Decent store, nice people, if they don't have something they can usually get it from another store on the area rather quickly.

My first experience at this location, as I typically frequent other auto parts stores - Chris made this experience great and provided excellent customer service from my initial call to inquire about parts, to when I stopped by to pick up my order. Napa is lucky to have Chris, as he's an asset for knowledge and serving customers. I will definitely add this Napa location into my future auto shopping needs. Thanks Chris!

Mark is always the best!! He makes sure my questions and needs are met for my car parts! Any questions i have he answers to the best of his knowledge! Always super pleasant!

Found all the equipment I needed for my son's truck

Not impressed with this place. Kid at counter couldn’t have been less interested. Took forever to find bulbs for my headlights, and they were wrong ones.

I've been going to Napa for 6 years the guys that work at the one in coatesville or phenomenal people strictly business with the heart

Knowledgeable staff and a ton of parts in stock. If they don't have it they can get it quickly. Old school parts store and no teens behind the counter to contend with.
