Big help when we were stranded on the turnpike. They got us in that night and worked with us while a part had to be shipped from across the country

We broke down on 1-70 west with a flat tire and drove on the spare to RCR Auto Services. Chance was beyond helpful in a stressful situation, was willing to be available at whatever time we pulled in and got the tire changed out and had us back on the road in no time. Also, took a few minutes to educate us on another issue and even called us once we were back on the road to make sure we were all good! Outstanding service, and would not hesitate to use this garage again. So impressed, we are getting new tires there as well later this week!

When I was on the side of the turnpike waiting for emergency services after I blew a tire, I thought all these reviews were too good to be true. Little did I know, they were all understatements. RCR didn’t have the tire I needed, but ordered it so it would be there in the morning. They came to my hotel the next morning to replace it. The mechanic was the nicest person I’ve met, and calmed me down in a distressing situation. 1000000/10 would blow a tire again

My daughter needed tires on her car. I called Chance on a Sunday, he ordered the tires and she had her new tires on her car the very next day! Very nice guy.

While traveling on the turnpike a S hook punctured my tire. RCR Auto Service was recommended to look at it since I was driving too far in extremely hot weather for the donut tire to be safe. The technicians were able to patch the tire. The staff was professional and explained everything so I felt safe to continue on my trip. I was back on the road quickly. I can’t say enough about the excellent service the staff provided during a stressful situation.

I can't thank Chance enough for his generosity in looking at my vehicle this morning. I was on my way to NC and my vehicle was making noise and vibrating. My daughter googled and found his shop for me to stop. He quickly returned my phone call and was at the shop after his other call within 15-20 minutes. He was beyond helpful and kind. I highly recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond for a complete stranger!! Thank you again Chance for your help and giving me reassurance to turn around and go home. He even called me to make sure I made it safely. You don't meet people like that everyday.

Big Thank You to Chance at RCR! We got a flat on a Sunday at 4:30pm on Mother's Day – terrible timing an no one was going to be open. Called around to 5-6 places that were potentially open, and no one carried our tire size, so they hung up. Chance was the ONLY ONE who even offered to order the tires AND would have them by 8:00am the next day! Couldn't be more thankful that day.

Excellent service in our emergency! 24 hours and quick to respond.it is right off the highway and easy to find. He was quick, kind, and very efficient! Skip the hotel or overnight stay and waiting for your vehicle. It was on sight and hard working and so quick and efficient!! I would definitely go back or take this service back home!

My SUV had a flat in the middle of the big ice storm last weekend and I was stranded in Breezewood overnight. Chance is one of the most professional and courteous people I've encountered in the auto industry in years! Had a tire go flat after a sidewall failure while traveling the PA Turnpike. Ended up at his shop after a phone call, on a SAT. He met me there and had me back on the road, quickly. Cost was more than reasonable. He even went so far as to call me a few hours later to ensure I reached my destination. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Don't hesitate to use his shop, you won't regret it. Thanks Chance!

When driving north for the holiday, we ended up with a piece of metal puncturing our passenger side rear tire. I began searching for a place to have it repaired and found RCR Auto Services and prayed someone would answer and the owner did. We drove straight there and he had changed the tire within 20 minutes and it was affordable. Thank you so much and we highly recommend RCR!

These guys are the best and I’m extremely grateful they came to save me with a flat tire! He saved our trip! We got a flat tire near Breezewood on a Saturday afternoon. There weren’t any tire shops still open. He put a tire on for us so we could continue our trip. So thankful for 24/7 emergency service at reasonable price!

Did a great job for me! I had a flat and they took care of me right away and for a very reasonable price. Chance noticed my other tire was going to blow out and may have even saved my life by replacing the other tire.

Was heading back to Buffalo we blew a tire around 12:30 am. Of course triple A couldn't help. We typed on Google tire repair shops by us and RCR answered. He came out to our location "Pennsylvania service station" and helped us get back on the road. He then made sure we were safe and even the next day called to make sure we made it home. Our family blew a tire on vacation out of state. RCR responded quickly to our call and was able to get us a replacement tire quickly, as well as make recommendations for reimbursement from our original tire location. While traveling through the area, I got a massive screw in my tire and my tire was loosing pressure. RCR was able to help me get back on the road right away. The tire wasn’t salvageable, but they were able to get a new tire on quickly and at a very reasonable price. They saved my whole trip! Top notch customer service.

We were going back home from Canada when we got a very large piece metal stuck in our tire. We gave them a call and the owner came within 10 mins to where we were, took the tire and changed it within 30 mins. He was extremely nice and professional. The prices were very good and reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for anyone having an issue in the area.

Chance saved the day and on a Sunday no less! Nothing is worse than getting a flat tire 5hrs from where you live, but Chance to the rescue! He patched it and had us on our way speedy quick. He even made a safety recommendation on my breaks for the future. He's a true star!

We had a disaster situation where our rental car tire went flat rental company redirected us to a location only to find out there was no replacement car for us. We drove down to RCR after being redirected or rejected 3+ times at diff places and were driving around for over 3 hours. We called RCR and he said we did the right thing by stopping and calling him and came to us immediately at his shop and replaced our flat (and per him actually bad and should have been replaced long ago) tire. He was amazing and not only fixed our tire SUPER quick but showed us what to note as we have to go back to argue with the rental company. he SAVED us with replacing car but having to find a hotel, for night and most importantly ensured we were doing the safe and right thing. I can’t rave enough! The best!

AMAZING SERVICE!! While traveling to a Columbus car show in a classic hot rod, we felt a tire coming apart on the PA turnpike...it was a blazing hot day and we had already suffered a breakdown in another car in our group. Fortunately for us, Chance answered the first ring and immediately jumped on our issue! He promptly drove the 14 miles to the rest stop with tools (jacks/stands/impact) to remove the tires, and returned with a new set a few quick hours later. Getting the huge tires into the custom fenders of the car was a major challenge in the July heat, taking nearly 30 minutes to get the one installed!! RCR got us back on the road and we made it to Columbus and back to Delaware with no issues. THANKS CHANCE!!!

We had a flat tire on our RV on a Saturday. We called these guys after searching around and the owner was super friendly. We were about 1/2 hour away and he met us at the shop. We were up and running again in no time and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! I wish I could give more than 5 stars 🌟

Chance at RCR saved me and my flat tire off I-70 at the start of a holiday weekend right at dusk. I had called every other local tire shop or towing service, with absolutely no luck. Chance came to my location, took my tire back to his shop to repair, then returned and replaced the tire, all for an incredible price. I am so grateful for his help when I had nobody else to call. As a young female on the side of the road, he also made me feel safe and comfortable, which is an added plus. Overall really appreciated his services and help.
