These people have every battery imaginable, and their prices are consumer friendly. I just now bought a pair of unusual size key fob batteries (CR 1620, not to be confused with CR2016), for less than half of what big box stores charge for key fob batteries. Plus, these people had CR1620 in stock, when no other nearby store did.
Two of our cars have unique batteries, and they are reasonably priced and in stock here.
I hear your advertisement every morning on News Radio 790, and came to your location for some help with a power wheel type toy, based on these advertisements excepting wonderful customer service and some help. I was disappointed not to receive any help and just be told its just the battery, we can sell it to you, in short. All I was hoping for was to test the battery before I purchased it, in case the toy was broken, and this didn't happen. I expected my experience to be as helpful as your ads.

Today was a first for me. It was the first time I’ve ever been charged LESS than I was quoted.
I called and gave Eric my truck info and explained I was on crutches due to an injury. He told me to call when I got there and they’d tell me where pull in, and that I wouldn’t have to get out of.
I was in and out in 10 minutes, and paid $20 less than I was quoted on the phone.

Christmas eve, needed a battery for our bmw on the fly, they got me one and I got there about 10 minutes before close...these guys are good guys and they help you when you need it..great place!
10/10 recommend. An amazing gentleman today helped me with my battery being secured in place as i was experiencing problems. He was quick and efficient and even noticed an old wire from an old owner that had a hub connected and advised me to take it out for safety. Thanks so much!
Talked to a guy a month ago about selling used batteries. I was told 40 cents a pound. I went there this morning with the batteries. I talked to one guy at the counter and helped unload my truck. After unloading I went back to the counter and a bald guy said he talked toia guy and they don't remember my conversation a month ago and would never give 40 cents a pound. They would give 18. Loaded the batteries up and took them home. I won't ever do business with them nor recommend them to anyone. I give 5hem 1 star because the first counter guy was good at his job. The bald guy should take lessons

Went to get a battery for my truck and they offered to install it. They did a great job cleaning the terminals and even applied dielectric grease. Took them only a 10-15mins and they treated my vehicle with care making sure to cover the fender when installing the battery.

Excellent service!! Highly recommend! Had my battery replaced during inspection 5 months ago. Shortly afterwards the battery light kept coming on. Stopped by Battery Warehouse Outlet to asked the if I needed a new one. They tested everything. Concluded that the cables were faulty. They made new secure cables on the spot for just a few $. Absolutely great service. The guys are very nice and attentive. They helped us tremendously while the service center at Ciocca Ford gave us the run around on a power draw on our kids car. They gave us loaner after loaner, while charging up the old battery all free of charge. The guys that work there even carried out a battery for my wife when i wasnt able to be there. Thank you.
I called them about a battery for my vehicle, and they looked it up in about a minute, told me they would put it aside for me. When I arrived ( about a half hour later), the battery was waiting for me when I drove to pick it up. Correct battery, fit perfectly, and was almost $100 less than 3 other auto parts dealers.

Went in expecting to buy a new battery but did not need one. They tested my battery and cleaned and tightened everything up and we're all good. The guys did a great job and could have sold me a new battery...but wee very honest and up front with me. I'm a customer forever.
