Google, you really need to start deleting accounts like this one bc they tried to charge me $1,000 for a tow that was only 15 miles away. Guy over the phone was EXTREMELY rude and also as high as a kite over the phone. Cussed me out bc I wouldn’t pay $1,000 for a 15 mile tow lol. I don’t know how they’re still operating. Found another company that was very reasonable and did it for $100.

I should’ve read reviews about this because everything that I read sums everything up. I was in an accident where I was T-boned but everything in the car that I was in was fine. The engine, catalytic converter, the transmission. The battery was less than a year old, it still had good stuff in the car and I was hoping to get it towed back to my house, and I can part it out. Whatever. I knew the insurance wouldn’t cover anything because I only had liability insurance and I tried to get it towed that day back to my house because I do have towing on my insurance. But the cop forced me to get it towed literally not half a mile down the road to their shop. The insurance adjuster for the other insurance company never shows up in my car sits there for a little more than three weeks. I finally got a call in for them to tell me that they’re not gonna do anything for me and I’m SOL, so I called Sullys, and they assured me that they were going to Work with me. They’re not gonna charge me the $5000 of storage costs that I racked up. Instead, what they decided to do was take my car from me By forcing me to sign over the title and then charge me $600 that I didn’t have. So I basically gave them a free car. I’m not too happy. Because over the phone they made it sounded like I was gonna sign the title off to them and they were going to give me $600 which would be fine. I figured scrap cost, but no instead they’re gonna scrap the car off, And I’m not stupid, I know what that means. They’re gonna take all the good stuff out, sell it however they wanna sell it and scrap the rest and make a boatload of money! They literally said that they’re taking a loss too. What loss are you taking? You took my car not even half a mile down the road and it sat for three weeks. It’s that long enough for you to literally steal it from me. I don’t care what the insurance company did, Sullys Screwed me over big-time. I will never do work with them! And the worst part about it is, the two ladies behind the desk act so kind to you, but all it is is a manipulation tactic to get them as much money as possible. And yes, I am the guy that left that nasty voicemail on 12/9/24. My name is Anthony and I really hope they see this message. Because I’m sure they would remember me. Was rear ended going into constitution in Aliquippa, Police gave me no choice to have my own company tow my wife’s vehicle they called sulli’s. They took our car LESS THAN 1/4 OF A MILE TO THEIR SHOP! Now they will not release it for any less than $800 it’s either I pay $800 to get a car that is totaled back or sign the title over and pay them $400. Yes that’s right PAY THEM TO TAKE MY WIFES CAR. I am a state certified inspection mechanic and have picture proof of the car before being towed, KAREN JUNAK WINTERS (formerly of the failed business Junaks) insists that it’s completely in drivable and that the rear wheel is “severely bent in” with “tons of suspension damage” and I have pictures proving that it is not. We where hit dead on from the back the only damage was the rear end, Karen also told me she “has socks older than me” lady it’s time to retire then. No ideo how I’m going to manage to get $800 to pay them back. They wanted to complain to me that it’s been a while before I came in, yeah am aware my vehicle has sat there for a while I can’t help it that my wife grandfather passed unexpectedly in the middle of dealing with all of this. If you have a choice, choose literally any other towing company out there. I didn’t get a choice but if you do, please please PLEASE DO NOT USE SULLI’S TOWING unless you enjoy being ripped off and taken advantage of

Who charges $700 to. I was told it's more if it's an impound. Car was in an accident and Aliquippa police called them to have the car towed. They want over $1200 to get the car and it hasn't been there 24 hours. I never heard of such outrageous gouging

Junaks charged a $50 “Covid” fee to our bill. They said they needed access to get into the car. (which they didn’t get inside). Junks employees have an option to wear a mask IF indeed they needed inside the car. But no, wear no mask and charge the customer $50 is insane

Got a flat on my work truck out on 376 was stranded on the side of the road I called this company they were there in 20 min they took tire off and put the spare on they only charged me 80 dollars gave a 20 dollar tip they were great! I can’t express that enough !! Thanks guys

If you’d like to be scammed, this is your place! Made up “Covid fees” and cash only transactions. Extremely shady business. Hard to believe there are reviews here of folks saying these are honest people? I’ve already reported them to the BBB & IRS. Can’t imagine that there isn’t a tax scam going on there if you’re requiring cash only for tow?

0 stars because they charge you $735 for the wife getting hit by some other lady. They towed it to there shop and it was only there for 1 hour and I was there to pick it up and they charged me $735 for the tow. Only reason it was there for 1 hour was because it took them that long to do the paperwork for the car. I was there 10 min after it got there and had to wait on them to RIPE ME OFF $735 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM CROOKS

My car was towed here by a friend. When I went to pick it up, the ladies were very rude! They gave me very little information, spoke with an attitude, and got mad at me because I came at 4pm and didn't realize they close at that time. Their website states that they close at 5pm! Now I have to pay extra holding because I cannot get it until Monday!

Lady was very rude on the phone and not helpful when my car was in their car. Will not recommend to even my enemies.

The owner was nice we bonded! As far as business wise I respect it. The prices are a little pricey for some areas and distance. Overall it's good! God bless! ❤️

I am extremely satisfied with every single person I have dealt with at Junak's. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my car fixed. Welcomed me like it was a family member working on my car. After an accident, my car looks better than it did before I left it with them! Big shout out to Karen for everything she did for me.

The RUDEST dispatcher I have ever encountered. They need to get rid of that lady asap. There are a TON of providers to use in that town, so please do not think you are on some sort of pedestal. If you want a successful business, the first step would be getting rid of that lady. She asked if I was really "copping a tude" lol. How professional of her.

My daughter wss hit by a school bus. The tow truck driver and the front desk ladies were super nice.

State troopers requested Junak's to tow my vehicle instead of me using my roadside assistance because of bad road conditions. Rich, the name that was given. Towed me to my home, and dropped my car in front of a neighbor's driveway. After noticing that he left the keys in my car with it running. He said he would comeback to unlock the car. I said that was unacceptable and that he uses his tools to unlock it. He half attempted once and told me he would comeback in a half an hour. He left me to go and tow someone else's vehicle instead of fixing the issue he made. He didn't want to rectify his mistake because of the opportunity to make money from another towing call. Rich said he was the only driver until my boyfriend questioned him on his poor excuse of not getting my keys out. Rich then made a call to another driver to come and undo his mistake. The driver Rich called showed up after thirty minutes to take not even two minutes to unlock my car. So why couldn't Rich handle a two minute job he created? The lack of professionalism from Rich and his unapologetic attitude towards the situation has left me in disdain.
