My first flat tire! After AAA and Acura 24 hour road assistance couldn’t repair my flat tire while on my way home to VA on Route 70, Larry from Painters came to my rescue. PA State Trooper called them and arranged for the help I needed. Larry had me on my way in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend. Larry was such a nice guy.
Had a clutch replaced in my truck, great price, and in a very timely manner. They gained a customer for stuff i cant do at the house. Thanks Larry and to your guys.
Major problem with brakes occurred while traveling from Ohio to Maryland. Painter’s went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. They could have easily overcharged us for their super quick service. Instead, it was unbelievably reasonable. This place is awesome! Kudos for your customer service and dedication to your customers!
Traveling through and needing some urgent assistance to get on the road, Painters came to the rescue! I was able to be seen quickly that same day and they got me back in the road in no time! Their team was so nice and helpful
My rv had a a broken brake line an he was kind enough to work me in a timely manner. My hat off to a great business. He could have made me wait but didn't tks a bunch
We were in a accident with our truck which was totaled. Larry arrived with his tow truck from Painter's Garage. Drove us to Breezewood in the tow truck. We were coming back from vacation so we had a full truck with a container of food, a cooler, suitcases, etc. Our daughter was coming to get us. We had to let everything in the truck until the next day and would have to drive back which is an hour and a half from our home to retrieve our belongings. Larry made sure the truck was parked in a place where we didn't have to walk very far as we are elderly. He waited with us until our daughter came. The next day our son drove us back up to get our things. We got what we thought was everything but forgot about the console and under the floor of the truck. We had money in the console and many items under the floor including fishing poles, a jacket, a hat, a knife, and numerous other things that were of value. We called Larry and rather than us making another trip to Breezewood, he boxed everything up and sent it to us. We are so grateful for his kindness. He made a horrible situation a lot better and we will never forget it.
I was recently in an accident where my vehicle was totaled. I initially didn’t know even where it was. When I found it and called them these gentlemen were top notch in helping me and made a really bad situation better. There should be more like them. Thank you so much
Great bunch of guys they got me back up and running very quick very quick to get me off the side of the road would recommend them for everything you need done
Unfortunately I broke down leaving a shipper and had to get towed. Not only was the guy extremely rude. He legit was rushing me to decide where to get the truck towed too and he disconnected a part and didn’t reconnect once I got to the shop and didn’t give me back the bolts for it. The picture is below. Stay clear unless you have the complexion for protection.
i was stuck in the snow and they came in the middle of the storm and helped me out and towed me free of charge. good people, forever thankful they helped me out when i was so scared. thank you!
I was stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of a freak snowstorm. If they hadn’t gotten to me with that flatbed I legitimately believe I would’ve been rear ended on the side of the road. if you guys read this review, I want you to know how grateful I am for getting me out of that situation as quickly as you did… You probably saved my life today
The owner and the men who work there are fantastic!!! We were broke down while traveling east. Could not find a repair shop. They normally do not work on cars just big rigs but they were able to make the repairs to my car and get us back on the road!!!! I give them a big thumbs up
Our motor home broke down in PA I76&220. Larry was here within an hour and is the epitome of a neighborly professional. He drove us 50 minutes in the heavy duty wrecker to Altoona to our repair facility. We are a family of 5, with two small dogs. Super guy, can't over-stress it enough. Thanks!
