My wife and purchased a 2001 dodge dakota from Caln auto sales and we are happy with our purchase. We knew going into this that these are used vehicles they are not 100 percent perfect but all of the cars there were very clean and and as nice as possible. I personally have been around cars and in the business pretty much all my life. And believe me they have very clean cars. The other point i would like to make about these guys is the level if customer service we experienced. We dealt with Mike and he was great! We are an hour and 40 min away and one evening I left a message and then decided to take a drive down and just look at the truck. We knew we would end up there way after they closed. But when we were about 20 min away I get a call from Mike and said he happened to stop buy and heard my voicemail and called back....awesome. But then even waited for us and showed us the truck. We were very impressed with the service and the vehicle and will purchase from them again...UPDATE...so I bought another car from Mike. Again very smooth transaction. Very easy to deal with. And again a very clean car. Also very upfront about anything he knew may be wrong and willing to work with me to repair. Also my son bought a car as well and I know he will again.

I thought my experience with Caln Auto was pretty pleasant and went pretty smoothly before figured out that my car has some major issues that I was not informed about. From the test drive, you would not have been able to tell. My car ran smoothly and it was presented like there was nothing wrong with it. My tire sensors are broken, I found that out pretty soon after I purchased my car. He said the car has never been in an accident before yet the front bumper is cracked and it is missing a tire cover on the passenger front. I don’t really care about the minor scratches on my windows or the outside of it but I am pretty sure the last owner was a smoker, because there is black stains above. My AC is not working anymore and my headlight wiring is completely jacked. I took it to a mechanic and they told me I needed new control arms, as well as a new alignment and tires, when I was told they were brand new. I think it is fair for me to say that I got screwed over. Save your money besties.

If I could give Caln Auto Sales a One star review trust me I would. Do not..I repeat DO NOT buy from this shady place. Micah sold me a Chevy Aveo that had the check engine light come on not even a week into driving it. Then later the front wheel popped causing me to get into a total loss. I don’t know what possessed me to go back to him to buy a second car..but the engine overheated in the FIRST DAY OF ME HAVING IT! He blocked my number and refused to help! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!

Over 5 family members and I have bought cars in excellent condition from Micah! He was transparent throughout the buying process. There were no hidden fees or surprises when it came to pricing, and he worked with me to find a vehicle that fit both my budget. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the market for a car!

NEVER and I mean NEVER buy from here. I bought a Camaro from here and when I took it for a test drive I noticed that the check engine light came on so I mentioned it and was told that it needed a new gas cap. I bought a new gas cap and the light stayed on . I called the owner and he continued to lie and say that he had put a lot of work into the vehicle and Then I asked for the paperwork for all the work done and he said he would mail me the paperwork. It’s been over 6 months and I am still waiting for paperwork. I keep calling and I have been sent to voicemail. . I now have an attorney and will be dealing with the dealership legally. Do yourself a huge favor and don’t waste your time or money with this place.

Micah was a pleasure to work with. From negotiations on price to having the paperwork done in 15 mins. We are loving our new family wagon and can’t wait to make memories in it!

Never buy a car here without getting it 100% thoroughly checked out top to bottom everything. I bought this piece of garbage from this (in November 2022 and it’s now May 2023) because it seemed great and very shortly after I had to put $3000 of work into it and now I’m finding out that the transmission is trashed. Very very disappointed 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Just had one of, if not thee easiest vehicle purchase experiences ever, and I've bought at least 12. Micah was so down to earth friendly and negotiating was like a friendly conversation. The vehicle itself is quality and we couldn't be happier. My 16 year old will surely enjoy her new ride! This will certainly be visited again for future purchases. Thanks again! First time purchasing a vehicle here. I was browsing vehicles online and came across one that caught my attention and also was pretty close to me in distance. I went up the following day to check it out but unfortunately it was closed. I still was able to visually inspect the body of the vehicle. I left a message the following morning and Micah, the manager of the family business got back just a few hours later after I reached out. I asked to come up the next day to test drive and we set up a time. Micah was really easy-going and we chatted during the test drive and found out some things we have in common being locals and sports. Everything went smooth! I told him I would be in touch really soon and the following day he double checked my interest because someone else had inquired about the same vehicle. I told him yessir!...and that I would be up there soon and he had the vehicle out front for me. He answered all of my questions and the transaction was smooth. Not pushy at all and just a really nice guy that I'm glad I met. It was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had!???

Yes I bought a truck off of caln auto. They sold me a vehicle no odometer. Broken odometer now immissions sticker. When he fixed it. 34,000 miles unaccounted for. Totally rusted out underneath. He used duct tape (black) covering rotted frame and spayed undercoating to hide damage. There is much more. $6,000.00 in repairs. Had the truck maybe 10 months drove it 2 months. He said he would buy the truck back and changed his story. I could go on and on. Top it off they blow off a veteran.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Micah at Caln auto sales and it has to have been one of the best experiences i've ever had with a car dealer. I contacted Micah about one of his vehicles and let him know that i would be traveling about 800 miles to purchase the vehicle and he did not hesitate to do everything he could to make it as easy as possible. Between facetiming me to do a walk around of the car to being upfront about what i could expect when driving it home he made the experience as pain free as possible even going as far as to drive the car to a mechanic for me to have it checked out before i purchased it. It has been almost a month since I purchased my Dodge challenger from him and i have yet to have any issues, even after driving it 800 miles the day after i bought it. Thank you Micah, for being honest and upfront about the car and going above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible!

Car very clean and nice looking on the outside but day three my check engine light low tire pressure light and traction control light on gotta do several things to the car 3 days later not happy about that but I’ll call Monday and see what the seller has to say... no warranty as is purchase sale but the law allows up to 90 days for lemons. I’m sure it will be fine after I put in the extra money. Just buyer beware!!! Seems it needed an oil change some new censors and one new tire which all the tires appeared new... Still all and all this is my third car I brought from here and I’m quite happy overall.

Would give 0 stars if i could. My 2 adult sons went there to test drive 2 cars. They are respectable and well spoken and very polite and very car knowledgeable. Asked to test drive 2 used cars and said they were fine with a sale associate to drive with them. They were told they could not test drive a car unless they planned on buying that day. The associates were rude and disrespectful and told my sons they weren't test driving any car. Will definitely not recommend or go there again. Went to another used car lot down the road and were treated with respect and kindness.

If you are going to buy, buy local with a business that's been around for more 50 yrs. The vehicles are in pretty good shape, all makes and models and at a fair price to boot. This place moves a lot of cars, got to be doing something right. Stop by and take a look for yourself, you might be surprised with the outcome... No Pressure Sales here.

I am I'm a veteran staying at the Coatesville VA working my way out of homelessness. The VA found me a job which I work hard at and I saved enough to buy a used pickup truck from Conn Alto. A day and a half and her drove off a lot the transmission died. I invested all of my money in that purchase. Now he won't cooperate and regarding the truck. He's got my money and that's all he cares about. This event has set me back a long way.

Micah is easy to work with and presents his cars without being pushy. We were able to test drive and then complete the transaction w/o hassle. He is willing to work with you if you are willing to work with him. All in all a good place to buy a car for a good price.

purchased car and received warranty, after about 1000 miles had front end issue that was supposed to be covered under warranty. When I contacted warranty company I was told there was nothing indicating a warranty was taken out for the vehicle, after contacting Caln they could not produce any canceled check or any proof of payment made for the coverage of this car. it was a $1800.00 repair. The owner spoke so much about religion and spirituality and turned out to be a crook without any integrity, ducking calls and simply lying. Dont trust this company. if I could I would give less than zero rating.

Sold me a car that I paid cash for, after we shook on the deal he took away the warrenty and two days later the master slave cylider went I paid 800.00 for that service, one year later I had to replace the master slave again, another 520.00, one month later paid 400 for inspection and brakes and rotors not even a month later now the fuel pump went and they want almost 700 to fix it, oh and I had to do the inspection one month after I bought the car. I did call the owners and they would not call me back or send any money to help cover the cost of the repairs...DONT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE RIP OFFS AND SELL YOU JUNK CARS.
