I’ve always had an amazing experience here. Fast service and competitive pricing. I use them exclusively. Thought about leaving a negative review because I want a free T-shirt. Lol. That just shows you how committed get are to customer service, they will do anything to make the customer happy.
Prices are competitive and they will try and match other scrap prices in the area. They’re very honest people. I’d say it’s one of the nicer scrap yards in the area, will be dropping more scrap there
They paid 3.00/lb for #2, .80/lb for cords, but only .07/lb for Motors. Shame on me for not checking first. The workers were nice, but I got ripped off. I'll stick with EMR and Sims in Trenton.
I don't know wut some of these other guys are talkin bout, but I have been going here for a few years and I've never met an employee that was rude, I've never had a complaint on wut I was paid. It's the only place that I will go to. They are fast, honest, helpful, and convenient. Thanks guys for great transactions.
I was there on Saturday, and the truth is that they have good prices. I don't know why, they criticize the prices, and the staff is always friendly. I recommend it.
Typically good. I went there they are very helpful loading up everything on to the scale. Will help bring everything over. 2 times I have been stiffed on pay. The receipt would state one thing but by the time I got home and check I was missing 20 bucks each time. Same employee. Other than that it's a good experience. They give out mugs and cups and other trinkets.
What scrap yard do you go to that don’t take aluminum. I went there today after work with a truck load of clean aluminum and they told me they don’t take aluminum they only buy copper and wire. So if you have aluminum don’t waste your time going here.
I think they hire people that never worked in the service industry a day in their life. The employees treat customers as the enemy that are trying to rip the business off. This company needs to be reminded that they rely on their customers support to stay in business.
My support has dwindled after the past handful of times I've went there and just about had my day ruined by some rude staff.
Their prices are good and the ease of access is excellent, but the best way to ruin an otherwise rock solid business is with rude employees who don't care about the customer.
Went to CRC earlier this afternoon. Was told #2 copper was $3.40 a lb, after I left I looked down at the receipt and they gave me $2.80. So in total they got over on me for $8.40 cents. If you use this company, just check the receipt and board before you leave.
Just found this hidden GEM! They dont take absolutely everything like some of the other bigger yards BUT i challenge you to find better prices on what they do take. I promise you wont find higher payout and actually have extremely courteous staff is really why i give it 5 stars and call it a gem! Thank you for getting it right guys!!!
Yeah they accused of stealing and then blatantly ripped me off 10 lbs of bare bright I’m not happy and I will continue to be offended and continue my assault on the integrity and honesty of this facility until I’m apologized too And reconciled
have been scraping for years in Delco,Philly and bucks county moved here in bucks county a year ago and have been surprised by this place in a good way ,best prices around !!! Hands down,they also take items like computers boards and breakers an all non-ferris items ,something my last scrap yard did not,there staff is friendly and knowledgeable and updated there pricing daily,and again they pay the highest price around!!! Only place i will go for my non ferris items.
