Rip off! Called them to get a price for a car title transfer only. No tags, just a gifted title swap. They told me it was $260. Penndot license center and another tags place around the corner quoted me for $150. Got it done for $150. Don’t waist your money on these thieves.

Very friendly staff but fees are outrageous. Over $200 dollars for a trailer title and registration. Tons of fees tacked on. Ouch.
Update: I appreciate the response from management but just so people are aware here is the breakdown of fees.
$50 “Messenger Fee”
$30 “electronic processing fee”
$25 “plate fee”
$5 “notary fee”
$30 “admin fee”
$3 “DLDV Fee”
$143 in your fees alone. The actual state fee was only $88 dollars. I understand you need to make money but tacking on $143 dollars in fees is predatory. I’ve certainly paid far less for a trailer title and registration at other establishments.
Update 2: Appreciate your second response. First of all I was never given pricing before we started the paperwork. We simply handed over the title and at the end I was told the price. Second, I did not go back to the cheaper establishment because that’s now how things work when you buy something private sale. I am at the whim of the owner of the trailer. I can’t tell him to drive 45 mins to a tag office of my choice. We have to conduct our business at the office of his choosing.
