Great experience working with Leonard and Erika - Purchased an Audi Q5 for my wife, which was in exceptional condition. Pricing was fair and most importantly there were no hidden fees.. I was provided with an out the door price within minutes. Maintenance was up to date, including fresh fluids and a brand new OEM water pump (known issue with the platform) already replaced. I noticed the rear tires were low on tread and even though they may have passed state inspection, Leonard willingly put a couple of brand new Continentals on. Two years ago, I purchased a car from this guy for my son, and it has been an unfortunate experience. At the time, the owner was very resistant to letting me test drive the car and completely dismissed my request to have a mechanic inspect it. The vehicle also wasn’t inspected prior to purchase. Now, two years in, I’ve spent over $4,000 in repairs, and the car has left my son stranded twice. I fully acknowledge this was partly my fault for trusting the salesman and not doing proper due diligence. However, the lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate basic buyer precautions really stood out as red flags in hindsight. If you’re considering buying a car from here, I strongly advise you to be extra careful, insist on a thorough inspection, and trust your instincts. Learn from my mistake!
