The best customer service I've ever experienced.. these associates go above and beyond. They changed our my battery and also fixed my broken coolant hose. They're fantastic people!!
I highly recommend Auto Zone! I needed a battery. I went to 2 places that were trying to overcharge me and not install the battery. One place wasn't going to install it but they ended up not having a battery. My last hope was Auto Zone. They had a battery for my car. I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO AIDEN! He sold me a battery at a very reasonable price. He also installed it in the dark with a minus 0 degree temperature. I can't thank him enough! Aiden, if you see this, THANK YOU!
Never in my life have I dealt with such level of incompetence! How do you make someone a manager with no level of training fit to help a customer? (Aaron the “part time”manager)
I called to purchase a battery for my car and wanted to prepaid so a friend could pick it up on my behalf. Aaron picked up the phone and told me he doesn’t know how to do payment over the phone. So I called again and spoke to another employee and he said no problem he can help me. He made an error and charge me the wrong price due to the core charge not being subtracted (they already had the core from earlier today when I brought the old battery to be tested) after arguing an error was made, Aaron came on the line claiming oh no error was made he saw him remove the core charge!! Only for him to come back on the phone to say oh it wasn’t off and he refunded me the money all while saying “this is why I said wasn’t doing it over the phone” after 39mins on the phone for a simple purchase both employee set up nothing but road blocks or just pure ignorance on how to
Properly charge for one batter and collect payment. Till they just flat out told me
They can’t do it. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to watch the camera and listen to this interaction. Lack of training and lack of common sense on how to help a customer
THANK YOU JAMES!!!! the absolute sweetest auto zone worker. he helped me and my friend get a new windshield wiper blade for my car and install it! it was a challenge and took over 30 minutes but he helped us find the right one and install it for us and everything. i am truly thankful he helped me because i would’ve been clueless if he didn’t. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE!!!!
Go somewhere else if you care about your time n money.... sold us all the wrong parts and set us back about 2 weeks for parts to be delivered (twice)..nothing in return for our troubles either.. shame.
Every time I go to get a part for one of our vechiles it is always a hassle. On multiple occasions they state the part will be there by a certain time and then they cant even get it for a few days but they sure did charge me for it. Then you have to go back to get a credit to go find it somewhere else when you could have done that in the first place. Then I am always expected to go back to change out a part because of them giving me the wrong part as well. I learned my lesson... will be shopping at NAPA from now on.
I stopped in here panicking when my battery died on my way to work and everyone was so helpful! They changed my battery for me and got me right out the door. Thank you so much to Andy and Chris and I would recommend these guys to anyone!
Today I went into the auto zone store in Qaukertown Pa. Eric greeted me Immediately and was super helpful. His kindness and knowledge was amazing. The best Auto zone experience I have ever had.

On June 10th, I had an amazing experience thanks to Daniel and Brandon! While I was waiting in line, I couldn't help but notice how enthusiastically they were helping every customer. Their positive energy was infectious! I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had at any AutoZone. Keep up the incredible work, guys! You rock!
This store never opens on time. Has 1 person working. And is quite possibly the worst auto store to go to. Recommend advanced auto across the road. 1000x better.
Daniel was very helpful with helping me pick out good windshield wipers and then also taking his time out to put them on and fill my windshield fluid. Very good mannerisms 😁
Pretty decent store they have a large selection of parts. Staff here are for the most part awesome and will help you with anything while some just sit on their phone and act like you are an inconvenience for coming in
Very pleasant and helpful staff, didn't have everything I wanted at this location BUT went out of their way to locate it, and I still got parts same day.
Horrible pulled in at 945 doors were locked. which I need a set of rear brake pads for one of my service plumbing trucks ! But unfortunately doors were locked and no body answered the phones at 940 on my way to auto zone ! Thanks another set back which I all ready have enough set backs with plumbing through out the day .Thanks to Monday night guys working u let me down. I think here on out advanced auto should get r future buisness!
Very helpful staff. I had trouble finding/installing wiper blades on my MB. The employee was very busy but still came outside to help me find the correct clip to install the wiper blades. I would highly recommend shopping at autozone in Quakertown.
Needed a battery today and they could not have made it simpler. Within 15 minutes, I left with a new battery installed. I interacted with 3 employees who were all pleasant and helpful.
Love this store's wonderful workers. the nice gentleman helped me find everything I need to fix my Jeep Wrangler & returned a gasket with No Problems at all. With proof of purchase of course.
My car died and I wasn't sure if it was the battery, but I knew that I purchased the battery from AutoZone less than a year ago just couldn't remember exactly when. I called and walked helped me over the phone told me if I could get to the store he would check the battery and the alternator for me. I pulled in the parking lot and he met me outside. That's attention to detail because I had called about an hour before, so he was going by the description of my car. Walt was amazing. Took care of the battery and installed it for me. Andrew was great because he took care of the paperwork end quickly. Thanks Guys for your help
I had a return I brought in the store and asked if the items packaging was needed for my return. The clerk replied, " I can not give you a cash refund, but I can give you store credit up to the value of your return." I said, "thanks" and walked away with a smile😊 Thanks for your help!!
The guy who helped us was very nice and helpful. I was on the phone with my dad trying to get the right parts and he was very understanding and helped me with getting what I need. Overall very good experience especially from someone who doesn't know a lot about cars. The employees name is Andrew C. 10/10👍
AutoZone is a great chain already-- they carry a wide selection of auto parts, cleaning supplies, books, wipers, filters, oil, etc.-- anything that your car desires (or in the case of unreliable cars, NEEDS). The store layout is easy to follow and I have never had a problem with locating anything there. It's all laid out perfectly.
The service is just out of this world. I went in at opening time one day on a week day, and I'm looking for a cabin air filter for my Toyota (of course, it's an odd size that isn't like the rest of them) I had the part number and I was looking for it on the shelves, but the products there were one number off... strange. The manager came over without asking or even a simple body language tell on my part, and asked me if I needed help locating anything, and I asked him if they carried the number I was looking for, and he was able to quickly locate it from the stock in the back.
Another time I was there with my father looking for a solution to an issue with a car that he had recently purchased regarding the windshield-to-wiper relationship being a bit off and creating a haze on the windshield. An AutoZone associate knew exactly what we were talking about regarding the make of the car, and pointed us to the best decision. The problem hasn't happened again thanks to them.
If that's not amazing service, then I don't know what is.
They were extremely helpful in figuring out what type and size of brake fittings I had. they have a ring with all the different size male and female fittings that I think is homemade and it was the only place that could figure out what size fittings I needed.
Unfortunately they didn't carry them but they were very helpful. A+
Has a check engine light on and he checked it with no issues. Also gave me a print out of the code. Also he explained everything I needed to know about the part needed and what makes that code come up the way it did and why. The one guy was great. The other 2 guys in the back Did nothing while I was there except chat with each other while the one helped me and was taking phone calls.
I ordered a part on line and paid with PayPal their system was unable to complete the transaction. No big deal for me used another payment form and I was on my way. The manager is aware of the issue and said that he would take care of it. Works for me.
