A little more expensive and my usual guy. And my usual guy is already expensive. That was unexpected however the service was great. And I did not have to leave my car I could wait for it they are very friendly there too

I have been going to Als Auto on Neshaminy Blvd since they were on Street Rd. Thats about 30 years now. This is a very honest and caring family owned business. They have always been straight forward on what is needed and the associated costs, which is fair. My vehicles are well maintained because I only use one mechanic. Mike goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. Kathy and Kim are always pleasant and helpful, be it over the phone or needing them to hunt Mike down to ask a quick question. I am a loyal customer as are all my family members. It's very hard to find a good mechanic shop with quality care and who doesn't try to sell you BS repairs, because they don't need to. They are above 5 stars IMO.

I have an older car & I was expecting a huge expense to get it right. Thankfully, not the case here. Got me back on track promptly and much cheaper than expected. I really appreciate integrity and will continue to go to Al's.

I went to Al's to get some dents on my car repaired. There were numerous dents around the vehicle. I was greeted by Peg who then introduced me to Pete. Pete could not have been nicer. I showed him what I wanted done and on the spot he produced an estimate. Pete told me what they needed to do, how long it was going to take (a week) and could provide a loaner if needed. Al's called me to tell me car was finished and when I picked it up it was perfect. All the dents etc. were unnoticeable and they detailed the vehicle inside and out. It literally looks brand new. Thank you Pete and the team for excellent work and customer service. It was an awesome experience. Pete, you can use as a reference anytime.

Just here to echo what every other customer has experienced which is awesome and honest service!!! My whole family has been going to Als since the 90s and the entire family and crew there are the best in town. If Mike retires anytime soon or they close up shop I'll be devastated! LOL Thank u for sticking around guys! :)

Als auto repair is the best! Mike is a great guy. You can trust him. He cares about your car and always looking out for you. Great services, reliable and reasonably priced. Been taking all my cars for the past 16 years.

If you are looking for a mechanic that is honest and trustworthy and does quality, reasonably priced work, this is definitely the place to go . This place was recommended to me and boy am I glad they did . Absolutely love this garage. The Employees are so kind and honest and knowledgeable . They never try to sell you something you don’t need and scam you and they do excellent work. I would never ever Trust, bringing my car anywhere else for repairs. I always recommend this place to people because they stand behind their work and they do an excellent work and Treat their customers with the upmost respect and I will never let anybody else touch my car. Wow!! I noticed my car was leaking antifreeze. Not being from the area I searched for the nearest mechanic shop and found Al’s Auto Repair. Even though they seemed super busy Mike was able to determine where the leak was coming from, order the correct hose part, and have it delivered and fixed in less than 90 minutes. It’s very hard to find an auto mechanic shop that does quality work for a reasonable price. If you are local to the Bensalem area and are looking for an honest trustworthy mechanic shop look no further Al’s Auto Repair is the Best!!

Al's is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to! They take care of all my needs and are reasonably priced. No other repair shop comes close! Other than everyone knowing this and them being constantly busy sometimes it's hard to get your vehicle in right away. But in the end they always take care of you! I highly recommend them and wouldn't take my vehicle anyplace else!

Took my truck over per usual.. it’s at a point that it’s just maintenance costs, Al’s had an oil change, brakes, rotors, and inspection done in one day! Did not expect that at all. I assumed I’d leave my truck there for a few days at least. Looks great and rides great! (Lmao that truck did need the brakes and rotors done) but love this place. Glad my wife and I found it. Good to always support a local business!!!!

For Al's auto repair being overwhelmed at times with work! They will be fair and won't charge you for something that doesn't need to be charged! Like you go for an inspection and you want your tires rotated why charge the tires already off for the inspection. Mike put a new window washer fluid container in for free like 20 years ago! I tell my daughter to take her car there to. They try to do the best and be honest while others would just love to charge you for everything and take your money! Facts!

I cannot say enough about Al's! I drive an hour to see Tim, The Service Manager & his staff. I absolutely trust him & won't go anywhere else. Their prices are very reasonable & their turnaround time is impressive. Highly recommend!

Mike was awesome. He was honest up front and explained everything he did. The job got done when he said it would and he could have easily charged me more for the work he had to do. Manifold replacements on my 2007 F-150 are not easy jobs. No room to work and studs are usually broken. He still got the job done and for a more than fair price. Will recommend to anyone who ask and will definitely be back for any future work I need done.

It's super clear why there are so many highly rated reviews. Recently just moved into the area and needed some tune-ups. Saw the good reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. I've now had both our cars done and the experience was fantastic from top to bottom! Fast, courteous and great prices! Literally night and day from my last mechanic. Highly recommend!!

Mike is fantastic. I have been going to Al’s for over 7 years and I have never been happier. Very friendly pricing is amazing and they always finished my cars on time if nothing earlier. Unfortunately I am moving and will miss there service very much. But if I have a problem I would drive that 1.5 hours to see the right person. Thanks all and good luck

Auto mechanics have a bad reputation for ripping people off. Not here. I’m always surprised at how affordable they are. MB They’re quick- unless they have to occasionally order parts, I’ve never had a problem with a repair and most important to me is that they’re honest. Great family business.

This is a family owned business. They provide excellent professional service from the time you walk in and are greeted at the front desk until you leave with your repaired car. We have been taking our family cars to Al’s for the last 20 years. Mike will take the time to explain everything to you and recommend your best options. I trust this business because they don’t try to over sale unnecessary car repairs. I recommend Al’s to all my friends.

Al’s Auto Repair are the best mechanics you can ever go to. They are fair, honest and will not try to convince you of anything you do not need. They will try to save you money! Have been going to them for over 25 years and have never received better service! Mike will never steer you wrong. He gives you the best advice for your vehicle! Kim is awesome as well! Would like if they provided voicemail or an answering machine and less wait time for an appointment, but understand the great service here is more than worth it!!!

Best mechanic in town. Hate to leave such a great review, due to appointments getting harder and harder to get but they deserve all the stars I can give them. 3 times in the last few years they have fixed an issue well under other quoted prices. 2 other shops quoted 200 and hours of work, they diagnosed the issue and fix it in less than an hour and charge a quarter of what the other shops did. I recently took my Honda Civic 2006 because heater was not working, Also needed B15 Honda code service. Mike was the mechanic that reached out to me. He was very professional and explained in detail what my car needed. I was worried because you always hear my mechanic is the best until you get work done. I am very pleased and will continue to take my car there. I could finally say I have a mechanic I could trust. Price is also very reasonable.

Have been going to them for 17+ years (since 2000) for everything. The most honest repair shop I've ever dealt with, and really nice folks. They wont even charge for minor stuff. For e.g. if you go in for inspection and get your tires rotated - he never charges for the rotation as he has the tires off anyway. And Mike is just awesome at troubleshooting and fixing strange/difficult issues

I have had my vehicles repaired at Al's for for over 15 years. I've recommended many people there and they continue to provide honest great work to everyone. You guys are hands down the best!

I can't say enough good about these folks! First, we called to try to get an inspection of a vehicle we were intending to purchase. We explained we were coming in from out of the area and had a short window of time during which we would like to get an inspection. They told us they were quite busy the day we were coming in, but would do the best they could to accommodate us. When I asked about the charge, they said they charge $25 for car inspections - that was more than reasonable! When we brought the vehicle to their shop, they got us right in and within 15-20 minutes had a comprehensive report for us. They found half a dozen significant issues with the vehicle, and strongly suggested we not make the purchase (one of the issues was there was potential evidence of flood damage). There is no question in my mind Al's saved us hundreds, possibly thousands, of dollars as we wisely declined to purchase a vehicle with many issues. We were more than happy to pay the $25 inspection fee, but when we went to the counter to pay, they said there was no charge! Our only regret is that we do not live closer to Al's Auto Repair - how can you put a price on an honest, trustworthy repair shop! If you are in the area (or even close to the area) - make Al's your repair shop of choice!
