My girlfriend had brought her car here on numerous occasions and we had no problem and good service, however a recent inspection here had told her the oil filter was too loose and needed to be tightened and recently after doing her change for her they had stripped her Filter cap and over tightened it to an extreme to the point where a simple breaker bar could not remove it. I now had to buy a whole new filter cap to replace that horrible stripped one which the only way to take off is a flat head and hammer. Overall good place but they need to watch stripping plastic filters.
I was visiting PA from Canada and my car started giving problems. My family and i were so worried as we were so far from home. I took my car to Todd's and it was an excellent experience. Todd's is one of THEE best there is for automotive repairs! Prices are extremely competitive and almost always cheaper than other quotes I've gotten. He's honest, efficient and an extremely talented and knowledgeable mechanic! He never tries to sell you on unnecessary work just to get more hours of labor out of a job. He continues to stay cutting edge as a business with newly added towing services and online bill pay! I've taken 3 different vehicles to him ranging from a new subaru to an 88 Cherokee. I would be willing to wait a few weeks to get an appointment than go elsewhere for work I cannot trust and prices that are inflated. Bravo Todd and thank you for all that you do Sir!!
Brought my truck in with stuck rear wheel bearings that I had neglected for too long, to the point the axle seals were leaking. Todd's not only was able to get them out, replaced and resealed with new gear oil but went the extra mile replacing my e-brake pads too. The mechanics here are professionals who know how to get the job done.

JEEPERS BEWARE. This shop gets two stars because they actually found a crack in the frame. This was the second inspection done to this 20+ year old jeep by this shop. Last year the “issue” couldn’t be reproduced in front of my family mechanic. This year one of the issues being missing drain plugs that have been out since rhino lining the tub in 2020. Also, a new cat back exhaust that does not go over the rear axle is just too much to look past. Mind you, this jeep traveled less than 700 miles this past year.
I’d like to thank this shop owner for reminding me that people die from CO in vehicles. It’s a true statement and I have personally removed many from vehicles in my line of work. It’s a shame people do not take PTSD seriously.
I always try to put money back into the areas I live and work in. However, I will not give business to an auto shop that picks out minor problems (that passed last year), then hides behind the pa vehicle code.
I don’t know much about vehicle inspections, but I’d think removing the wheels from the vehicle would be on the list. The lug nuts were just sprayed with paint a few days before the inspection. The locking nut socket wasn’t in the jeep and the wheels were obviously not removed.
Please don’t feel inclined to type up a response for people to see. You were rude, defensive and aggressive enough in your communication with a (local) customer. Readers of this review do not deserve or need to read a response of you saving face. I’d like to point out I have a degree in interpersonal communications, so please don’t insult my intelligence denying facts.
I’m sure this is a great shop if your ok with taking a mechanic at their word. If you have a family mechanic or do the work yourself, just go elsewhere.
Awesome guys… treated me good even though I fix my own vehicles. Some mechanics will turn sour at you when they realize this but these guys were nice as could be!
They are very nice and professional. They always fix the things you need. Todd will recommend things that should be done and let you decide if you want them.

He has poor diagnosing skills he has to google any issues vehicles have and search forms per application to diagnose your vehicle anybody can do this online
If you’re looking for an experienced mechanic who can diagnose your vehicle through knowledge and experience Todd is not your guy if you need tires mounted and balanced or washer fluid he’s your man

Had a problem with my car on the way through the state while on vacation. Google maps pulled this mechanic up, and on a holiday weekend, agreed to look at my car. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me to get us back on the road. Very nice and while they could've taken advantage of us, were very honest and trustworthy. Thanks a ton!
