Today was one of the most stressful days I’ve had after getting into my first car accident. Both vehicles ended up being a total loss, and the entire situation was overwhelming from start to finish.

To be honest, the experience with the officers on scene made things even harder. They asked the basic questions about the accident, but at no point did I feel like my well-being or safety was a concern. Nobody asked if I was okay, how I was feeling, or if I had someone coming to pick me up. They were mainly focused on the other driver, and while they were shaking hands and talking with them afterward, they literally walked right past me without even a goodbye or simple acknowledgment. That part honestly stuck with me.

Because of that, I expected the towing process to be even worse, but Emilie Towing completely changed that impression. Mr. Barry especially treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect during a moment where I was clearly stressed out and overwhelmed. Their 24-hour service was fast, organized, and they genuinely made a terrible day feel a little less heavy.

I truly appreciate the help from Emilie Towing on 05/16/2026, especially Mr. Barry. Thank you for treating me like a person during a difficult situation. I’ll definitely remember that.

I was in my first major car accident a few weeks ago, my car was totaled. Emilie’s tow company arrived at the scene with compassion and understanding. Barry (one of the drivers) reassured us stating “at least you had a good time on your vacation and no one was hurt." They cleaned up the street and the area quickly. They helped me in so many ways as far as removing my license plate and a few personal items along with complying quickly and efficiently with the insurance company. Everyone I talk to about the accident, I make sure to emphasize how kind and cooperative this company was to me and my family at such a horrible time. a million thank yous!

Yousry & Barry were a major help, when no one else was available and I was in a major rut, quite figuratively and literally, they were there to pull me from the depths of the icy abyss that had a choke hold on my beloved Honda. Drove 40 min out of their way from Levittown to Fishtown in Philadelphia and saved the day. My car had been stuck in a parallel parked position for 5 days with no hope and no way out. Other tow companies were unresponsive, incompetent, and unable to do their jobs. If you are in Philadelphia or any of the greater surrounding areas don’t rely on anyone else for the job, it’s Emilie or nothing. Thank you again boys!

The guys at Emilie towing were terrific. They towed my car from an accident and made the whole experience very easy to handle. The owner met me at the yard so I could get everything out of my car last minute. I forgot something important in my car and the owner set it up so one of his workers could drop it off at my house so I didn’t have to go back there. I would highly recommend this company and if I ever need any towing needs I will be using them again.

I was in my first car accident this week, which was very traumatic for me, but luckily neither one of us drivers was hurt. I cannot thank the Lower Middleton Police officers for handling everything so efficiently because I admit that I was a big mess. They called for a towing service and Emilie came out and towed both our cars away. The next day I was told I could retrieve my belongings from the car at their lot in Morrisville. Now is the part where I rave about Barry, who could not have been nicer to this senior citizen (me). I could not get the license plate off the car nor could I get my grandchildren’s car seats out of the backseat. He removed them for me and carried them to my car and just made the whole process painless. He asked me if I had everything - yes, and he said how about your EZ Pass? He did not have to do that. He could have just left me to figure that out myself the next time I needed to use it. I was so appreciative. Thank you, Barry! I hope Emilie appreciates what good and caring employee you are.

Was involved in accident on 295 and Barry showed up and was the nicest most professional driver. Provided a lot of expertise and helped when I went to receive my belongings the next day. Would definitely recommend the service.

Did the work okay.. I still want to be going back.. Very disappointed that the old man told me my truck needed many things.It does not need acted like it was time to junk.It.. Another mechanic told me he was completely wrong.. Not to mention, they want cash.No credit cards they did not mention that before, and I didn't even get a receipt.. I don't know how they have such a good rating

We had a different towing service saying they were unable to remove an abandoned vehicle from our lawn. . Called emilie towing ..Barry came out and had the vehicle loaded within 15 minutes. Barry was very professional and pleasant throughout the process. Highly recommended.would call them again in a heartbeat.

Bar none the best experience I ever had with a towing company. I dont make it a habit but the three times in my life I've needed one, these guys were fast, efficient but more importantly really sympathetic and understanding. Barry was my guy. After a pretty scary accident he was very patient, kept me grounded as it was a pretty jarring situation. I dont knowbif their all like Barry but he left a good impression. 5 stars.

I broke down on route 1 on my way home, Barry went out of his way to safely tow my car to T and K auto in Morrisville and was very professional and friendly. For being a last minute call, Barry was there in less than 10 minutes, and the whole process took less than an hour. And the price was very fair and affordable. My son's vehicle was towed in when it was totaled in an accident yesterday. Today we spoke with Barry, He told us when he would be available to gather my son's belongings from the car. He arrived quickly and had a calming presence when he saw how upset my son got after seeing his car. He did whatever was needed to make my son's car accessible. Mr. Barry is very courtesy and very respectful. He gave us a time frame that the car will be here, and the car was here within that time frame which was very awesome. He let me know that he will take good care of my vehicle and that I will not have no worries about my vehicle. If I can give him more than a five star I would give it to him. Very good experience with Barry at Emilie Towing, the other night my tire had come off of my truck and rolled away. Barry was quick polite and very respectful of my property as it wasn’t easy to load being on 37s. The best part of the whole thing was when Barry went out of his way and found my wheel I have been missing. I highly recommend the service through the whole team.
