by my own mechanic 1 month ago. I guess they have to try to make money any way they can.

Very disappointed in service recommendations from this center. I was told by next oil change I should get new tires (fyi my car only has just over 12,000 miles) and my friend was told by next oil change you will need new back brakes. We both took our cars to another ford dealer and were told that both recommendations were very inaccurate. Do better!!

Ford Mobile Service was outstanding! Oil change and tire rotation in my own driveway. John was an awesome technician, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Paoli Ford is a great all around dealership.

Matthews Paoli Ford has been a superb dealership from a service perspective for us. While we bought our vehicle elsewhere, they are our home dealership now and the professionalism and genuine care and concern has surpassed expectations. A shout out to Ian in service and the whole team there!

The Paoli Ford service department blew my socks off. I have had many issues with other Ford dealerships in my area (and beyond) and I was impressed with Paoli from my first phone call. Doug was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He quickly scheduled me for a visit and when I came in, he continued to provide amazing service. Again, friendly, communicative, and willing to help me problem solve an issue with my Ford maintenance plan. He took the time to make me feel like I mattered and was taken care of. He recommended the best to keep my car safe and running well. Oh, and I loved the video of the technician checking out my car! Nice touch!! Paoli Ford has a new long-time customer. Fast and “hassle-less”. I dropped off my Bronco for service at 3:15pm for routine service checkup. By 6pm , I had a call that my car was ready. No hassles. No wait. Under $100. Haven’t had a more pleasant service experience for my car in years

8/2/25 Luxury service EVERYTIME! Detailed oriented attentive, thorough, friendly, communicative. Work is always finished in a timely manner. Accurate and fair quotes and pricing including tires. My ford Edge is in excellent brand new shape, 5 years old and looks and drives like it just left the lot, because of the extended care offered by Mathew’s Paoli Ford. Best car and service I ever had. Highly recommend sales and service.

Very satisfied with the service provided through the ford mobile services Paoli Ford dealership. They have a program through mobile services that comes out to your location and does basic repair services on site. I had oil changed, wipers changed, fillers changed, and several other items checked like brakes, air pressure, fluid levels, tire rotation and tread depth of tires. Very satisfied with the service tech, Ethan as well as the service Coordinator at the dealership Sean. They both were very accommodating and informative with scheduling as well as information as to what could be done at my home location. Saved me a lot of time and effort driving to the dealer ship and waiting for services to be performed. I would highly recommend considering or taking advantage of this through the Ford Mobile Serviced program if Paoli Ford. Will be recommending this service to my friends and family. I am not a fan of service centers or dealerships and usually very suspicious. My experience with the Paoli Ford Service team have been great throughout the 8 years I have been coming here now. Cannot say the same about the sales team. Never had any surprises, quotes never were exceeded (or I got called for any item that was not visible and would cause extra cost, but that was very rare and never excessive), quality of work was always good. Special call-out to Doug who works the Service desk. Most trustworthy person I have ever met in any service place and have gotten great recommendations from him (and catering to my need, not to maximize cost).
