Totally helped us out when we were passing through the area on a roadtrip and had a problem! Immediately took us in and had us on our way in 30 minutes not only correcting the primary problem but a couple of other things he noticed. There was NO padding of the bill. It was so cheap, I paid in cash and told them to keep the change! There are still honest and good people in this world and a couple of them are at Jeck’s!!!
I am a teacher in the area and desperately needed my tire checked out since I drive 40 minutes to teach here. Jeck’s was sent to me by recommendation and they were so speedy with getting me in!
Pricing was also so reasonable!
I moved into the area about a year ago and have used Jeck's for all of my PA inspections, VIN checks and periodic services on my car. The interaction with the employees at the business has been normal with nothing out of the ordinary that I am aware of.
On, 09/26/25 I took my car to their shop to replace an inspection sticker after the windshield (damaged by a rock) was replaced. I was told that any inspection station can replace the sticker.
A young lady was at the counter when I went inside and after I told her what I was there for she spoke with a person in the shop area and let me know it would be a "minute" and the person would meet me outside. After about ten minutes I walked toward the front door and was met by one of the men that works at the shop (perhaps the owner). He never said a word and just stuck his hand out to take my documentation. No "hi", "hello" . . . nothing. I followed him inside and he went into the office area to prepare the paperwork and new sticker. He then walked through the shop and came out near the front door and went outside. Again, no conversation. He went to the car (where my wife was sitting) opened the driver side door and put the new sticker onto the windshield. Again, nothing said to my wife either, just dead silence.
The young lady finished the paperwork, I paid the bill for the new sticker and upon leaving thanked her for the help. She acknowledged with a "have a good evening". We left right after that.
I don't know what was wrong with the man that did the work (I have interacted with others at the business in the past and have not experienced any negativity) and frankly, I don't need to know. I do know, that he was rude to both of us and due to his attitude (it was very clear that we were a distraction that he could do without) we can take our vehicles elsewhere.
As for their work performance, that has been a positive experience, but apparently one has to ignore the negative attitude to get it done. I do not expect anybody to go out of their way to please their customers, but a simple "hello" would have made all of the difference.
New Jersey roads got me good with 2 holes in my tire and jeck’s saved me. I was in a rush and they got me patched up in about 40 minutes. Seemed like very kind and honest people from my experience and the interactions I watched with other customers as well. I wish I lived closer
We are from out of state and broke down on I-81. Had our Hyundai towed to Jeck's and they ran a diagnostic on it. Turns out that there is a warranty extension on the vehicle and they advised us to get towed to a dealer to complete the work. Very much appreciate being steered in the right direction!
Our experience at Jeck’s with Denny was remarkable. He assessed the problem with our vehicle, helped us find a place to stay overnight because we could not continue without a repair. The next day when the parts came in, Denny finished the job quickly and efficiently. Jeck’s was an oasis for us.
Had a scary experience with a flat on my trailer on 81. Thankfully it was right at the Ravine exit.
After I replaced the tire, I swung down to see if the folks at Jeck's could eyeball the tire and general area just make sure that everything was good before I got back on the road. They helped me right away and were so thorough. They could have early blown me off or told me they didn't have time. It was a lifesaver :). Highly recommend and wished I lived closer - they'd be my go-to shop.

Tire went flat while I was on a road trip. They immediately took me in and patched me up! I really appreciated that he showed me what was wrong with the tire and explained what he would do to fix it. Was back on the road less than an hour later. Great service! Thank you!

Stopped here while passing through on our way from Virginia to New York. We heard a rumbling sound, called ahead, and they told us to stop in. They looked at our car right away, were able to fix the issue quickly, and charged us a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable
I was on a long trip 200 miles from home and my engine light came on. They got me in quickly, were able to diagnose the problem, and let me know it was safe to continue on my trip. Thank you guys for being so friendly and for getting me back on the road quickly and safely! It was so appreciated!
Very nice and friendly staff....Old school values which is rare... Had a blowout on a trailer I was transporting...Got me in and out and a great price for a used tire....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
My battery went dead and Jeck's got me in right away. The price was reasonable and service felt like I was appreciated, just as much as I appreciated them!
My wife heard noises while driving and pulled off highway and was directed to Jeck's. the owner put the car on a lift and when he saw it wasnt really a problem, just plastic scraping, he reattached it and refused to take any money! an honest mechanic; something hard to find nowadays. thanks again!
I broke down over night and needed a throttle to install in my 2014 dodge journey and they help me fix my car right away. They also took me to my house and pick me up when my car was ready for pick up. I recommend to anybody. F.Y.I. I was not ask or paid to write a good review. When I get good services at an affordable cost it always nice to let other people know.

I am an Indian and was travelling to Atlanta Georgia from Connecticut. My breaks failed at a Gas station in Pine Grove Pennsylvania.
I was a little worried as I have never been to this place and didn’t know where to go to get my car serviced.
I finally decided to go to Jeck's after reading all the positive feedbacks on google reviews.
They are very friendly and gave me free rides to and from the hotel as I was not able to find an Uber.

Jecks customer service goes above and beyond for their customers. I was travelling from Canada to orlando for my mother's funeral who had pasted away in unexpectedly with my daughter and two year old grandson when my rear dif seized and snapped my rear left drive axle. The ower could not get the parts right away so I rented a car; the owner had Beth a very nice lady that worked the front desk to drive me over a half hour away to find a rental place which I must add the garage stayed open almost 2 hours past close until I returned with Beth. The owner kept in contact with me through the week and worked endlessly to find the parts for the cheapest price. All companies should follow in their foot steps of customer service they treat everyone who enters the service Center as Family. Thank you to Denis, Beth and Boys for everthing
I did a google search of the area to find a service station after my daughter’s car broke down along 81N heading to NY. The guys at this garage were able to check out the car and diagnose the problem the same day. They also provided the name and number of someone that could tow the car along with my daughter to their garage. All of the guys here were a big help when she needed it the most! This garage gets an A++.
My 19 year old daughter was driving near Pine Grove and started hearing funny noises from her front tire. I did a Google search and found this place. They took the time to look at the tire on the lift and ran several diagnostics before telling her that it was OK to drive on for the 700 mile trip she was starting. They didn't charge her for the service! That tells me these folks are more interested in the customer than in making a quick buck.
This place has got to be the best place for vehicle repairs we've ever been to and we travel a lot. I can't say enough good things about the many times we've taken our truck there these past few months. They are always courteous and get us in right away knowing we need our vehicle for work. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Great business to support in this town!!
Road trip to Forksville saved by Jecks at 5PM on a Friday! Brake caliper seized on 05 excursion with 8 passengers and a trailer loaded with ATV's - mechanic was willing to stay late to git-r-Done! Thanks Jecks!
Excellent garage for service and excellent customer service. This was the first time I ever used this garage. I had my starter go out when visiting from 2 hrs away. They explained in detail things like codes that came up after a man tried to help get my starter working so could get back to my friends house and have car towed next day, he gave me all the small sheets with the codes on and also normal size paper print outs. They provide also a pick up and drop off service if they are working on your car. The original owner is absolutely wonderful n funny and jokes around with you and he's in his 70s, excellent customer service is what he said they have always strived for because I told him I saw they had a 5 star rating on Google and he was happy. Because there were codes that came up after the other man in. Grocery store parking lot got my car to start the owner said next time I come up to stop in so they can recheck my equinox to make sure all is ok. The pricing was excellent and a bit lower than Lancaster county n also finding a good mechanic n garage i was told by several friends is tough so I was glad a fr gave me this name. The garage also I'm told shows customers any bad or worn out parts and they only do work that is needed where many other places I'm told worked on vehicles and didn't fix the problem n the person went to Jecks n they found the problem right away and the 2 ppl said the repair cost was only a few dollars but pd the previous garage a few hundred, so definitely check them out for any of your car needs whether regular maintenance or a emergency situation like I had happen to me. You can pay by credit card or check and there is no credit given to people.
