HE SPENT 2-3 HOURS GOING OVER THE DIFFRENT MACHINES IN DETAIL AND DIFFRENT OPTIONS. HE DIDN'T TRY TO OVER SELL ME ON A MACHINE I DIDN'T NEED. HE SPENT THE TIME TO FIND THE RIGHT MACHINE FOR ME. I ENDED UP WITH A CAN AM AND COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMED THEM

Bought my first bike here over the weekend, a 2024 cbr650r with a very reasonable price tag. I worked with Mike and he made the buying process easy and straightforward, very professional.The atmosphere was relaxed and the out the door price on the vehicle was fair. Would recommend.

Went in with preapproval, weeks of research done, and with the full intention of walking out of there with a new bike. Nobody so much as approached me for over an hour. Only 1 salesman on a Saturday and his sale was completed. I know this because I could hear the conversation had moved on to the financing department. He just pretended like I wasn't even there. Also, there were bikes shown on the website that weren't in the store.

I just want to say Max the finance manager is great, Juan was very knowledgeable too! I recently purchase a can am ryker 900 and i absolutely love it. Max showed me how to operate the motorcycle, being as it was the first time i’ve ever been on one. When i purchased the vehicle Max told me that the vehicle would be ready to take home the next day. When i arrived to East Coast Cycle, Max brought out the bike on his shoulders!!! This bike is 600+ lbs not only is the guy a great finance manager but he’s strong as hell! I reached out to Juan about 5 weeks ago as I was in the process of buying a house with land and explained we couldn't do financing till I closed. He was understanding and was willing to hold the quad I wanted till we were ready. Everything went smooth from the application through to the delivery. We love our new quad and couldn't be happier! Purchased a new goldwing 6-21-2024 The buying process could not have been simpler. Max walked me through it all once I had gotten pre approved at Honda. I was surprised the bike only half a tank of gas. Probably an oversight.

Bought a Ruckus here. Everyone was nice. Max was the salesperson. He explained how things worked and what was required for the state of PA. After purchase and inspection of the bike, he took me outside and went over the controls and such. Really love this scoot. I feel like Sweet Chuck from the Police Academy movies. lol.
