From staying at multiple campgrounds in this area, this is by far the best! The atmosphere and environment is an experience like no other. 5 stars all the way!

Great place to stay ..we are in a camper so I can't say anything about the cabins as we were never in any. but the camper sites are good the pool is great their store at the office has a large selection of goods there are 2 dog parks a ferris wheel , carousel, and an ice cream shop open Fridays and Saturdays

I stay at this campground annually, and up until this last time, never had a bad experience. However, I've never stayed as far back into the campground asI did this last time, so perhaps that made the difference. I always stay in a cabin, and they're usually spotless, well stocked, and comfortable. When I stayed this past October, the cabin was filthy. The fans hadn't been dusted, nor had the walls. There was black mold along the caulking in the bathroom, and the AC filters were full of dust. The fridge light was busted. I did track down a housekeeper who replaced the light within a day. I really love this campground for its activities and proximity to hiking trails. But I'll never again book a cabin that is set in the back. The person who stayed in the cabin next to mine said he couldn't go onto the porch out front because the screen was badly torn and he didn't want unnecessary bugs in the cabin.

3 days and two nights was not enough time to do everything but it's a great experience I can't wait to go back but stay longer than just a weekend.

Campground is nice, picnic tables were awful. Tilted, crooked, broken and loose boards on four of our groups picnic tables. Charges $15 to rebook for following year but free to do it on your own device.

We stayed 5 nights over a weekend at TwinGroe. The office staff were vey friendly. The campground was well taken care, lawns mowed, roads clean. The way sites are set up you are not always right next to a neighbor. We did not eat at the restaurant but it was well attended. The staff had fun activities planned for their “Halloween “ weekend. If you were there in the summer there are lots more amenities. I would definitely staythere again.

Great place to camp, scenic views. The cabins are so nice inside and so cozy. This is one of my favorite spots to relax and enjoy a weekend get away. This place also features one of the best disc golf courses in the area making it a destination trip for any avid disc golfer!

This resort was once a amusement park and now it is a camping resort they still have a merry-go-round and a ferris wheel on property. This place is great wonderful pool with a water sly. Humongous parking sites. Very clean and well kept. We will be going back.

Fantastic campground! Very spacious with gorgeous views of the mountains. One of the best 18-hole disc golf courses I've ever seen. They got everything you need there. We were there off season so most of the stuff was closed but very peaceful. Place to stay near Hershey Park

Our stay at this lovely CG was due to its relative close proximity to Hershey. We received a cheerful greeting and headed up the hill to our gravel pull through site. With little effort we were level, and since there are mature pines on either side of many sites, felt as thought we were in a park. The individual shower rooms were clean looking, and the laundry ($2 wash/dry) was nearly as clean as at home. This is an older CG that reminds us of what camping used to be. It’s clear that the owners and staff take pride in the CG upkeep. We had no trouble streaming with T-Mobile, and Verizon was not far behind.

This was our first time visiting as we wanted to rent a cabin for a few days for the Summer. It was beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, quiet and charming. Two nice sized pools with water slides. We were amazed at how big the store is; they had everything you could need if you were to forget something while packing. Every partner went was very clean and well taken care of. My friend, her husband and their kids came to spend the day with us and it was nice how you can add on visitors to your stay. We will be back again for a peaceful weekend.

We had a horrible stay this weekend and the staff was not helpful at all. No heat in our cabins even though it stated that there would be and it got into the 40s and it was colder inside our cabin than it was outside. We were booked to stay three nights but left the next morning. The place was closed so we couldn’t even get help to get a heater. The staff were not super friendly and check in was awful. Signs to show where to check in were wrong and the lady standing outside where we were supposed to check in didn’t even help us. She just watched us look confused. Uncomfortable beds and toilet paper and paper towels were always out in the bathrooms. Would not recommend ever going back.

As a flat lander from Delaware. This place is very cool. It's located in a hilly area with a small amusement park, ice cream shop, large camp store, restaurant. Check in was very easy even after hours the process was so easy. "The closer you get to nature, The further away from idiots you are !"

My children had a great time. The pool only gets to about 4.5 ft deep but it's a lot of fun.

Over promised and under delivered. This “resort” left me longing for more; Which may seem odd to say because they advertise two pools with slide, an amusement park, movie theatre, restaurant, arcade, mini golf, movie theatre, ice cream and activities. We booked a back-in camper site and stayed Sunday-Wednesday. We were parked on lane P. Surrounded by monthly, seasonal and fellow short term campers alike. Our site back up to the stream and it was peaceful for the most part. I will say Lane P is narrow, and full of tight turns. It was a nerve wrecking experience to pull out of our spot and maneuver our truck and camper, without several point turns and reversing. Having to ask full time residents to move their cars out of the road. The office/store is only open from 10am-5pm most days of the week. Additionally Big Belly’s BBQ Restaurant is only open on the weekend. The amenities and activities can only be done at their scheduled times; which is a wild idea for me to grasp, because as you drive along SR-443 you’ll see signs advertising the amusement park is “open to the public.” How will the public know that your rides are only open for 2.5hrs - 3 nights out of the week? (See photos below) The arcade is open every day from 9am - 9pm. You can only redeem tickets for prizes on Tuesday, Friday & Saturdays from 6:00-8:30pm from the prize counter. If you need to redeem them M, W, or Thursday there is a ticket redemption machine with limited prizes, available to count your tickets and vend out your chosen prize. We tried to use this machine on Monday evening and it failed to give us our prizes. Que the phone call the 3rd party vendor to handle obtaining our prizes. I’m honestly not sure if there was an extra fee for mini golf, as they advertised on their weekly flier “Free Mini Golf on Tuesdays” and we only chose to play on Tuesday. On Monday, the movie Theater was showing Kung-Fu Panda 4. As we once again did not participate in this activity, I am unaware if the tickets cost money. However the flier did state, “Free Popcorn” so I’m willing to guess the movie tickets has a fee. This place did earn 1 star for decent public bathhouses (East side being the more modern and updated) and their clear communications that paint your own ceramics is the only daily activity offered, additionally that the pieces are available for purchase. Overall, the mental gymnastics of trying to remember operating hours of rides, the store, activities and which say those activities are offered for free is not worth the headache. P. S. Skip the ice cream shop, as they’re probably not open anyways! Head into town and treat yourself to Burke’s Dairy Shop, you won’t be disappointed. P.P.S - I realized this photo has the WiFi password on it but that’s okay because the WiFi doesn’t work at all.

**update** Since the owner so kindly responded in a passive aggressive manner, I’d like to clear something up. First I think it’s extremely sad this is how the owner responds to reviews. My issue was not that I had to come down to take my kids into the pool. My issue is that he was very blatantly racist and rude to any family that was not Caucasian, including mine. The age thing is irrelevant because he never once asked the age of my children. He didn’t even know until I came down there. He thought my 16-year-old was an adult. While I can appreciate the rules that are put in place, they didn’t even turned away because of the “age”. They did not let them in because they were claiming we were not guests at the campground. So the excuse of rules and age issues is completely irrelevant. Also I don’t think you should condone racism. He made very rude remarks that even your other staff said was “unacceptable”. As an owner I feel higher standards should be in place. At the bare minimum racism should not be allowed in 2025. I have no issue continuing to share my experience on all platforms since the owner clearly allows and condones this behavior. Could be an amazing place if they just get rid of some of their extremely rude staff. Some were great but sadly some really ruin the experience. The older guy at the pool entrance was extremely rude and honestly seemed very racist. He gave no issues to the Caucasian family next to us but spoke very rudely to myself and MY CHILD. Questioned us about the contents of our bag but not others. Questioned the contents of our CLEAR water bottle. Wouldn’t let my son in even though we were guests and had been there already multiple days. The person inside tried to make an excuse that it was because of his age but the man didn’t even know my son’s age. (He was old enough to go in either way) when he finally did let us in, he “kindly” reminded me to watch my child. Overall I’d recommend the campground itself and hopefully they do something to help educate that man on how to at least speak to children and not just continue to make excuses for him.

We have had our family reunion here several times, and have always enjoyed it. It is under new ownership and we were very disappointed when we stayed there this year. The cabins were pretty dirty and some of them infested with ants! There is now a “check in” process for the pool-it is not efficient and we had to wait while the guy had to flip through pages looking us up! There was also a woman there with him who was terribly rude and had a nasty attitude in the way she spoke to us. They weren’t going to let my niece take her 1 year old sons water cup in! We rented 8 cabjns, so a relatively large group. We will not be returning-

Stayed for a wee, we were able to have family who live close by come for the day, very cheap cost for them to join our fun. We stayed over 4th of July weekend, AWESOME firework display & view was incredible from our RV. The slides were fun, but lay back to go faster. Carnival fun & arcade.

Our family has been renting 3 lodges for the same week for 12 years. We love the amenities but this year sadly will be our last year. We got bumped from our week because our week is now falling on a holiday weekend. They changed the payment policy to having to pay in full when we make the reservation rather than a deposit, but we were not informed of this change until we called in after our stay this year. It's under new management and it doesn't appear that they are putting money back into the facilities. The cabin has had the same nasty pillows for 12 years. The playground didn't have mulch. The pool slide stairs were missing the nonslip grip pads and kids kept falling. The pool had multiple tiles missing. The pool bathrooms had black mold and one lonely light. The mushroom feature in the pool was not running. The carnival ferris wheel is broken. On a side note, the laundry room was in working order and our cabins were clean this year when we checked in (Great job Glenda!) Some of the staff members are extremely RUDE. I understand the need to monitor the pool but you don't have to be rude about it. They also need to take care of some of the dead trees around the lodges. Many of them are dead or diseased and are going to cause problems in the future. The staff at candy bar bingo was nice. The tall young kid in the lodge and running the slip and slide was always friendly. Stop raising the prices, requiring full payment up front and for the love of all things holy - put money back into this beautiful property before it turns to rubble or someone gets hurt!

This is a well kept campground that could have been a GREAT experience. They do advertise two beautiful pools with slides, a ferris wheel, merry-go-round, ice cream shop, bounce houses...etc., but they never advertise that the rides don't open daily. We were there Saturday through Thursday. We were told the Ferris Wheel broke at the beginning of this season, the Merry-go-round was only open on Tuesday and you had to purchase tickets. There was a train running on Sunday. The pool was very nice but the mushroom water sprayer wasn't on at all. There was some attention needed, but all in all it was nice. Just need to make sure to advertise when things are open.

We were really looking forward to a treat during our stay at Pine Grove Campground, but unfortunately, our visit to the ice cream shop was a letdown. The elderly woman working behind the counter—I believe her name was Dana—was extremely rude and seemed completely miserable to be there. Her attitude was noticeable not just to me, but to my entire family. It really took away from what should have been a fun and simple experience. When you’re serving families and kids, a little friendliness goes a long way. I hope the campground addresses this, because customer service makes all the difference—even at a small ice cream stand.

Our family had a wonderful 3 night stay! The summer activities, restaurant and resort were all perfect! Very reasonably priced as well. We can’t wait to return!

Nice campground, staff pleasant. My only negative is the picnic table is unusable for handicapped and tall people. Bench is barely a foot off ground. It does seem this is not the norm.

We stayed last year and it was a perfect time. The campground is clean as well as all of the common grounds and facilities. The staff is very nice and informative. The restaurant has great service and great food. This is my favorite campground.

Stayed in a cabin over the weekend and had a great time. The outdoors is beautiful there. However Sunday morning we woke with bites in which we assumed were mosquito bites. As the day went on they looked more like flea bites. I called to ask about it and to see if there was anything they could do as each cabin should be thoroughly cleaned, especially if it is a pet friendly one. Talked to both a girl and a guy and they both were extremely rude and said we should have came down when we were there. Which I in fact went down Friday to show the ripped up couch and say about the horrible animal smell and all I got was an “aw ew” if you’re pulling a camper, absolutely great place. If you’re staying in a cabin. Highly don’t recommend because they are not cleaned. I shouldn’t have found cat food when I swept the floor and didn’t have any animals! Place isn’t as it used to be at all. Not at all was I looking for a refund as we did have a good time. More or less was informing them so they could clean and all I got was attitude.

We booked a pet friendly cabin for the last weekend. I spent the first hour after our arrival, cleaning it. The cabin had obviously not been clean for quite some time. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor, the entire time of our day and ruined our food. We left after one night due to the cleanliness, smell of mold and poor conditions. Although we rented a pet friendly cabin to bring our dog, we did not expect to stay in filth. Escalated our concerns the housekeeper was sent to the cabin commented. It was just cleaned a few days ago and left. We requested a refund and have yet to receive one. The air conditioners are covered with black mold inside the loft where kids were supposed to sleep covered with dead bugs, the walls and ceilings were covered in cobwebs . The toilet seat had urine on it. The shower was filthy. Just plain disgusting and we will never stay at this campground again. The pictures that you see on the website are no reflection of what you will stay in so beware and stay somewhere else. And when you read the managers response below Please note that he has made our personal information public and several lies. Avoid this place at all cost it is filthy and not worth having your family stay.

I am so disappointed in my trip to Twin Grove Campground that there are no words that can express how dissatisfied I am with their Cabins. Never stay in a Cabin unless you are ready to deal with the repercussions of your choice. It was a Nice Park for an RV Campground. I walked through the campground and saw the nice community of people who stay year-round and love it. |Their amusement rides are cheesy. You have these old rides that make it fun for the kids, but there are some downsides. My child went up to the ride and the man sat there and ignored him until he saw me appear and put out his cigarette long enough to let my child in. I think a wrist band is $11 but, the only problem that the hours suck. I think they are open certain nights of the week and there is only a two-hour window (5:30-7:30) that they keep the rides open? And since there were only two operators for 6 rides they decide when it is time to smoke or open another ride because there are only two rides open at a time. The most popular one is the carousel, so that guy sits at that one always. Then the other attendant decides from the other 5 rides which to have open. ||Ice cream is also one of those things that is not open every day. Maybe 4:30-830pm a few nights per week. Ice cream was reasonable and wasn't too bad. ||But my main warning to you as far away from those Cabins as you can because no matter what happens it is not their fault, and you will never get a dime back for your reservation (RV or any site) because as soon as the money lands in their hands that is where it will stay.

Clearly I’m not the only person with something negative to say, and I don’t normally like to do this but I feel the need to share. We stayed here this past weekend for my daughters birthday (which btw they do not do anything for, didn’t even wish her a happy birthday as she stood right next to me when I asked, whatever) and I knew we were only going to be in our cabin for a few hours a day having a concert Friday night when we got there and the park the next day, so I didn’t think much of it. I listened while I was in the store of people’s complaints about little things, with no resolution but honestly, didn’t think much of it. Our cabin was gross. The loft hadn’t been vacuumed in I don’t know how long, candy wrappers up there, thick dust lining the ceiling, and the broken AC filters were caked with dust and dirt as well, we cleaned them both. You can’t lower the temperature below 73 degrees either or else “they freeze up”. Mind you it was some 95 degrees this last weekend. On Sunday morning, we awoke to ants crawling all over the kitchen area where one of my children was, up into the loft, where my other child was. There was ant spray under the kitchen sink and taro traps all over, so clearly they have a problem. As a lifelong camper, I understand how to handle bug situations, as someone who spent $330 for a weekend in a cabin, I wasn’t happy. Check out is supposed to be 11AM, we were out well before then. I had spoken to the woman at the front desk about the issues, she said a manager would call me, to which I responded, “please do”. I gave them two days and when I called back today to speak to the manager, the woman on the phone said I had already spoken to the manager and that there were notes of what happened. So someone there is lying, because clearly why would I be calling back if I already spoke to the “manager”. She basically said I should have said something before we checked out, that was it, there was nothing else done. I really should have taken pictures, and you know what she’s right. I should have told them about their disgusting cabin before we checked out. No problem though, I’ll stick to my camper from now on, at least I know my space is cleaned to my standards.

About 10-15 minutes off the interstate? Beautiful mature campgrounds. I just needed an overnight spot for my RV while I was traveling through the area. It was so great that I quickly made a reservation to stay here on my return trip! Online registration and payment was easy and had a confirmation very quickly. Office is only open 2-4 p.m. this time of the year, off season, but the 1:00 p.m. RV check out time worked great for me since I tend to travel late at night. Lots of long-term campers here but seems very quiet and I was able to walk my dogs and enjoy a little scenery! Wonderful amenities, several large fenced dog runs called the bark park! There are benches & some agility types of things inside those fenced areas for the dogs, tunnels, things to climb on, Etc, fun! Would love to get back here to stay again where we could camp here for a while! I stayed in space F20, most spots look like they are gravel but grass between/around most of the sites. We even had a babbling brook behind our space which was very very nice! They have a night registration, easy to find when you get in the parking lot with a big lighted Arrow. Called the office on my way out to see if they had LP available, which they do when the office is open. He also mentioned a Tractor Supply not too far away that always has LP too. Very enjoyable stay and I will definitely always stop here on my way through this area!
