Maintenance manager ordered a series of parts online from Napa, one sensor was delivered broken. Boss told me to run to napa real quick and swap it out, guy at the store said "this is melted, I'm not taking this back". Part was still in its original packaging, drove back to the shop told the boss, he said thats "ridiculous, they would not say" I told him to call the place and ask. Truck did not get finished and I got written up, because this Napa location did not want to deal with swapping out an online order.
Great staff, good parts, great prices. I've bought alot of parts here and will continue to do so. I just was asked by google if anythings changed and to update my revuew. Nothings changed i was just there again the other day
The manager of this place is absolutely unprofessional. I dropped an engine off and I was respectfully was put into a que. I asked for a bill for a break down and never received any paperwork on my engine. I called to follow up after my engine was dropped off, I was told several different prices. Then I ended up moving out of state for work to then be called two months when my engine was finally finished . The manager called me cursing out and harassing me to pick it up. As a pillar in the car community I won’t be recommending business.
Friendly staff and a HUGE inventory! The only recommendation I have is that when looking for the place (and a place to park), you pull in the narrow driveway next to the small house, NOT the auto shop or restaurant driveways.

I'm going to get my parts back. They had my engine for machine work for 5 months and I'm 2/3 paid off and very minimal work has been done. I will not refer anyone to this place.
Would avoid this NAPA location if at all possible (Matt at the speed shop is knowledgeable though). Bought 4 exhaust flange bolts/nuts for a catback swap on my truck and the online price was good (around $15) and they would be available next day for pick up. When I finally got around to doing the work, the existing flange on my old exhaust was rotted to the point where I knew I had to take it somewhere to get installed which I ended up doing. When I went to return these parts to the store they refused to accept the return. I didn't argue, the worker seemed irate over something that did not involve me. I went home and called NAPA customer service, they told me he has to accept the return since I was within the 30 day period. I asked them to handle it and was put on hold for a few minutes. The customer service agent came back and said they spoke directly to the store and they were willing to refund my purchase. I drove back to this location and the same worker did nothing but complain as he was punching away on his keyboard. Then he says he has to charge me for gas money since he had to go pick up the order. He ended up offering $3 for a refund for the $15 bolts. I took the bolts back and figured I'd deal with NAPA directly. The worker continued to say a number of asinine remarks at me. He told me I should have to pay for gas, I was an uneducated shopper, I need to realize he had to drive for bolts, if I'm not capable of doing jobs I shouldn't do them, I shouldn't have placed an order to begin with if I ended up returning them. Immediately after the last statement about returning items, I politely asked him, "So you have never returned anything in your life?" To which he replied, "No." LOL, then I called him out on it and he mentioned how he has returned things but of course only things that were not his fault and this was clearly my fault. He also said I was beyond the return window, I said it says 30 days on my online order email, he said well its only 14 at this location (again lol), sad part is I believe it was only day 10 or 11 after I picked up the order, so I still was within his artificial return policy.
Fortunately, NAPA customer service provided me with a refund and additional funds (which I did not need or ask for but I do feel it was a nice gesture given that they themselves said this store is very unreasonable). Since the encounter I have had at this location, I've taken my business to NAPA on Cottman Ave. The Cottman location is a further ride, but well worth it. It is a much cleaner store and the manager Chris has helped me out and they will continue to get my business. NAPA "regional" also reached out to me to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution to which I genuinely am. They also told me that I am not the first customer to have such issues with the Bensalem location. I figured I would see more reviews like this but only a few others. Anyway, avoid this location, go to Cottman if using NAPA.
Napa family-owned business and Bensalem the guy was helpful over the counter first time being there I got a part that I was looking for for months and one night so I take my hat off to them thank you very much
Machine work was good but dealing with the guy Matt at the counter was a horrible experience. Terrible people skills. Asked for a itemized bill he couldn't do it. Would NEVER take anything there. Don't recommend
It wasn't like anyone was in the store (NAPA) other than me. When I walked out of the store 1 person walked in. I went 2 blocks away at Robbins Avenue and purchased what I needed. You should do the same. NAPA was very rude. They stand there don't ask if you need help. The workers stand by the cash register and don't move. The staff had no idea how to answer basic questions about a battery charger. They told me to ask the manager. He was standing very close to me. He had no clue. Not 1 person workers in this store.
I recently bought a blower motor resistor for a 2008 Ford expedition. I found out that the blower motor was bad not the resistor went to return it and discovered that they called it a test part which was not my intention just what I found out . I was not out to get over just found out that wasn't the part I needed I needed the blower motor not a blower motor resistor. I was informed they would not take the part back. I was upset with the decision but instead said fine I'll have a spare part and you'll never get my business again over 99.10. You lost my business permanently that's the best way I guess I can show my displeasure to the situation. This was my 1st time there and last time. A truly dissatisfied customer just will never come back.
Always have your auto parts needs, if they don't have your part in stock they can usually have it within a few hours.. Ask for Patrick, tell him Gary sent ya'..👍😎
Great store. I've been shopping here for many years. The staff is awesome & they've also been employed many years. I like to see the same faces when I go to shop for anything. We build a rapport & then shopping in general is a more pleasant experience.
I tend to shop here for my specialty items that I can't find at my local autoparts store. Things like special tools, rarer parts or specific fluids & lubricants, because Napa carries things that general autopart places don't, but their prices in general are higher. I have commercial accounts with the other parts store... I don't want to open yet another one.
